Check in is about 1.4 miles offsite at the at a general Keystone Condominium check in office. Check in was super easy and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. There is a nice brewery, coffee shop, small grocery/liquor, and breakfast restaurant in a small strip mall attached to the condo. Location is right next to the ski resort. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good except one thing. I booked thru Expedia.com. When I was there at the office, that was in the same building, but they can’t find my booking. I called Expedia and they told me to go to different place to get my check-in package. I drove about a mile to totally different lodging office to picked up my package and come back. It was confusing.

Avoid this hotel!! We could not access the property upon arrival!! There was no front desk onsite, and the phone numbers provided to get a key did not work. They provided an offsite address which we drove to after showing up to the property and seeing there was no front desk. Once we arrived to the secondary address provided to get a key, nobody was working and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone to get a key. We had to book a hotel last minute so we didn’t have to sleep in the car. Should out to Andy from the Hyatt for being so helpful!! Expedia and the resort will not refund us. Apparently YOU have to call the hotel 48 hours ahead of time to make arrangements to get a key, and check in is only from 4-7. What a terrible business model!!!

The pullout sofa was the worst ever in unit 5004. My son had wires poking at him all night. Not much sleep. Heat was great. Coffee maker didn’t work in the morning. Maintenance was the only one open to answer the phone and they sent out a worker with a new coffee maker, thankfully!! Great location. There is NO game room which was advertised on Expedia, which was a big disappointment for my son and I. The hot tub was so crowded we never were able to use it for our one night stay. Won’t come back, unfortunately.

Property very rundown. Beds not comfortable the only air that worked was hot air. Staff was very welcoming
3.7
Great location. Everything in building (grocery, restaurant, coffee shop) or very close. Pool and hot tub were nice but way too much chlorine (eyes burn and suite bleached)
3.7
It was great!

The unit we stayed at in the "Gateway" building was great. Spacious and comfortable. Parking was difficult with ATV trailers. Front desk was not helpful in the situation.
3.7
Nice and great location. Covered parking was awesome!
Room was well appointed, but the TV away the size of a personal computer monitor. It would have been good to have info on the Keystone shuttles that apparently pickup (Orange Route) right in front of the lodge. We drove to the parking lots and then walked to the lifts. Also, more info on how to make use of the ski lockers would have been helpful vs. lugging skis and boots around.
It was really nice to have a small grocer right downstairs, as well as a couple of restaurants.
Overall, a learning experience, but I’d stay here again.

Great place to stay! Close to CO mountains and many great bars and restaurants.

Nice location. Our room was clean, but it's a bit worn. Furniture, carpet, and bathroom walls have seen a better day.
3.7
Undersground parking was clutch with a 20 inch snow storm!
3.7
Limited parking in the garage, fills up quickly

We loved the location! A few cons:
-Room was a bit cramped
-Couldnt find our ski locker which made it a pain to lug around all our equipment. -The tv was not working when we arrived.
-the parking garage is shared with the whole building so your not guaranteed a spot.
The best thing about this place was the diner right next door for breakfast.
The bed was very comfortable.
And the shuttle service.
Overall 3 star

These are great units to stay in. The check in staff was really friendly and helpful once you get there. However, reaching anyone before hand to answer questions about parking etc...was close to impossible. Vexing. Also the check in instructions were not easily clear.

No front desk for late check in, no available information to guide us. Took over an hour to find out we had to go to another hotel, and the guy there said "that's just how it is, don't know why you didn't get the info."
So-called resort room had us sleeping on a freaking Murphy bed! Awful! Not even close to worth the money, even with the discount.
Never, ever again.
PS - Learn how to treat people who aren't your usual "glamping" ski crowd!

Very nice, people very friendly, the place was clean, amazing!!

The hotel room was very large and comfortable. The lighting could be improved.

Made a reservation late at night through your site around 11:45pm and received a confirmation email. When I arrived, the check in office had closed at 10pm so I was unable to check in! Horrible!

POSITIVE:
1 - Shuttle stops right in front of the hotel entrance making it easy to access
2 - Convenience store is accessible from inside the hotel
3 - The room we had is relatively spacious, and cleen
4 - The bed is excellent
5 - There is a nice common area, but I haven't seen anybody using it.
NEGATIVE:
1 - Nobody told us, or the shuttle driver that the check-in is far from the hotel. The Pier1 shuttle dropped us with all bagage in front of the hotel. The entry door can be opened only with the room key, which was at the check-in, I called the number on my reservation, and I had to froze together with my wife in front of the hotel more than one hour for the car they promised to take us to the check-in. TERRIBLE!!!
2 - The TV in the room is taken from the Fred & Barney cartoon, and there is no way to read text on its screen
3 - The carpet is overused, and falling appart in some places.

There are 5 different checking offices, depending on which one this condo’s owner uses for your room. This is already bad enough for us not to return to this hotel in the future.
The room was okay, but some plates weren’t clean and the coffee maker had the previous guest’s coffee filter sitting inside.
Not coming back :(

Great location, early check-in was easy, late check out availabile. Only issues were we had to call to get clean towels and our 3 yr old son found and was playing with used contacts he found on the floor.

The check-in office is over a mile from where you actually stay. No information posted at front door or anywhere else on premises. Called number and was on hold for well over 10 minutes before someone finally informed me where I was supposed to go to check-in.
The address given in Orbitz's confirmation email was neither the building we stayed in, nor was it the location of the check-in office.
The check-in process information could have easily been provided in an email.

Booked but received no info about where to check in. It's a ski lodge condo so nothing on site. The phone numbers provided were useless and that added to the frustration. Finally luckily found somebody who pointed me to the other building where I had to check in.
Checked in, headed back to building down the road. The key did not work. I couldn't get in the garage nor the front door. Had to call the front desk and they sent somebody down. The key he had also did not work. So he had to drive back to get a key.
Finally got in the room. The shower was lukewarm. Come on man! A hot shower is not asking for much.

The hotel was very nive. Great location, affordable price and great staff service.

The condo is located conveniently to River Run Village at Keystone Resort. There are restaurants within walking distance. Off-site check-in was a little inconvenient but check-out was simple and required a brief telephone call and leaving the keys in the condo.

Heater didn,t work. Had to plug and unplug it to regulate heat. Themostat so worn, could not read directions. No front desk made if difficult, Checking in off site, made finding check-in place difficult. Wifi went out. Beds were not comfortable. The repairman was VERY NICE. Carpet torn. Fireplace in lobby never turned on.

Came in from garage to hotel- very worried. The elevator and hallways, stairwells were dingy- in need of paint or something? The room though was updated, very nice, comfortable etc. pool and hot tub not nice.

We enjoy mountain air but traffic noise too loud to keep windows open. Otherwise great hotel.

Stayed in the Gateway building, has indoor pool and hot tub, room was clean and spacious. Bed was a bit dated however overall had a great time and made memories that will never be forgotten.
3.7
My reservation was for the hotel, not the condo that they offered. I went to the hotel that has only valet parking. The hotel said they had a condo available (I did not book the condo). The hotel told me to drive down the road to the condo registration. When I go there, they said I needed to drive again to the condo down the road. I went to three places to get to the room/condo. Hallways had the temperature way too high. Coffee maker did not work. Mold in shower walls.
3.7
Room was great, staff was nice and the perks were awesome. The free 1/2 day lift tickets were excellent! Nearby lifts and slopes, and right next to Christy Sports Ski rentals where they were very nice as well.
3.7
Never got to stay. There was a very bad storm and road conditions were horrible. This hotel would not change our reservation. Customer service was rude. Never again! This hotel or hotels.com
3.7
Thought this was a condo when booking, but it was a hotel room. A condo has a kitchen and this only had a "kitchenette". I was disappointed when I realized couldn't cook the food I brought! Will make sure I read the fine detail better when booking a "condo"! I have never seen a "condo" without a kitchen!
3.7
Do not expect much from this Hotel but it will get you within walking distance to the Gondola. However, not a short walk. Room was spacious but whoever set it up needs a lesson. The bed is fold out and the doors wouldn't fold all the way back due to the close proximity of other furniture. The hallways were like a sweat locker, which made the stransit to the hot tub doable in a bathing suit...
