We loved our second stay at this resort. All the facilities are well maintained and taken care of. The rooms have a lot of space and very comfy. The staff provided us really good service. The kids had a great time using the facilities and the beach was beautiful

We enjoyed our short stay here. The pool is nice and the grounds are lovely. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a nice 3 bedroom condo. The description on the hotels.com website is incomplete - there were 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms. Spacious and comfortable. Very family friendly. Would return here again.

First we paid extra for a premium room; which the website said meant it was renovated; the room was probably last renovated in the 1970s. It was very dated and smelled musty. Grime in every corner. For almost $350 a night we felt it was a rip off.
Second the food on the property was subpar and way too expensive. We got breakfast at the lobby cafe and my bagel was moldy. Service to fix it was great and they did offer a replacement item. So not a total loss. Everywhere else we ate (pizza parlor and pub) though was just meh.
The only positives for us were the grounds and the pool, they’re beautiful. The pool was nice and the servers did a great job.
Overall I would not recommend it for the price.

We’ve stayed here for nine summers and we love it.

This property was beautiful. The areas outside were well kept and very beautiful. Pools were wonderfully perfect on hot days and the lazy river was nice, albeit tilted towards kids with the water falls and squirter that soaked you while floating around it. would be nice to have option to turn these off. 2 small hotubs are all that's there despite NINE POOLS! But, to be fair we only saw 1 other couple in them besides us, the entire week there. The private beach is gorgeous (not handicap accessible though, multiple step to sand). So we still had to go to Daytona to get my beach fill! Restaurants were nice, not too over priced, but the food was OK to us... nothing to write home about. Self parking was very nice, fast elevators to floors. The entry room we walked into from elevator had a slight musty smell but we didn't see anything on the walls. Walking to our room was not very scenic, flat roof tops and walls and railings that could use some maintenance and paint updates. Entering the room took me back to a very nice mini condo type room that my grandma would have decorated. Lots of beautiful wood, including a wood poster bed that was very comfy! The bathroom was FABULOUS! With a very large walking shower and a "soaking" tub, but not jetted or jacuzzi like manager stated. TVs in bedroom and livingroom which was nice. Mini fridge was a bit small for the room and it did have a 2 burner electric cook top which was nice. Balcony with view of ocean was beautiful.

It was an amazing weekend. The staff was the best service I have seen in a very long time, made sure we were taken care of, smiled, hellos, doors open, took care of a small tv issue, pools, golf course, beach answered any questions and the list goes on. We will stay again.

We wouldnt go back unless our kids were older then 5, place is nice but makes you feel poor. The staff are a hit or miss. Front desk only one person was nice then the rest were rude and mocked me to my face when i had questions why the elevator wasnt working on your floor. The area is beautiful to drive around but the beach front is a isnt great, pools are amazing tho. The dinning options in the resort are okay... very over priced for the okay tasting food. We ordered food once there and then never ate at the resort again. The coffee shop is a joke the staff seem to haye there job and the coffee was okay-ish for two coffees and two waters it was $31 plus everytjing ask for a tip lol. In all this place is over priced and overated. Oh just a heads up there isnt room service available because covid ..... hahaha okay thats all, hope this helps someone. God bless.

Stay was amazing as was the staff. I was not issued a parking pass when I checked in and received a warning from security. Checkin was qyixk and smooth. Food and staff were great. Juan at the beach umbrella was great and worked hard to make the beach set up pleasant.

So the staff was super helpful when I called and in person, but some of the questions I had, they didn't have an answer for. We got in late due to weather & traffic and were sent a couple different places for check in as they didn't know where employees were and if you have to check in the main lobby late, there is a bar with live music that is directly in front of the desk that is a little overwhelming. If your room is in the lodge as opposed to the main building - the rooms don't have microwaves - it's in the lobby inside an armoire & the room safe is in a drawer in the armoire instead of the closet - we did not locate that until the day we checked out & the front desk lady had no clue about it. The Ocean bar restaurant was great but only open until 5:00. The amenities such as the bike rental & putting course seemed to be closed on Sunday and we stayed there that night. Otherwise everything was great & we enjoyed ourselves.

We found a tick in the room and left immediately even we had 1 more night to stay.
Hotel rooms are extremely dated and need lot of updating.
Beach was very nice. The only highlight of that stay.

We had to leave because the hotel was so dusty and moldy that it caused me to get sick. The condition of the hotel is deplorable. Not clean. The smell of mold in the elevator and hallways was overwhelming. After being inside only a couple of hours I felt like my head was going to explode.

This property is way too expensive to look the way it does. The rooms are very outdated and some of the pool areas are falling apart.

It was laid back and relaxing. Exactly what I was needing.

Beautiful but dated property. Guest parking is awful to find! Drove around garage 10x and even stopped to ask several employees where we could find parking! Then go to check in at 4pm(check-in time). To be told room should be ready in 30 mins and they would text. Never received a text and went to concierge desk after 5pm to find out room was ready and no one let us know. Then we got to our room to find out none of the 3 keys were even programmed. Had to go back down to the desk again. Also when you book a room for 3 adults and 1 child, there should be 4 towels automatically in bathroom. And when you have a king suite there should also be ample bedding for the fold out sofa.

It was gorgeous and I can’t wait to get back! Friendly, accommodating staff and an ambience to boot a great stay to say the least

Nice hotel but they up charge on everything, they put out bounce houses by the pool and charged $30 for kids to use thems Drinks and food were good but very high priced drinks by the were $20 for a normal sized frozen cocktail. If you don’t mind spending high dollar extra on everything this is a great hotel.

The area is gorgeous. The resort is stunning. I can’t suggest enough to try and get Lodge number nine. You won’t find a better view on the property in my opinion.

This was our 3 visit to your hotel! Our kids like so much all the pools lazy river, slide, and all activities that you provide for them. We love adult pool as well and a beautiful beach. Just one down side was that you are a gust and you have to pay to rent it the umbrella or a beach chair. So if you planing to enjoy the beach you have to pay….But we love our breakfast and Italian restaurant.
