The Hotel is well located. You can visit landmarks and historic sites in Reims as well as restaurants and wineries. Close to Epernay. Confortable, classic and affordable

The location was fabulous! The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms had everything we needed. AC worked incredibly well, excellent WiFi and more amenities. Loved the bathroom in our deluxe room! Would love to come back for a longer stay.

Great location minutes away from sights and square and free tram and bus stop. Delicious breakfast good choice of buffet. Reception staff were excellent very helpful. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Would recommended staying here in this gorgeously renovated mansion house.

A fantastic lovely hotel .

Large room. Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Shower set up was a little inconvenient.

It was like a tried nursing home without any upto date facilities and not enough staff. Terrible value for money. Hidden extras like 20 euros to use the pool for one hour. A very dull and uninspiring breafast at extortionate cost for what it was. Receptionust doubling up as waitress seriving breakfast. It was dull and tired without enough information on pricing. Nothing to like apart from a comfy bed.

The service staff were very nice and helpful with everything. I was a little dismayed to find out no one is there after 11pm. My room was comfortable, bed, etc, bathroom, windows and parking on site. it is well situated for walking, you can walk for miles and find anything you need. I would stay here again.

Lovely stay in a typically French style hotel. Really liked the decor. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Parking is tight if you drive a 4x4 so be prepared to find alternative parking spots on the street as the approach to the parking is a tight squeeze and do damage to your alloys.
I expected more for the cost of breakfast. It’s 19 euros pp for a selection of mini pastries, baguette, one boiled egg, orange juice, fruit, yoghurt, tea/coffee.
Not great options for diabetics or those with gestational diabetes.
Some sausages, scrambled eggs or bacon would have been nice.
Overall the food was fresh.

Charming hotel with very kind and helpful service! Paying for the use of the pool was unusual…it was nice to have a traditional decor of French hospitality!
The design of the dining room will probably follow…

The safe did not work in our deluxe room. The plumbing needed some adjusting. Next time, we will stay at a hotel with a more central location.

A gem. Clean, quiet, great location with great character.

All the staff are very friendly and happy to do everything to help to make your stay comfortable. Property is a bit isolated, but cabs come easily. Room was comfortable, old style. Amenities are limited.

We considered ourselves very lucky to find such a beautiful, historic place to spend Christmas - their decorations made the surroundings even more memorable. Very helpful, charming staff and very good breakfast.

An overall excellent experience highlighted by every staff member we encountered. Courteous, friendly and helpful in every interaction. The house this hotel is in is beautiful inside, especially the reception area, staircase and office. If forced to complain about something our shower stall was tight and didn’t drain well. Well-situated for everything in town if you don’t mind a bit of walking. I would stay here again. Very quiet area at night.

hotel with charm, the staff was very nice and attentive.
the price point is high for what you get.
we understand that it is a old property with history, but there are somethings like shower, carpet, that could be renowned for a more clean and comfortable experience.

This was beautiful French Hotel! Walking distance to Notre Dame Reims and lots of great shops. Great staff.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was very nice. The location was great. The hotel staff were super helpful.

If one is after nice gounds or nice lounges or great service or a free swim in the pool this place is not for you. Parking in the open air courtyard is 10 Euro. Swimming in the pool is 20 Euro per hour per room! Very very disappointing. Oh and if you fancy walking into town be ready for a 30 minute trek. Going into town is a must as there is no dinner available

Excellent facilities and first rate staff. On-street parking not ideal, but space was found close to hotel. Certainly would re-visit

Fantastic hotel and great service I would recommend to anyone. It had safe secure parking, clean rooms, good breakfast.
Also the hotel receptionist was super friendly and helpful.

Excellent two night stay for our visit to Reims. Very friendly hosts, the room was excellent, large room and bathroom.
Enjoyed the terrace, where you could sit and have a drink on an evening.
Parking on site, was very secure, although there is free on-street parking (but can be tough to find a space near the hotel).
Location was fairly central, maybe a 5 minute walk to a couple of the main squares with restaurants and bars.
All in all, an excellent stay.

I love this hotel! Great everything- people who manage the hotel are friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast is wonderful-great value and great tasting. The hotel is very beautiful- older hotel with lots of charm. Location is great-can walk to all the main attractions. Will be back! Loved it!

What a find. This is a great hotel. Spotlessly clean rooms. The pool and sauna spotlessly clean also. Breakfasts excellent. The hotel staff were so friendly and couldn’t do more to help. They booked Restaurants for us and organised taxis. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Reims.

Hotel vieux ! everything is old and the mineral water is the room is not free of charge ! 4 € for a 200 ml bottle ! Better to drink champagne for that price...

The hotel interior is lovely French antiques. The managing couple are a wonderful team who will assist you with anything you ask of. They made us dinner reservations, recommended local shops for specific request, and called a taxi when needed. The breakfast is a lovely bounty of homemade yogurt, jams, fresh croissants, and sweets accompanied with fresh fruits, and a meat/cheese plate. All with fresh pressed coffee and a orange juice. We had breakfast in the dining room, spaced apart from other guest, and another morning on the terrace, absolutely beautiful morning for such event. The room is spacious, but only offered a bath tub with a hand sprayer. There was no stand up shower in. our room, but other rooms may have the stand up shower. Wasn't a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. The cable TV is all french, no international channels. The location is a 10 minute walk to most things, 15 to city center. What the hotel may lack in terms of offerings, the hospitality more than makes up for, a pure delight to stay with this family.

This is a lovely base from which to explore Reims. A central location, private parking on-site, very comfortable accommodation in a stylish and characterful house, and excellent value for money

The facility is very dated, this could be seen as “fun and antique” but it was really more just dated. The bed was fairy uncomfortable, the room was a little dirty, all in all I wasn’t impressed.
Check in was smooth, they look you up in a book and hand you a key.
The first real problem was the WiFi, traveling from the US we needed it to work so we could figure out our plans. We requested a different room and were told they would reset the WiFi, and that did nothing to solve the problem. It wasn’t like we were in a distant room either, their router just sucked.
The breakfast, skip it, if you buy there it’s 17 euros, and it’s like an egg, some toast, jam and a yogurt. Very overpriced for what you get.
The location, it’s a km to anything useful, the train station is 1.2km the main area with food and bars is almost 2km. Not a terrible walk but if you’re drunk on champagne (as most tourists are) it’s too far. Or if you have luggage and have to drag it from the train, it’s too far.
These may seem like minor things but in a city with no taxis, it was not a nice place to stay.

A lovely quaint hotel on a quiet street in Reims. Only a 10 minute walk to town. We couldn’t have asked for more. Very friendly staff, comfortable good sized room and the swimming pool was great. The free parking was a bonus. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again if visiting Reims or even just passing through.

Very confortable stay. Bed was medium but very comfortable. Car parking if available was in an internal secure courtyard. Missed out on the pool, but will have to return to check out.

The hotel is in a great location, an easy walk to the city center. And it’s so quiet you’d never guess how central it is! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and very comfortable!

Nice enough room in a beautiful building. The parking was a bonus but a bit of a squeeze for a full size SUV!

Rooms and breakfast were fantastic. Probably the best water pressure for the shower I’ve ever experienced in Europe.
5.0
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made my stay feel more like a Bed and Breakfast than a normal hotel stay. I felt welcomed and that they cared that I had a good experience. I used the pool and found it clean, with a good supply of towels. It was a little cooler than I would have preferred. Breakfast was an amazing French experience, served on china thats unique to the hotel. The vintage decor was in good condition, and the updated bathroom was FABULOUS. If I get the chance to return to Reims, I will definitely stay here again.
