Room is clean, breakfesk- small choises. Restorant - food from fridge. On the street you can find 100time better food. Staff is friendly, most of them no speak english.

This hotel has all, restaurant, concierge services and a great breakfast, rooms are also spacious and spotless ! What we love about this property was that all staff is amazing, and the breakfast is just awesome ! We will definitely be back!

Other than checking in everything was great . While checking in one of the girls at the front desk claimed my card hadn’t gone through and wanted to charge us again. Later the manager found out checking without a problem. Breakfast was buffet and like a large continental breakfast upstairs with sky view. Three separate swimming pools one which was heated . The hotel had a cute gift shop and was next door to a cute bakery where we bought water for half the price of the hotel . The hotel was also walking distance to a wonderful churrasco restaurant which the hotel had off cards in from desk. Uber arrived super fast at hotel.

Essa é a quinta vez que me hospedo nesse hotel. Quarto de tamanho razoável, café da manhã com boa variedade. A TV é muito antiga com imagem ruim, os aparelhos precisam de troca para modelos mais atualizados.

Hotel incrível, logo na chegada como havia muitas pessoas pra fazer checkin o hotel nos deu um voucher pra passar cinco minutos aguardando na cadeira de massagem , ou seja um cuidado e preocupação. Eu amei o hotel , próximo de tudo e fora que dentro do hotel vc pode comprar os pacotes pra fazer os passeios .

O hotel Tarobá tem um excelente custo beneficio. Boa qualidade de sono e bom chuveiro. O café da manhã é variado mas poderia melhorar um pouco a qualidade do que oferece. A minha única crítica é a limpeza dos quartos ser de dois em dois dias , para mim este é um ponto que me desagradou muito.

Fizemos a reserva pelo app e ao chegar no hotel o atendente disse que não tinha quarto, depois acho que encontrou o pior quarto disponível e nos mandou pra lá. O quarto estava sujo com uma toalha de banho dentro do frigobar que estava vazando água. Fora que o quarto ficava ao lado de uma escada, e não dava pra dormir por conta do barulho doa funcionário andando e conversando no corredor. Não recomendo e nunca mais volto.

Check in lento e desorganizado. No ato da reserva havia solicitado 02 camas twins confirmados pelo setor reservas , não havia quartos disponíveis, para solucionar a questão, me dariam um upgrade de quarto , quarto esse onde era impossível abrir 02 malas e com um banheiro minúsculo. Não havia toalha de rosto, ao ligar para a recepção descobri que o aparelho do quarto estava com defeito e tive que descer até a recepção para resolver a questão, onde foi prometido que o telefone seria consertado na primeira hora do dia seguinte, fato que nunca ocorreu. Durante minha estadia tive que descer 4 x para resolver problemas pois o telefone nunca foi reparado. Hotel através do combo Iguassu oferece , na reserva, 1 bebida para cada hóspede. Surpresa ao receber o voucher do " benefício " onde descobri que para receber os drinks teria que ter consumação mínima em uma choperia local, isso configura uma clara má fé por parte do estabelecimento ao enganar os hóspedes. Alegando a pandemia, os quartos não são limpos diariamente, fato esse que deveria ter sido avisado no ato da reserva, detalhe, o hotel, o salão do café da manhã, salão de jogos e a piscina estavam LOTADOS, mas somente na limpeza do quarto foi usada a pandemia como desculpa. Na última noite faltou água quente para banho, novamente tive que descer para reclamar pois o telefone não funcionava, esperei até meia noite e tive que tomar banho frio. Hotel Taroba , NUNCA mais voltarei e NÃO recomendo.

Funcionários muito atenciosos! Fiquei na torre 2 (mais nova). Apto bem arejado, banheiro com secador e cordinha para secar roupas. A limpeza não está acontecendo diariamente (acredito que devido à pandemia), estão limpando à cada 2 noites. Café da manhã com pouca variedade de pães (só tem pão francês e de forma), mas no geral é um café bem completo.Pedi toalha de piscina para usar num parque aquático, mas o hotel somente autoriza para uso na piscina do próprio hotel.Tem uma agência de turismo no andar térreo: Combo Iguassú… funcionários tb muito atenciosos.

We had a lovely stay at Taroba and loved the restaurant just next to it RanchoGauchu or something went there two nights in a row. Was cheap and easy to take a local bus to the waterfall. Hotel gets a - for recomending a tour company who had a fee for 10x for a tour

Room was extremely noisy. The windows only half close, with the other half being a shutter. The AC units are right outside the window so constant humming noise can be heard. Room was clean.
