Good in general, I chose it because of the location near the highway, the availability of an internal restaurant and the availability of a fitness area. The outside of the rooms area is quite dated. It was quite cold during my stay, so it was not so comfortable to have to walk outside to reach the fitness and the restaurant area, anyway I'm talking about 20 meters, nothing dramatic.

Very good breakfast. Lovely outdoor area to sit and have a drink.

We spent 3 nights here and have no complaints. Just a good stay. Could be little bit cheaper, but ok, we chose it. There is a pool in the pictures gallery, but it is not accessible for children (under 16), so kids were disappointed. Good locstion close to the highway and old city of Avignon.

In case this was unclear - this is a motel; and not a very good one.

I am puzzled as to why this is so highly rated, the rooms are like little dungeons, the bedding, the pillows, the mattress are such poor quality, in fact the whole interior feels like what it would be like in a prison, basic and low quality
As you can imagine the wifi is also of a poor quality
The food options are so minimal, next to nothing around, as the hotel is no where near Avignon, so many better options and way over priced

easy to find, clean and had everything we needed

We came with car, car can be parked in the garden. We booked duplex so we had enought place. Cleaning lady were friendly.
Auchan and many shops for shopping are in the near. And it's easy to go to Avignon center with bus C2

An island in the midst of big box stores. The hotel is quiet, has a very pleasant garden with olive trees and a shady trellis, a good restaurant and a fitness section (that I did not try)... Rooms are clean and well appointed.... The boiler and some coffee and tea are a nice touch for those who get up extra early and need starter fluids... The downside is the surroundings, but the price is right (I paid around $70 for a night.). Also, it's njot easy to find... But it's definitely worth the money.

Very clean with excellent staff and a real bar and good restaurant. Security was good as was motorway access. Quite good value for money and we’d happily stay there again.

It was convenient for my trip but all facility is quite old.

Worst experience in many years, we asked one question when we checked on and that was if AC worked. Sure it does was the answer, we had it at coolest level all night an I bet we were never below 28 degrees!
I have some pictures showing the state of the room, if this is a three star hotel I'll never trust the ratings in the future. All pictures shown of this hotel just is fake...

The staff and food service was top notch all the way. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. The sitting areas on the hotel grounds were nice to sit and relax in.

This hotel is a gem in a commercial area with not a lot going on. It’s 10 minutes to the old city of Avignon. Also makes a good base to drive around Provence. The food is excellent! Most of the food is homemade in house from scratch. What can’t be made in house is procured through other quality local providers. The grounds are secured and well looked after with nice seating areas. This hotel is an excellent value and I would highly recommend it.

The stuff are very nice!

This was not what we expected. More of a drive-up motel with outside-access-only to room (no indoor hallway), a small, oddly designed room in an industrial area of Avignon The building pictured is of the reception area and restaurant, not of the hotel, which is in a separate building. One benefit is there is a large shopping mall within a 5 min drive and lots of restaurant choices. We didn’t use at spa services so I can’t comment on those.

We were excited about the indoor pool, but didn't realize that it was part of the spa and wasn't suitable for our kids.

Nice duplex room for a family of 4

This place is situated in an industrial zone outside Avignon next to a busy highway, you hear the traffic from inside the room.
The hotel looks like an American low budget motel. The so called spa costs 31 euros per person for which is completely outrageously priced for a place like this, especially when you know that the gym and pool used to be free.
In all the real spa hotels I have been to the pool is free of charge and then you pay for the treatments you chose to have, not here.
The service level is poor even for France, all questions are being responded with "that's how it is, read the website".
So please take an hour of your day to fully read the website before spending any money booking here in order to avoid all the surprises.
The room walls are like paper, you can hear everything that's happening in the room next door and outside swell as the traffic.
The housekeeper will knock on your door repeatedly at 9 even if you asked to not be disturbed.
They will block 110 euros on your card as a deposit when you check in.
To borrow bath towels you have to pay a 30 euro deposit per robe.
The room looks old and the towels are paper thin.
Next time I have a stop over in Avignon I will not be staying here.

Beautiful hotel, central to everything to do in the area. Staff very helpful.
