Horrible service.
Was told we can have a cot, and arrived to find out we couldn’t.
There was a big even on our second night, so there was no parking. They don’t even have specific spots for hotel guests.

It was good to stay in this hotel but unfortunately I stayed at room no 207 which is noising of water pouring in the plumbing irregularly… I could not sleep well
Anyway, when anyone stay in this hotel, I would like to recommend to avoid this room no 207..
Except this, this hotel is quite nice and affordable to stay.

Our room was clean. But pictures looked like it was bigger..The lobby & parking was very noisy. The windows looking outside were very dirty. No fan in the bathroom.

Langley is an area that if you step on the wrong side of the train tracks, you'll see the city with two different landscapes; one is beautiful, with newer development and shops; the other is quite run down with unhoused people, the area not too upkept, and you automatically get the feeling of not being safe. And you guessed it, the hotel is on the run down side of things. However, with that said, it is a matter of perspective. No one bothers you, there are lots of shops in the area, even a great restaurant, Naka Bistro which we enjoyed. The hotel itself had enough parking, the staff were helpful, and the room was comfortable. While we had no issues at the hotel, I would probably try looking for another property to have peace of mind for the area to stay in.

Was amazing. Lived in langley when i was younger and it was nice to be back. Rooms were clean .

Room was clean and newer than i expected. Big room and TV.

Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds, Starbucks in the lobby and friendly staff. The only downside is the park area on the corner is filled with drug addicts using drugs right out in the open for everyone to see.

This hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The area around it was a little scary. When we returned to our car the next morning a milk shake (we think that is what it was) had been thrown on our window. It was difficult to clean. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Clean quiet rooms

The hotel was pretty central to everything we need for our stay. Staff was friendly and prompt, rooms were clean and spacious (there was 3 of us, 2 bikes and our luggage in the room), the only complaint I would say I have is that the water pressure was not that great as it kind of pulsed a bit and my wife found it hard to rinse her hair. Other than that a good stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had a pleasant smell. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Nice hotel, the beds were not my favourite I didn’t sleep well in them. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice rooms. Big parking lot but was impossible to find a parking spot when we got there on the weekend. Had to go hang out at the mall to wait for a spot. My biggest peeve was the extra $100 in fees for nothing 😑 probably won't stay again but the rooms are nice and bright.

Great place and great service

Lots of issues this trip. I’d think about other options before staying here again.

Room was small and kind of grungy. Hallway carpet had stains. Looked like they could have been easily cleaned but appears no one cares. We overlooked a parking lot that had homeless people sleeping in it. Homeless camp for Langley perhaps. Rep at check in had zero personality and her head was somewhere else. Won’t go back.

No restaurant for breakfast!!!
4.3
The hotel was nice. The mattress could use replacement: it was not very comfortable, but everything else was decent.
4.3
Location wise this property is good...but there is no breakfast served, no restaurant in hotel for breakfast also...at the same time no microwave in rooms for quick food options.
Other than that this Hotel is good and casino with in it is added attraction.

The room is clean and well appointed.

The stay at the coast was my 4th time. It was cleaner than usual. I did clean my room as I have heard the horror stories, but it mostly came clean. My suite had a bathtub/shower, when wiping the bathtub out— it was kinda gross, definitely wasn’t cleaned well. Otherwise the rest of the place was fine. It is attached to a casino which is great— until a Friday or Saturday evening.. when need to park your car and there is no parking stalls because of the casino. When I asked the front desk where the parking was for hotel guests, they said it’s all open for everyone. Highly irritating.

We had a very good stay in this hotel, clean and staff were nice and very accommodating. Thank you Coast Hotel for we had a very good relax stay. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Room was clean. Only had one coffee in room at arrival
Told we should have asked for more when we checked out. But I figure we should not of had too, it should be in room already for at least 2 people. Asked for a different room as we were looking over at warehouses, and homeless people sleeping in alley.they said no to switching. Nice sleep. Bad view. No coffee
