Solid stay in Pecos. Of course there are nicer hotels but I needed my door to my room to be outside and this did the trick.

No breakfast? Hotel said at check in, it was grab-n-go. Reception locked and unattended during breakfast hours,

Very thoughtful hosts selected a room suitable for our needs for wheelchair access. Best location in Pecos. Well equipped room with fridge, freezer and microwave. Highly recommend.

It was quiet. There was no rowdy people. Front desk clerk was nice.

This traditional motel has everything we want. Parking right in front of the room, beautiful decor, plenty of lighting, super clean, a full tile bathroom, refrigerator and microwave. It was very quiet and we felt safe. We will be back!

They didn’t refund me even though their hotel was out of me way from my route.

The hotel was clean and quiet atmosphere. The front desk clerk at checkout was not friendly and would not let us have breakfast, even though we were told at checkin we would be allowed to get cereal and drinks in the AM.

This location is on a busy street. I heard traffic throughout the night.
My door did not lock.

Expensive for the condition. Very bad neighborhood. Filled with construction workers and vagrants selling drugs outside of hotel

Great little place in town. AAA approved. Swimming pool on site that is very clean. Breafast bar at 7am that includes two different kinds of ceral, breakfast sandwhich. Also they coffee and Juices such as orange and apple. Hot chocolate and lemonade not to mention. Great experience overall over my 4 night stay

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was cereal, pre-wrapped pastry and fruity juice drinks--looking for some protein. the pool was dirty when we arrived and was only cleaned and filled the day we left.. Room was very clean and made up each day. If staying in Pecos, will return.

Decided to try this hotel out, it is in a VERY bad part of town, the front desk employee barely spoke understandable English, parking is not sufficient for larger vehicles, room had a musty smell, the carpet desperately needed attention. The only positive was the bathroom appears to have been updated in the past year or two. But you cant put lipstick on a pig so to speak. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I was nervous parking my Harley outside my window, slept with the curtains open and my handgun on the nightstand. Not worth the $100+ rate for the night.

The picture of the property is inconsistent with how it looked when I arrived. The hotel is old, room appeared clean, A/C worked well and was turned on but the bathroom was really small and they removed the shower door and replaced with curtain. I had an uncomfortable feeling the entire night and couldn't wait tho check out. The parking lot is really small, parking spaces are very tight and I was concerned about my vehicle the entire night. The price is high for the condition of the hotel, I dont recommend this property.

Overall the place was nice and the room was clean. My only complaint was the room reeked of cigarette smoke and I asked for non smoking. That day they didn’t have enough non smoking rooms.
The breakfast is cereal so I chose the burrito trailer parked next door.
I was lucky to not have gotten the room others complained about.

It was nice and quiet. Didn’t like the price range for quality.

Clean and good service but beds could be more comfortable.

Very nice service; people were friendly. motel is located next to a very dusty highway so they have to fight the dust. I thought they did a very good job of keeping the place decent. An older motel so a very small bathroom .

Got a “non-smoking” room, smelled like smoke
The hotel has attempted to overhaul the overall experience - which, is very noticeable.
But, for $200+/night is ridiculous. The price gouging has let hotels attain a level of hautiness in which they think the consumer should be doing them a favor.

Considering it’s almost half the price of the other hotels in Pecos that price gouge it’s a good deal. The rooms are older but very clean and comfortable.

First thing, this is not a $120 a night Hotel by any stretch. The only way they can get away with charging this extortionate amount is because of all the oil workers in the area. Pecos is a desperately poor town in the middle of no where, so try and get to somewhere else if you can.

This is an old Travel Lodge motel (maybe 40-50 years old) that was remodeled in the last few years. The room was clean with a large walk-in closet. No bathtub, shower only, which didn't matter to us. We had a king size bed, hair dryer, small coffee maker, fridge and microwave, a widescreen TV, wireless internet. Our room was close to the highway and a nearby railroad. There was some noise from this but did not keep us from sleeping. We were unable to find a decent restaurant in Pecos that was open on Sunday; Sonic was about the only option and we don't eat greasy fried food. So having the microwave and refrigerator saved us! The hotel staff helped us find a grocery store in town and we just ate our groceries in the room. The free breakfast was lacking though; the only things to warm up in the microwave were hot pockets in the lobby fridge. They were not kept frozen, so we didn't eat them. They looked pretty gross. Overall, a decent hotel and probably the best value in a lousy town with overpriced hotels. Nice pool, too.

Very well, seeming owner operated facility! I would stay here again.. I don't stay at many above $100 mark hotels, especially in small towns. Small town staff is very hard to train when owners are not present. This one was perfect!! Young personel behind the desk, made it comfortable!

This is an older motel and it served our purposes well, that is, a good nights rest. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. There is not a bountiful supply of eating establishments in this little town. Yes, I would stay at the Knights Inn again if I happened through this area again.
2.5 / 5.0
The hotel is older but well maintained, the water pressure in the shower lacking but overall the room was clean and pleasant and the staff very nice helpful. It was a nice place to stay.
