Nice place. Little bit of a pain to get to the Ritz but the bus service was pretty good. Would stay again.

Properly was fine, people were great checking us in and out. Some TLC is needed to the condo to make it feel worth the money.
Fairly noisy at night from heating pipes or something like it. Metal banging noise.
I door heated garage was great.

Everything was great can’t wait to come back

I loved everything about the bear paw lodge and our unit. It was perfect and I am looking forward to going back.

Absolutely perfect in every way! Clean beautiful property and can no very quiet! Helpful staff loved everything about it!!!!
4.7
Beautiful property in a great location. Excellent furnishings but would have been nice if there were a few amenities such as coffee creamer, bottled water, and a few snacks since restaurants and stores are not close.

So the property manager failed to tell us that the unit was being painted during our stay. So at 8am we have 3 painters on our balcony looking in our windows. There goes the breakfast outside. They then start to tape over the windows with plastic. The walk to the Ritz pool is very difficult unless you are young with good knees. The unit is lovely.
4.7
Beautiful accommodations, on the slopes, walking distance to the Ritz.

We loved this unit. Lots of space for us and our 2 teenage boys. Great building - we loved the outdoor hot tub. The ski in/ski out situation is fine...the drop-in for the run down to the lift is just across a street from the front door of the condo building. Skiing back required some good navigation skills ... but that was fine! :)
Beds were super comfortable and the master bathroom was really spacious! Overall - we'd definitely stay here again.

Great location, ski in ski out, nice hot tub, clean and comfortable.

Amazing booking for my sons bday! Ski in ski out with breathtaking views and amenities. Would book again for sure!
4.7
Large well appointed property away from it all but close to everything. True ski in ski out and on demand shuttle service to take you to Beaver Creek Village.
4.7
Beautiful property, clean and spacious. Great stay!

We liked the property overall - very quiet and secluded. The building and the actual property were a little outdated but the owner did a great job of updating the furniture and appliances. We generally stay in the Village so we are closer to the activities, shopping and restaurants. This was just a little off the path, but still enjoyed ourselves!

We went for a conference and were blown away by this property and the surrounding area. The accommodations were incredible. We stayed in a 3bdrm 3 1/2 bath unit that had a beautiful kitchen and great room. We loved sitting on the deck, taking in the incredible views. The hiking and biking were challenging and exciting. We loved everything about this place. We will definitely be back.

Could have been cooler. Couldn’t help the weather. But sleeping at night w/o AC in warmer than usual conditions was not great. We also didn’t receive a package that was mailed until the Strawberries sent as a gift were melted. Other than that the property itself was good and accommodated our family perfectly!

Great room.. very nice staff gorgeous views. not crowded in July. Perfect time will definitely be back.

Outstanding accommodations and service.

Our unit in Settler's Lodge was perfect. Great view, quiet, shuttle service was easy to use, and the furniture in the unit was beautiful. Our stay could not have been better. Will use again.

We had six guys. Two of the had one king and other a double. Third two kid size bunk beds didn’t work well for adults so keep that in mind.
It was a beautiful unit everything you need to cook . Great ski in and out. Two small family would work nicely. Next time we would look for six adult beds

This was a guy's outing. I booked it and had never been there so I was a bit nervous. I was a hero! It was noted that it was the nicest ski condo they had ever been to. Skiing right out your door. Beautiful comfortable Decour .

I booked with Hotels.com for Bear Paw condo and when we arrived at property they said it was full, also they said that Hotels.com did not request Bear Paws so we were put in another condo. I think this was done by Hotels.com by their sketchy way of doing business! The day that I was here we checked a 3 bedroom condo that was cheaper than the 2 bedroom condo we were put in! There was never even a option to reserve Settlers Lodge! May be done doing business with Hotels.com.

Only downfall of this place was the hot tub was out of service. However we were allowed to use the Ritz Carlton's pool so it worked out. Nice place you won't be disappointed.

Room was AMAZING. Access to restaurants, slopes was awesome. The only thing that prevents a perfect rating was the fact that the jetted tub didn't work. For the high price of the room, I would expect all of the accommodations would be operational.
4.7
The room was fantastic and exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We stayed the weekend before the mountain opened for skiing and we literally had the entire building to ourselves, which means we also had the heated pool and hot tubs to ourselves also!

Best Condo we have ever stayed at. Best customer service.

Wonderful

we were disappointed to not have the peaked ceilings and view as portrayed in the photos. also the room was not as clean as one would have liked.
4.7
We had a wonderful stay and awesome snow conditions. The accomodiations were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
4.7
THIS IS NOT A SKI-IN SKI-OUT condo as advertised. You have to walk across the street to get to the run. As long as you are okay with that, the condo is great!
4.7
I was initially upset because I found out too late that the location of the hotel is NOT where it shows on Expedia. My friend and I were on bicycles, and although the check-in is down in Avon, the condo hotel itself is a couple of miles up the (steep) hill. However, they did have a somewhat convenient shuttle - it got us up the hill but was inconvenient enough we didn't want to rely on it to take us down to town for dinner, so we stayed on the hill that night and had very pricey burgers. There were only 2 restaurants and no grocery stores on the hill.
The accommodations, though, were gorgeous. Everything about the condo was top-notch. If I ever go back with a car I would stay there again.

The condo was beautiful, nicely decorate, comfortable and the kitchen supplies were well stocked. The ski lockers and garage were heated and extremely convenient, and it was wonderfully staying so close to the Ritz. The only issue was with cleanliness. Given the quality of the condo, we expected the condo to be immaculate and it wasn't. There were large clumps of hair in several of the bathrooms and the master bedroom shower was a bit moldy and doesn't look seem to get cleaned properly. Overall, our stay was fantastic, but for the price should be better cleaned.

We booked our stay for a Bachelor Gulch unit and stayed in a three bedroom Hummingbird Lodge condo. They had on-site management, a clubhouse, hot tubs, work-out facility and firepit! The condo was very nicely furnished and although we didn't need it this particular time, it's nice to know there is a/c here. Being so high on the mountain offered spectacular views of the changing leaves and it was soooo quiet; a welcome change from the city life. We had a chance to enjoy the landscaping and beautiful flowers before the season changed and we just felt very comfortable and relaxed as we enjoyed our BBQ grill on the patio. If you haven't driven up bachelor Gulch, make it something you HAVE to do next timne you are in Beaver Creek!
