The hotel staff here seems to have an issue servicing guests of color. Front desk employees specifically seemed to have chips on their shoulders. Very strange interactions during my stay.

The hotel is boutique style, simple furnishings, but has what you need for a few days stay. The breakfast is adequate and nicely presented. The staff were polite, however it would have been nice to see someone behind the bar of an evening to enjoy a drink in the intriguing lounge. The room and bathroom were cleaned to a great standard each day.

The location of this hotel is wonderful as are the rooms with balconies. Room Service was OK. The comfort of the room was diminished by the insufficiency of pillows and the lack of outlets for charging devices. Also, some of the furniture looked damaged

Everything was great, clean and the staff is amazing. Kuddos for Cristiano in the reception, he was just great with everything and always had a great attitude, speaks French, English, Italian and Spanish. He was the best.

Not sure if it's just because we had a ADA accessable room, but it was larger than expected for European hotels. The only downside to that though was the bathroom. While it was large, the toilet was extremely high and the shower was not enclosed and wasn't the best experience. There was also a lack of outlets anywhere a mirror was to be able to do your hair

Stayed at this hotel with my husband. A quaint boutique feel very close to Old Nice. Very good shopping within a block and great restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend. We stayed on the Promenade Anglais this trip as well and preferred La Villa more. Much more quiet than having the busy cars driving up and down the main road all night at the Promenade. Offered a great looking breakfast too

Strange bathroom with shower that spread to whole floor. If you put anything on the ground, it was soaked. Air conditioners locked at 24 Celsius. Location was excellent to walk everywhere in Nice. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

Had a great stay in Nice. Room had a great view and no noice coming from the street or other rooms. Personnel were polite. Only improvement suggestion is to get a wipe to the bathroom- now the floor is covered with water and wet after one shower and can be very slippery

We had a lovely stay for 4 nights in Nice in this hotel The comfort room was spacious, clean and had all the basic amenities needed Breakfast was adequate and staff were all nice (apart from one slightly surly receptionist) Easy walking distance to trams/ old town/ all the main sights Overall 9 out of 10 !
