We are just back from a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff provide a very professional service in a very friendly manner. We particularly enjoyed our 'welcome back' with a smile each day from Aniello when we arrived back from a day trip. The food is high quality in all of the restuarants. Property facilities and amenities are fantastic! The staff are super friendly and very helpful. With smiles on their face it really brightens your day. Access to the beach club was really easy and made for a very relaxing day. Courtesy bus made it super easy to get in and out of the main city centre. Room could be a little bigger but it was fine. Bed was very comfortable

very kindly, very clean, great choice with breakfast-everything is fresh, junior suite fantastic, comfortable bed, fantastic view from the restaurant and the roof bar over the golf from Sorrento to the vulcano vesuvio. The dinner is delicious.To the beach you can go by lift and at the beach is also everybody very kindly.The pool and the garden are a paradise. The is nothing where I can say it must be better or changed. I hope that the management can still hold the high quality.Thank you

Highly recommend. The staff was so friendly & really took care of us. There’s a complimentary shuttle into town each day that runs every half hour. The views are absolutely stunning. Complimentary access to the beach where they give you loungers and beautiful restaurant and rooftop bar. Couldn’t recommend this place more!! Also, located 5 mins outside the city center so you are away from the mass crowds.

This was the best hotel we have EVER stayed at! From the moment we got picked up from the airport, the service was absolutely incredible. The pool, private beach club access, bars & restaurants within the hotel were amazing. You’re just about 10 minutes from downtown Sorrento with a free shuttle to get there & back. We are already planning our next trip back.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff are amazing and help at any request. We had a room with a sea view and the sunsets views are amazing. Has a car that takes you into town regularly so its location is no issue at all. Breakfast was perfect with large selection. Rooms are not large but believe standard for Italy. Only issue was the rooftop bar which is its highlight was closed twice for weddings - so if you have a short stay - be prepared to not have its amazing rooftop open. Otherwise an amazing hotel with no issues and beautiful views.

Amazing hotel!! Beautiful views from the room, breakfast dining and Skyview rooftop! Breakfast was delicious and had more than a continental selection. The staff and service was excellent!! The hotel and hotel staff are truly exceptional. The staff welcome and make you a part of their family. Aniello, Pina, Camilla, Salvatore, Luciana, and Franco were always around to assist with anything needed. What didn't I like about this Hotel? This was the absolute best experience I ever had with any trip I've taken. The Location and views were stunning. The team and staff were impeccable and actually elevated my experience visiting Italy. I waited my whole life to make this trip and Hotel Mediterraneo and its staff exceeded my every expectation. A big shout out to Aniello Somma who was just an absolute pleasure and a big reason why this will not be my last visit to this establishment.

My stay in the hotel is fabulous! It is a hidden gem in Sorrento. We love everything in the hotel! The staffs are very welcoming and attentive. They recognise all their guest and greet them with smiles. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a seaview room. The room is very modern and stylish. The breakfast is a highlight, it has a great variety of cold and hot food, a very good start of our trip in Amalfi Coast ! It doesn’t not locate in Sorrento Center so it is very quiet and relaxing in that area (no worries, there is a shuttle to Sorrento center) ! Highly recommend to all :)
