Honestly didn’t make it there due to false information about proximity to CDG airport. It is advertised as close, but with no shuttle service, a round trip to CDG is (according to taxis service) $160 Euros. Add early flight means taxis is iffy. Get a shuttle service.

There is no elevator, which is a invonvenient when you have luggage after a vacation.

Modest hotel. Friendly staff.

I chose this property because of the price. So as the saying goes you get what you pay for. Firstly, there are no AC units in the room which is fine considering it was cool there in September. No refrigerators inside the rooms. The restrooms could be cleaned a little better. We improvised during our stay. It was okay considering we spent most of our time in Paris and just slept and showered at the hotel.

The hotel was generally peaceful and neat but it could improve on the comfort especially with air conditioner. We had nice staff that are always ready to help.

Attention!!! No 24h reception!!! In the first day my flight delayed and I arrived in the hotel at 11:10pm, the reception was already closed and I could not make my check in and stay in the hotel. I have to find another hotel to stay!!No places to buy snacks or drinks after the reception is closed!!!The room was used by smokers and the smell in the room was terrible! No air conditioning or fan and the window is faced to a long corridor where everyone passes by and can see you inside even with the curtains.Pay a little more and stay in a better hotel!!

As me and my friend were on a trip, we got a bit lost on the metro and realised 1 hour before check in finished that we were not going to make it on time. We phoned the hotel, managed to work around the language barrier and we were given a telephone number to call when we eventually got to the hotel. When we arrived (1 hour after check in time finished), we called the number and a gentleman came out, gave us our room key and showed us where to go. Room was clean and perfect space for 2 people! Everyday the cleaner came to take any rubbish from the rooms and make the beds, change the towels etc. Beds were comfy, plenty of plug sockets and it was handy having a full length mirror on the wall as well! The workers at the reception were very helpful, giving directions or helping us get the correct bus. Didn’t manage to wake up early enough for breakfast, but the restaurant looked immaculate and the fruit bowls on the tables were always full of a variety of fruits which looked lovely and juicy. The only downside is that there isn’t a shop near by to get food or toiletries (sandwich, snacks, shampoo, conditioner etc) but what we found was easier to do is to get on the bus and buy the things we needed from either the shop just down the road from the bus/train station or the shop inside the bus/train station. It was handy because all the buses had their final stop at the station so there were no problems with getting on the wrong bus. Over all I would rate my stay a 10/10.

Upon arrival we were allowed to check straight into our room, which was great given that it was only 11am. The room was basic but clean. Unfortunately our door did not lock so we had to travel with all of our most important belongings for the whole weekend
This is coupled with the fact that the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were half normal size for some reason.
When we checked in we had a wonderfully helpful receptionist but we did not see here again for our stay and the rest of the staff were not quite as happy to be there
Honestly, I would pay slightly more next time and get somewhere better, I don't recommend this hotel

A lot of noise, and very far off the city or Disneyland! Nice staff though!

The room was small and it was outdated. The staff was not well informed about the booking online which cause me to pay extra money.

We paid for a family room. 1 Double, 1 Single. What we got was a small room only big enough for a double bed. The bathroom was outdated and mouldy. To make a coffee in the main room we had to unplug and move aside the TV. We had booked for a 5 night stay and left after two with a loss of 360 Euros because we used a trusted travel adviser. So very, very disappointing.

I never even saw the room I had booked. Our plane arrived late at CDG, and the taxi got us to the hotel at 1am. An iron gate was drawn across the drive--- a passing resident knew the code and let us in--- and there was no one in the office. When we phoned, we heard the phone ring in the office but there was no one to answer. Eventually we ended up at another, far more expensive hotel, and with a fat taxi bill.
Visitors should know that this hotel turns into a locked fortress at night.

I cant speak to the quality of the room, because I never got to SEE my room. I had a confirmed reservation, but we didnt get out of the airport till after midnight, and by the time our taxi delivered us to the hotel, the big iron gate to the parking lot was closed, and required a code that no one had bothered to give us. We got into the fortified compound only because a resident who knew the code ambled by, but even then there was no one to talk to. The office was closed, we called the phone number wed been given, and we could hear it ringing inside but no one picked up. The result was that we were left outside in the cold at 1 in the morning, with no room and no hope of getting one. So we ended up in an Ibis hotel near the airport at 180 Euros per night. Travelers should be warned that if they arrive late in the evening, theyll find themselves locked out.

Hotel OK, room small and issues with plumbing and TV.
Reasonable service from staff to issues but disappointed that the Hotel restaurant was closed all the weekend which was very inconvenient
20 mins deive drom Disneylan Paris

This hotel is of a reasoable standard for a budget hotel. Rooms were cleaned regularly and most staff were helpful. If however you are booking this hotel for a break in Paris or to visit Disney dont be fouled that it is close by. No direct public transport links and unless you have a car you need to be prepared for jumping on and off buses and metros to get around. The hotel is in a large residential area not particularly well suited for the tourist market.

This is an ideal hotel if you want to do a weekend in France on a budget. Only 25 minutes from EuroDisney by car, and around 30-40 minutes into the centre of Paris by train (8 Euros return) from the local train station which is approximaely 6 minutes by car from the hotel. The station also has free parking on Saturday and Sundays. The Chelles area however has very limited restaurant options which was the only downside.

Our experience was very nice, we enjoyed our stay. Its situation is convienient for trips to central Paris via metro. The staff were all polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

A decent and straight forward hotel that gives value for money. 13 minutes by train to Gare l-est, so perfect.

Campanile used to be a nice, rater cheap hotel chain.Today, one can see it is in bad need of renovation.
