Fantastic place, great location and wonderful staff! I would definitely rebook this property!

Very good quality for the price. Nice and well preserved hotel with ample and clean rooms. Great location. Very nice staff. The only drawbacks are the wifi and the control of water temperature in the shower.

Lovely hotel, very clean and pretty. Regal in decor. Felt very safe in Chiaia, close to promenade and easy walk to the Metro and local sights. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak English. The only thing I would say is the beds are very hard and so are the pillows. We bought pillows from a local shop that were on sale and used those instead - €13 well spent. Even so would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really great place to stay, and the AC works well to beat the summer heat in Naples. It's walkable to most places and has great dining options nearby. The staff is good, and their response to requests is quick.

Very nice well-located hotel in Naples. Rooms a little tight but to be expected in a central city location.

It was ok. The location is perfect but the property itself nothing fancy

This hotel is centrally located in Napoli near everything, however, it is dated in terms of decor and amenities. One major fault is that if you leave early 6am or earlier there is no bellboy to assit with heavy bags. It also has no restaurant on its premise.

The hotel Palazzo Alabardieri is incredibly beautiful and elegant. Nested in the shopping area of Naples. We have spent there unforgetable days. Highly recomended.

We just stayed 2 nights in Naples and were thrilled with our choice.
The hotel has everything you would need and its decor is classic. The beds were large and firm, bathrooms were large ( we finally had counter space during our visit to Italy), and the rooms overall were updated. We had issues with our ac because we tend to sleep in really cold conditions, however we were able to sleep comfortably. Also the room walls seemed thick because it was very quiet during our stay.
We had done our research and this location was highly recommended and with good reason. The hotel is blocks from the water where people stroll down the boardwalk. There are so many restaurants, bars and high end shops, it gives a different feel than the other areas in the city. Very safe to walk around during the day and night, the restaurants we ate at in the area were delicious (especially Humberto’s) with great customer service.
Also want to mention that the hotel staff, from the front desk to those cleaning the rooms were very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast to start our day. They had a good variety of food.
Highly recommend staying here if coming to Naples.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was outstanding from the front desk to the maid service. It was a wonderful experience. We were a family of seven with three rooms and everyone felt it was a highlight of our trip.

I stayed 5 nights as this boutique type hotel and it swas absolutely fabulous. This is a beautiful stylish intimate hotel located right at the centre of upmarket Naples where all the shops and restaurants are. The seaside is only 5 minutes walk away and Via Toledo a mere 10 minutes walk.
The staff were unfailingly friendly and heplful with bookings of taxis and tours.
The room was ltatsefully decorated with the largest televison wall-mounted I have ever seen. Apart from the Italian channels there is also the BBC worldservice.
The bathroom was equally superb and felt really luxurous. The bed was excellent quality and the room was quiet during the night.
Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel and would certainly consider staying there again.

This hotel is safe and clean.
Next time I would just stay in Rome and take the train down to see Pompeii, Naples not really worth the visit. Jersey shore of Italy.

My sister, myself, my niece and her husband all had a perfect stay at this beautiful, comfortable hotel. It was much more relaxed and intimate with attention to every detail. Thank you so much for providing such wonderful Italian experience.

If you like fin de siècle decor and antiques, this hotel is for you. It is a great location and the hotel is beautiful. However, the Palazzo has obviously had better times and many of the walls need a coat of paint and the carpets should be refurbished. The weirdest aspect is that it felt a bit like all the staff were watching your every movement around the property. Everywhere you turned the staff were just around the corner. Maid vaped in the room, and left the window open so the aircon would not work. Took a while to figure that one out.
Some staff very supportive, others less so. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It was as good as Naples can be, I suppose. Felt safer in this area than others, and the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. A/C could be better, but it was sufficient. Walls were thin, and I could hear the people above and next to me.
If I return to Naples, however, this is where I would stay.

Overall great stay, love that breakfast is included. Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is dated but the staff keep everything very clean and tidy so no problems there. It felt slightly off the beaten trail which was preferable, it was easy to get to and from via taxi. Additionally, it was nice to not be in as deep into some of the tourist sections yet still felt nearby, we felt that the dining was better in the area since it was more of the outskirts of the major tourists zones. We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.
