We had a good stay overall..the place was outdated though. My complaints are the mattress was very old. You could feel the springs just by sitting on it so you know sleeping on it wasn’t that great. We didn’t have hot water between 7:00 and 8:00 pm on the second night and then hair was in the tub so I had to purchase cleaning products and clean the tub myself. I love staying at the Schooner and I still enjoyed my stay but it could use some updating.

Anniversary 2 night trip with my wife. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Hotel was quite with easy access to the beach. Short drive to area attractions and nice restaurants within walking distance.

We loved everything. The condo was very clean veiw was beautiful corner veiw we had room 1004 on the 10th floor ..We will definitely stay again ..Thank you for beautiful weekend birthday trip . My husband and i enjoyed everything room was clean . Only thing i say elevator a d hall ways need ac flowing but thats all but we had beautiful trip . We stated two nights and three days

Everything was great! The only thing was that the tvs in the bedrooms didn’t work, they would come on but say no signal. I did report it but the would not be able to work on it til morning and I understood because I reported it later that evening. We did have late check out at 11am so everything overall was great kids really enjoyed it and that’s what matters.

The property was really convenient to the beach but parking was very limited for handicapped. The pool and spa were really small and always crowded. Would have been nice to be able to enjoy them by me not able to walk on the beach. Could use some updating.

A three day stay to rest, do laundry, enjoy the beach/ocean and the local culture. The two bedroom condo is more money but offers the best views and is worth the money. Front desk staff were friendly efficient and informative. Will stay here again if we’re in the area.

The room was clean. The bedroom is separate from the living area. There is also a smaller room with a bunkbed. The kitchen has a set of pots and dishware for 6 people. I will stay there when i visit Myrtle Beach again.

Hotel location and beach was great. Room was very nice, a little dated but still good. Small TVs with cable service that does not get major networks. The negative about the stay and hotel was the fact that they were doing work on beach side of building. It’s understandable that work needs to be done but we were not able to use balcony. We booked oceanfront to be able to enjoy the balcony. There was no mention of this when we booked. We would have booked somewhere else. Other than that, it was good. Great hot tub and sauna on the 15th floor!

Online description said it was two bedroom and one bath but actually it was two bedrooms and two bathrooms with toiletries provided. Old hotel but the price and location were good for two bedrooms and two bathrooms for four people to stay.

The front desk was horrible. Did not answer the phone much. Had to go down and ask questions because of it. Advertised on website and even in the elevators on-site that beach towels are provided which is incorrect - only pool towels and those cannot be taken to the beach so we had to buy beach towels! The parking was very tight with first come first serve. It was a great to be next to the beach, however, the apt hotel is outdated.

The room was sub par, I booked an ocean view room. I was put on the 2nd floor and couldn’t see the ocean because of the trees. All I got a view of was the pool and another hotel beside me. The room wasn’t very clean and the tub wouldn’t drain. Will not stay there again.

The pictures show that the master is on the beach side with a view but it was on the street side and it was VERY Loud traffic/ road noises!! It says "Oceanview" but it's actually a very partial side ocean view. I called Hotels.com and after a 1/2 of communication with them was given $50 for my next booking. I complained to the manager and got nothing! The room is clean. The pool was the size of one you'd have in your home's backyard. No I cannot recommend and no I will never go back. So disappointed with Hotels.com/ one key!!

The staff was very accommodating and nice. We had an early arrival and our room wasn't ready so they gave us beach towels and all access to use their facilities until our room was ready. They even gave us a courtesy call to let us know when the room was available.
