Convenient location on one of the main highways into Le Harve, 20 minute walk into the Volcano/Central area
Random location as appears to be within a McDonalds car park (which it kind of is)

vraiment trop bruyant

All good although Check-in took a little longer, possibly Covid Rules related.

Very friendly staff. A lack of cleanness, specially in thr room´s rug.

It was overnight before catching a ferry to the UK, so we did not eat breakfast before we left. The room was clean, comfortable and not too noisy. We ate in the hotel because there were only fast-food restaurants around the hotel. We did walk to what we thought was the centre of Le Havre looking for restaurants but with no luck. The hotel restaurant was not very good, but after a long drive, that day we sat outside with a drink and the meal was not expensive and filled a hole.

Very nice hotel, spoilt by traffic noise from busy road

Carpets in bedroom had seen better days, but overall hotel ok

Very welcoming staff, easy check in, good restaurant. My room did overlook the McDonalds drive thru, but that was not as noisy as I thought it might be. Convenient to the train station and local transit to events at Stade de Ocean
1.5
Good location.
Staff could have been friendlier.
Carpet in room badly stained and in need of renewal.
Breakfast was satisfactory but nothing special.
Price for lodging was fair.

Can be better overall. Policy is unclear. Shower space should be improved to avoid water on the floor

Really friendly staff and a good location. Room clean and a perfect breakfast

Great place to stay before early ferry home the next day. Very comfy bed. Great places to eat at the Docks a 10 min walk away. Free parking a plus too.

This was a one night trip because we didn’t find anything we liked in Honfleur. This hotel is next to a train station, doesn’t have its own entrance but it’s entr is shared with McDonalds. When we got there we wanted to quickly check-in and go to dinner but there was one person (non English speaking) with a line of pepper waiting to check-in.
Once upstairs it looked like an old messy hotel from the 80’s. There were trays outside of rooms and dirty towels in the hall. The room was clean but during the night they turned off the ac for heat and it was unbearable. An absolute No, it’s not worth the $!

On first impressions the hotel looks a bit run down from the outside. Inside the hotel is generally dated and needs a good modernising face lift... a very interesting red theme going on, but in general it was clean. The room was average, the washroom was of a good standard and modern but nothing special about the main room. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Did it eat there for evening meal or breakfast but the room looked clean. Plenty of eating opportunities across the dock in the shopping outlet.
Been to a few other Kyriads and not as good as the others but ok for a one night stay over.

The room was too hot. Had to keep the window open but then, the noise from traffic, passerbys and trains was loud. There was also a screaming child running in the corridor late at night, then crying several times through the night. Staff on arrival looked barely interested. Breakfast was nice and morning staff were pleasant. Overall, we had a terrible night sleep and the pictures did not reflect reality, in my view.

There was no air conditionning in the room as wrote on the description on this site.
Nothing to do around the hotel.
The room was very small , especially the bathroom. But the shower was nice.

Good location small shopping mall opposite and theres a mcd's next door for any midnight cravings ... only downside was there was no ac even though theres an ac unit in the room was told by the staff theres no ac in the hotel as they dont need it ... but I disagree the room was a sauna had to open the windows and yet was still hot.

We only stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. Clean room, nice staff, and a comfortable bed after a long drive.

The staff at this hotel was nothing but nice. For the age of the hotel I think its in good condition. The only issue I had was that the air conditioner/ heater was broke and it was extremely hot. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

This older hotel has been refurbished. The highlight is the very friendly staff and the great restaurant. Good location, next to McDonalds, right on the main road into town. Easy to find.

4 lanes of traffic on one side and 4 train lines on the other so no quiet rooms. For this type of location they really should invest in decent double glazing. pleasant hotel staff and good food but unbearably noisy so I would not return for this reason.

Pretty good service for the value, however a little bit noisy

The Hotel is easy to find and a nearby shopping center & restaurants all within walking distance made it a very convenient stay!! Would book a Kyriad Hotel again.

This is a terrific hotel, what value for money. Staff very helpful. All you can eat breakfast at sensible prices.

The hotel was in a good location. However it was very difficult to find. Need better directions. Hotel staff were cordial. Room very comfortable.
2.5
It looks a little ghastly from the outside but the rooms are spacious and clean, and it is conviniently located.

Afraid this hotel is located directly next to a McDonald's drive through, a major road and train tracks. Even so, room was quite, but as we stayed on a hot summer night, the lack of air con meant we wanted to open the window, the noise from Maccas meant we couldn't.

Typical Kyriad, modern rooms, pleasant design, nothing real fancy but good average - basically all you want for an affordable overnight stay. Free parking around the Hotel - easy access.
Close to shopping mall- and neighboring a major Burger Chain Shop. Provided alternative breakfast opportunity.
Free wireless.
All in all recommendable.

We used this hotel as a one night stop on the way to Brittany. The hotel was clean and the rooms adequate, especially when you consider how much they cost (don't expect the Ritz). The staff all seemed friendly. Left over pastries and fruit from breakfast were available free of charge later in the day. close to the train station which was a little noisy in the morning. Overall good value for money.
