Excellent(38 Reviews)4.2
Very well placed for an overnight (with parking) but still walkable into the city centre.
4.2
Unfortunately the Hotel was not in good shape. The patio outside the hotel seemed like unfinished and swith some small plastic plants on the gardem tables.
The hotel itself is comfortable and good equipped and very close to the OLD TOWN by walking.
4.2
The hotel is clean and functional which is as much as 1 can expect for the price. The room was very small and the breakfast very average. The staff very helpful. If you want more comfort you have to pay more
4.2
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
On-site parking garage available.
Short walk to historic downtown.

Good value for money. Good location near Rouen city centre, especially if traveling by car.
4.2
Fantastic, especially for price
4.2
The staff were very helpful and professional, the lift was new and the breakfast was of a reasonable quality and good choice. However the hotel required a lot of TLC and needed refurbishment particularly in the hallway and rooms/bathrooms.
4.2
very good

We were very disappointed in this hotel Very run down Tired....The hair dryer in the room didnt work No toilet paper on arrival in the room...15 (Not 1 or 2) 15 Towel trolleys in the corridor leading to the room the breakfast room was tired dingy and the furniture/tables chairs needed a lot to be desired....We would stay there again
4.2
Cheap and well located hotel. 9mn walking from the city center.
The check-in was quick and smooth. The staff friendly.
The rooms are old fashioned but functionals.
The area is not super sexy but for this price, it's fine for one night or two.
4.2
Although in an excellent location for visiting Rouen, the hotel is right by busy roads so very noisy, especially given the heat and no air con. Room was small but adequate. Car parking was very handy.
4.2
Air conditioning loud, not the best choice of food at the breakfast
4.2
Walkable location good for exploring the City Centre of Rouen
4.2
Excellent situation. Easy walking to hisroric old town and many restaurants.
Hotel was very clean, staff friendly. Needed a pass Sanataire to have breakfast. (Or negative test result)
Room was small but adequate for our overnight stay. Shower was over bath. Did have a kettle and tea/coffee supplies.
4.2
Very basic hotel with limited services.
Room comfort is ok, but disappointed by the cleanliness and the condition of the accommodation.
4.2
24 hr reception made this an ideal stopover and the central location was great for walking to the bars and restaurants.
Major building projects on the nearby quayside are affecting the approach with the main road closed.

Lucky for me, i have only one stay at this hotel.
The room was dirty, visible filth on tables and floors and worst of all mold under the leaky windows.
4.2
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms, good restaurant.
4.2
We wete moved hotels and the one we were booked in was dissapointing and took us 50 mins to find.
4.2
Arrived Saturday night. The receptionist was wonderful and couldnt help enough. She was an absolute credit to the Hotel. Room was fine and had all what you need. Hotel is a few hundred metres from all the sights and you have everything on your doorstep. Highly recommend this hotel.
4.2
Très bien situé. On peut marcher vers tous les points dintérêt à proximité. Par contre, la chambre est assez petite et le lit était horrible. Très très inconfortable.
4.2
The hotel was a building site, building work going on everywhere when we arrived, we were not aware of this when we made the booking, the manager was unhelpful and rude when we complained as were most of the reception desk staff except one, the room was scruffy and very tired, the lift didn't work throughout our stay and our room was on the top (4th) floor, the toilet in our room was especially dirty, the air conditioning, climate control didn't work, the stairwells and corridors had lots of large boxes ladders and other building materials stacked in them, cables were exposed throughout the corridors and builders were working all over the hotel, breakfast on the one day we had it was poor and overcrowded. We were told by the manager to find another hotel if we didn't like it but the hotel staff would not help in this task, even though we were foreign and did not speak the language.
Overall we were very dissapointed and angry that we had been miss sold this hotel by Expedia and it ruined our stay.
4.2
Hotel having some renovations but did not disturb or interfere with us. Location was perfect for sightseeing the river and the beautiful town of Rouen.
Staff were really helpful when asked about directions and suggestions. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food but the room was Comfortable and clean - good value for a short break.
4.2
Just ok.
There is a lot of construction in the area which seems to start at Night and the building shakes from the vibration
4.2
Turned up late at night with our child, welcomed ok.went to find it in cleaned from the previous guests. Got another room which was a triple, not the family room we paid for. This room the shower was broken. Offered free breakfast but because we had already paid for the breakfast through hotel.com there was nothing they could do. Not really a compensation due to waiting for 20 min for a room that sadder from what we paid for.
4.2
Entrance was dirty, looked like an abandoned local. We asked for a crib for my baby when we booked the hotel, and the receptionist gave it to us when we checked in, we had to leave it in the reception, take our luggage to the room and then come back to pick up the crib. Lift was very old, noisy, too small and seemed dangerours to use.
4.2
Ok hotel, price reasonable. Not too far from town centre. Breakfast had a fairly standard choice. Staff were quite helpful.
4.2
We had problems. These were resolved immediately and with noo questions. A very efficient service. The first was water coming through the ceiling of the bathroom, we were moved to another room immediately. In the new room the kettle was u/s and was replaced at once
4.2
Stayed one night as a stop over in family room. Clean, basic hotel typical of this chain in an unglamorous area, handy location as only a 10 minute walk into the town centre.
4.2
This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the city centre so ideally located. Whilst location is good, we found the hotel a disappointment. The rooms are fairly sizeable, but very basic and not terribly clean. The bathroom was dirty and needed re-furbishing - the bathroom suite had seen better days etc. The lights in the bathroom were very dim and worked intermittently including going out when in the middle of a shower. To get them going again, we had to tap them each time! No room safe, no iron in the room. There is free parking to the rear of the hotel although this is difficult to find. The car immediately next to the hotel on the main road outside is a public car park and is chargeable. Best to go reception first and then ask them to direct you to their car park, otherwise you'll end up going over the bridge again and having to find some way to do a u turn. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a very no frills stay, then this hotel might work for you.
4.2
First impression was not good, the area looked grim. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. View from room was of a flat roof full of air con plant and standing water. Room smelt slightly damp. It turned out that this was due to the air con dripping onto the floor all night, so much so that the ceiling tiles were sopping wet. Despite this, the beds were very comfy and the three of us all got a good nights sleep. We are due to stay in the same hotel on our way back home and hope for a different room, or fixed air con.
4.2
This is a pretty inexpensive hotel. It's right next to the great old town of Rouen. It has seen better days, but it is still OK. The worst thing was a very lumpy mattress. The staff is friendly.
4.2
Mould on the bathroom ceiling and a faulty air con that buzzed loudly every 20 minutes throughout the night. There were also bare wires hanging out of the bed headboard.
4.2
In the midst of renovation and car park cramped access as a a result. Problem with their a/c but staff helpful in finding OK rooms. Great position 5 minutes walk from Rouen old centre.
4.2
Very welcoming to our party of 5, made excellent suggestions on where to eat and provided us with a map to get from the hotel to the City Centre.
Room very comfy and once we'd worked out how to use the Air conditioning nice and cool too.
4.2
LOVELY little hotel friendly staff left my hearing aids on outward trip ,phoned reception they kept my aids safely until my return
4.2
I booked 2 rooms for a one night stopover. I had to ask to be moved from one of the rooms as the bed linen had not been changed or the bath bee cleaned from previous occupants.
Everything else about the hotel was lovely. The other rooms were fine and the breakfast buffet was ample.
