Great location, rooms with a lot of space. Though not the most clean (couch and shower could have used more attention). Staff wasn’t the friendliest but assisted when necessary

The staff at the hotel is extremely rude and downright racist. The breakfast was ordinary and the staff was unwilling to provide items that had gotten over. My child wanted jam and they were not ready to give us a sachet from the kitchen. We went ahead and bought breakfast every morning from outside! The rooms were not cleaned sufficiently and they didn't even refill the soap containers (even after multiple requests). Would not recommend staying here.

We stayed 2 nights in this apartment and I would highly recommend it. It was very comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. The location was outstanding. We were about 10 min far from the Underground . the breakfast was good. The hotel staffs were very responsive and easy to access, the rooms were very clean and soft beds. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Frankfurt.

Very large and clean room, comfortable bed and not noisy. Also in a great location nearby to many restaurants and a 10-15 min walk to the Romer area of Frankfurt.

The hotel was undergoing renovation, but our stay was still very nice. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location wasn't central, but it also wasn't far away from public transportation.

Yes works being done to the exterior of the hotel. Room was fantastic. Stayed at the Ramada the week before which was the same price and terrible in comparison.

It was an ok hotel (bit outdated and such), but don't think it was worth the money.. For a quick in/out business visit, these "suites" are more then big enough..

Dont expect amenities. You have to leave the hotel to eat. Right next to a childrens school so during school time it is a bit noisy outside.You must be able to carry bags up or down one flight of stairs so be prepared.Room was clean. Breakfast was definitely decent. Again no amenities but a quick walk away from everything.

enjoyed our 2 night stay. suite was good size and clean. the location was really nice since we were not in a busy area but was close enough to walk to the Christmas market & the other shopping areas. breakfast was included & it was not the usual frozen & reheated items. would have been better if we did not have problems opening our room door. they still use the old fashion key & it required some unusual twisting. hotel is about 30euros ride from the airport. Id stay here again.

Great location for sightseeing in Frankfurt. Hotel provided very good breakfast. Really everything we needed for our stay...but wish there was a full length mirror or even a 3/4 one somewhere in the apt.

It is located in a quiet street while being very close to the busy downtown shopping area. The building looks old from the outside, and there are a few flights of stairs you need to take before getting to the elevator, but the suite is large, clean, and pleasing.

I walked into a very large and clean 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen as my hotel room. I was very pleasantly surprised and very much enjoyed my stay. To top off a great stay, the hotel breakfast was great as well.

Good location a short walk from major shopping area and restaurants. Rooms are individually decorated with comportable beds and nice linens. Immaculate bathroom. Only downside is the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

European city hotels tend to have small rooms, but the suites hotel offers spacious rooms with kitchens, living/dining area. The area is residential, behind a beautiful small park and the Hilton. However, its walking distance from the S and U Bahn, the Zeil and in the city center. Its like having your flat in Frankfurt. Breakfast is good and the stay very pleasant.

This is a great hotel simply because of the size of the rooms! The neighbourhood is nice and close to the city centre. The rooms are clean and lovely. In terms of facilities, there isn't all that much, it is pretty basic. I would absolutely stay here again. Very happy!!!!

The hotel property was in every way perfect. We went for the Christmas Market in Olde Town Frankfurt, so easy walking distance, great, really great suite, wonderful breakfast included and all the employees were professional and pleasant. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

This apartment had a nice location. It was close to the Opera Platz, the shopping area, the old city and river. There are plenty of restaurants and even a movie theater nearby. It is across the street from a park although there are plenty of parks in Frankfurt. The room was clean and the breakfast had a nice variety and was well presented. There was no air conditioning in the room and that was not a problem with the exception of a few days when the temperature soared into the 90's. They gave me a fan to use and all was well. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, generous sized room, well equipped. Good breakfast buffet if, like us, you like German style food. Walkable to sights but underground is just a few minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Frankfurt
