German cockroaches EVERYWHERE! cockroach poison in all corners. Told the clerk and he told me he's never had any complaints about roaches. If not, why did they put so much poison in the corners?
Also had black gorilla tape over the smoke alarm.

Upon arrival, we were assigned room 145, which was unacceptable. The room's condition was shocking:
- Old, rusty bed
- Unclean bedsheets
- Dirty, worn-out duvet
- Unmopped floor
I had to clean the floor myself, which was a struggle.
*No Refund Policy*
Despite my requests to change rooms due to my baby's presence, the staff bluntly refused. They also stated there would be no refund.
The Worst Part
Returning to the room around midnight after my program, I discovered:
- A live frog in the room
- Frog feces
Exhausted, I couldn't muster the energy to remove the frog. Thankfully, I took a photo as evidence.
This hotel stay was nothing short of a nightmare.

Where do i begin. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE. We didn't feel comfortable with letting people into our room. So we ask for soap and towels independently of room service. We were told by the manager "soap is a courtesy". The fridge didn't work and we had to repair it ourselves. When asking front desk if we could get another one, we were told no, move to another room upstairs which was not a good option for us. We offered to do the swap ourselves and we're told no. We indicated we had several days of food to which there was no care or concern. When asked about ice they laughed. They absolutely didn't care that there was well over 100 bucks of food to keep from spoiling. We asked if we could just part ways and go to a hotel that was more representative of a first world country within about 15 minutes of the stay and no use of the hotel, and were denied. The manager of the hotel was quick to respond in denial of our request to swap fridges but 5 minutes later when we asked for a refund and to leave was nowhere to be found. There was mold on the walls and bathroom. The front desk ladies kids came in their pick up blasting music and causing a huge disruptive mess around 9pm and continued for about an hour. During the week, any requests for soap or towels were denied outside of housekeeping hours...as if housekeeping had more authority than the manager. I'm sure I'm missing some things. But typical family living/owning hotel who brings third world here.

You get what you pay for. Parking lot very trashy, cigarette butts all over. Rooms do not look like on website. Poor maintenance at location. Rooms need painting in worse way. Great place for homeless

For one when I arrived I couldn’t even open the door it was stuck. Once I finally got inside the room was horrible smelled like straight cigarettes. There was no batteries for the remote and when I called front desk they said they didn’t have any that I had to wait til the morning time the water never got hot for me to take a shower so I was there for about an hour and then I left and ended up paying extra money for another hotel. The experience was so horrible I will never book again

No point in reserving, they’ll give your room away regardless.

First off there's no direct number to the motel itself you had to go through some long drawn out process of leaving messages through a number from New York.
My band and I were running late and had to go to the venue we were performing at so we had an associate of ours who was staying at the same hotel attempt to check us in.
They couldn't find our reservation number they did not have the style of room that was advertised and reserved and we were told we could not be guaranteed a room unless we paid right then and there which we did.
While the room itself was okay and comfortable the bathroom had mold on the ceiling over the bathtub.
The one positive I will note is that they were in the middle of remodeling and I do hope the quality improves the location was good and seemed relatively safe.
Over the last 12 hours I have been seeing a relentless number of charges coming from said hotel for the reservation that they could not find that now apparently they have and are trying to charge me for I'm not sure what to make of it but I will be contacting the website soon.
Overall while we will be visiting the area again we will not be coming back to this motel.

I would request a full refund. First room i was given had a ceiling full of black mold in the restroom. Second room had a roach and ant infestation. I could not stay left hours after checking in. Totally despicable and inhabitable to stay in.

There was a roach in the bed and black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The only reason I went there and was gracious about it was because this is during a hurricane. Also the lock bar was broken and so the door was not able to be locked except for duct tape the piece together...no.lol
I will say the lady up front was incredibly nice though and I am thankful for her help as I mentioned.

This property was so dangerous and digusting, we chose to go back to our home that had not had power in 4 days. This property was basically a homeless encampment. 4 - 6 adults per room with dogs and cats. Grills were outside many rooms. All eyes were on us as we walked up the rusted stairwell to our room - the different factions were evaluating the prey. The room was not secure. The main lock was difficult to work. The secondary lock had been broken from someone kicking in the door. The room was furnished from Goodwill rejects. Do not believe any pictures. This place is a dangerous dump. We tried to contact Expedia to get them to cease their relationship with this hotel.

They call it a “hotel” but it is a motel, many people there are permanent residents it we were 7 people staying in a 3 bed and we all came to the agreement it was safer to drive back 4 hours at 3 am after our event than it was to sleep there for a couple of hours before getting back on the road.
I have no pictures to add because we checked in at 3 pm but never went to even open the room.

7 Children running around screaming by doors till 9:30 pm . Front door room 148 lock is broken doesn't have striker plate nor the inside lock works . Shower fixture doesn't have a stoping point between hot or cold takes awhile to get the temperature set . smoke alarm covered with a plastic bag on the ceiling. Bathroom ceiling has drywall repair incomplete. Painting in the room is horrible, looks as a young child painted the room. The worst room I have ever been in, since I paid online I couldn't get a refund being on a budget this trip I couldn't leave . I talked to the night manager about the room and showed her pictures of the room she didn't do anything next morning I talked to the owner showed her the pictures she didn't care saying "that the people here has been staying here a long time " . I also seen a drug deal in the parking lot. One guest that has been here a long time drives with his music loud bumping rap music . The people here are in control not the motel .
