Terrible beds were very hard, bathroom door kept getting stuck, noises doors that sounds like slamming. People trying to open our door through the night, felt sketchy.

The thing I didn't like was there was a parking fee to park in their establishment even though you are staying there. Also they don't do daily room clean up and will have to ask them to come and do it.

Very clean , everywhere you look theres someone cleaning . Breakfast is good and again very clean dining area. Bathrooms could use a refresh but at this price ill be returning.very good value for everything you get.

Beds are super hard like sleeping in cement. They also do not have any face towels at all. Bathroom door was broken. Staff was nice and friendly.

The property was a bit old but clean and tidy, except for some stains and a small area of sticky floor between the two beds close to the headlamp. I believe that the previous customers were eating on the bed carelessly, and the hotel didn't clean thoroughly. The room price was affordable, and the location was very convenient, with a bakery, supermarket, and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking spaces and an indoor parking garage were an advantage during summer in L.A. Breakfast was included; staff were responsive at the breakfast area.

I had a handicap room because I use a wheelchair and the bathroom really needs to be updated. The toilet was too close to the wall and the hand rail was sticking out and I couldn’t sit right on the toilet. They don’t offer shower benches or chairs and it’s a bathtub so not everyone can use the shower easily. The shower didn’t have a hand attachment either so I had to lean over the tub and use a cup to wash and rinse my hair and bathe myself with a hand towel and soap. It was uncomfortable. The room was spacious and I could easily move around. Everything was very clean. The tv worked, the ac worked and I had a mini fridge to put my leftover dinner in and microwaves are in the lobby. The other people staying there talk really loud in the hallway and they slam the doors every time they come and go. But they do go to bed around 10 so it eventually gets quiet. They offer free breakfast but it gets crowded. I left because there were just too many people and I couldn’t get down the aisle without having to ask everyone to move. They were pleasant otherwise and the price I paid was fair.

Service and pricing was good. Parking cheap and available. Best feature was that bed was very comfortable. Biggest detriment was that the hotel hallway smells like cigarette smoke, with a lot of it seeping into your room.

This hotel was a bit outdated but clean. They ask you don’t smoke, yet the non smoking room we were in smelled so much like smoke, in fact the entire floor did. We’re a non smoking family and the smell was uncomfortable and unpleasant.

It was decent. But rooms are out dated. Elevator was very busy especially with only 1 operational so at times bad if we needed to be anywhere quicker. Very busy breakfast area with many pushy foreigners trying to get congee, but breakfast was good. Owner or staff very accommodating and had extra towels if we needed and advised during check in they do not clean rooms during our stay which is nice to know.

We have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times in the last year. Sometimes the rooms are nice, sometimes not so much. This time the room was in the worst condition I have experienced here (or pretty much anywhere): - surfaces covered with cheap woodgrain contact paper - bathroom baseboards and wall rotted out from water damage - shampoo and conditioner dispensers empty - a used soap bar left in shower.

Nice, clean room. Didn’t like that there was only one elevator working so it took a while getting to the floor I needed. Friendly staff. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
