Bed so comfortable and room ample with attention to cleanliness. Would stay again. Breakfast good and terrific coffee.

The room was fine. Room was over 80 degrees when we arrived. Could not cool it down. The young women at the desk was amazing and very accommodating. She got maintenance up there and gave us a fan. Hot breakfast in the morning with standard selection, which hit the spot. A pleasant stay and will return when in the area.

There was no heat and it was a cold 45 degrees in October. They offered me a blanket and $20 off. Couldn't sleep well because I was freezing!

I have stayed in many many hotels over the years and last night at this hotel I had a new and very pleasant experience. After being in the room for about an hour, I got a call from the person at the front desk asking if everything was OK and if there is anything that I needed. I was really very pleased and very surprised. That is a very nice thing to do.

Easy parking area, 15 minute walk to the train station and very safe area. The breakfast was delicious, lots of hot choices. Lots of people were going to the US Open tennis tournament.

Hotel is very well located to a variety of dining options.

Property is fine for what it is, the free parking and breakfast are a nice bonus.

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work properly. The rug in our room was filthy and there was mold in the shower. The lobby/ballroom leaves much to be desired. It is an old property that has not been kept up with extremely inflated prices for the US Open 2 weeks.

No one at front desk ever. Left property after filthy used room upon arrival. Called expedia to get refund. They were unable to reach front desk for approval on refund. EXPEDIA then Called sister property and was hung up on as were we when tried at property. Expedia is responsbile to represent me as a customer who did not stay at property, and instead they are attempting to stick it to my credit card company. Class action suit will follow.

My husband & I stayed @ Adria Hotel. We paid $365.00
@ night, however we don’t mind paying for this price @ hotel, but unfortunately this hotel did not meet the criteria for this price $ $. The hotel is old, moldy, although it was clean, the staff were ok. We got stuck at elevator, the elevator door would not open, one of the staff was actually there & did not even try to call maintenance or front desk to ask for help; I had to tell him to please contact someone. When he finally pick up his walke-talked to call the front desk, they responded & told him to punch L for the lobby, finally the door opened. It was so scary. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, I would not stay at this hotel ever again, you better off staying at the Best Western Hotel which is 2min away, although the same owner but this property is nicer, clean. I went there for an even. I’m rating this property @ 3*** because as I mentioned staffs @ front desk were not to bad & the room was clean.

Overall, it was comparable to other 3 star hotels. The staff were courteous and friendly, and overall, it was fine.
The bed was very comfortable so I at least got a good night sleep.
The building and the facilities are old and dated. Only one (very slow) elevator. The a/c was especially loud so I had to turn it off to sleep. Mini-fridge, Keurig, TV - none of which I used. The fridge was very loud as well but I didn't unplug it as I know that could cause issues with fridges. I didn't turn the TV on so can't comment on that. The bathroom sink didn't drain well. 1 free bottle of water in the room.
The breakfast was the typical no frills "continental hot breakfast". Surprised at no sausages or bacon--but they had breakfast hash(?) It tasted fine. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles/breads/breakfast pastries, some fruits and yogurt. Very minimal but it tasted better than what we'd find at a typical Fairmont Inn. Basic coffees and teas in pump carafes. Coffee was very sour.
Only one person at the front desk so it took me 45 mins to check in. (I came in behind a large wedding party.)
There's free parking if you need it--rare in NY. The location is fine if you have a car. If not, then you can Uber/Lyft or take the buses right in front to get around. The buses are few and far between and often delayed so take note.
Would not be my first choice to return--but definitely no issues--and I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.
Thanks again to the courteous staff.

My stay was good, comfortable and quiet. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room I stayed in was nice and quiet. Didn’t have a microwave though. Breakfast was decent. Overall atmosphere was quite nice and clean. A little update may be needed being that it seems to be an old building, but this may be me just being perfectionistic, they seem to still maintain it well.

It is very old building and dirty
