It was a quiet, peaceful stay. Booked a room with a jetted tub. And the king bed was so soft and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and check in was easy!

The room smelled of chemical cleaners and the tile floor was grimy, no bear foot walking. There was no hair dryer although it was an advertised amenity. When I asked for one the explanation was that they break. Another guest that overheard provided his to me. I was given a handicap room without being informed. I’ve stayed a budget friendly locations without these issues. The breakfast the first morning was bad, although the second was better.

I've always had good experiences at Country Inns and this was no different. We had a short stay, arriving around midnight and just staying one night, but it was on our way home from Ocean City and way cheaper than any of the OC motels.

No one was available at the front desk when I checked in or out. With check in, there was a sign at the front desk to call the hotel phone number which I did multiple times with no answer. When did get an answer was told that she was dealing with a maintenance issue and was on the phone with maintenance addressing the issue. No one at front desk on checkout. Again, called the main hotel number which was answered right away. Three staff members then walked out of the laundry room.

It was a very basic hotel. The decor of the lobby and rooms was unattractive and not pleasing. The bathroom was nice and bed comfy. Floors were sticky. And the lobby smelled weird

location is convenient and staffs are nice. Room was not clean and moldy in the shower and floor was not clean. I took photos and showed the front desk. They cleaned it and is better, but still moldy. One of the reasons we booked this hotel because of the hot tub, but jets were not working.

TV remote didn't work. Picture on tv was fuzzy on every station. Bed was broken and made a horrible metal on metal screeching sound each time we moved. It woke everyone up all night.

I wouldn't stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Salisbury, MD again. For the $270/night room, I found it to be dingy and underwhelming. The hotel lobby smelled very nice and was clean, but our actual room felt old and not cleaned properly. The room was tight and felt small, despite there being a living room area, despite being an accessible room. The pillows were awful - zero foam and flattened immediately. Additionally, I check every hotel room we stay in very carefully for bed bugs or other creatures and unfortunately we found what appeared to be one bed bug in the sheets (see photo) - but I didn't see it until the morning so we've gone through the heat/kill process with all our items we brought into the room. I didn't see anything at check-in otherwise we would have requested a new room then. The biggest issue, aside from a bed bug, was our shower's water temperature. Last night, it was scalding hot and couldn't regulate lower despite moving the handle. This morning, it was freezing, and again unable to be regulated no matter where you placed the handle. I even tried to see if the bathroom sink water would change the shower temperature if turned on but it had no affect. I was really disappointed when I informed Mike, the gentleman at the front desk this morning. He was very friendly, however dismissed the water temperature issue we had and said I really needed to 'fiddle' with the handle more and that their water is testy at times.

The hotel smelled.. the rooms although non smoking smelled of smoke.. the television did not work. The beds were uncomfortable… the eating in hotel.com were incredibly incorrect and I say this for a rate of 150 per room… it was awful. I’ll never stay at a Radisson hotel again..

No value to this stay. Taking into account this is a peak time and area for beach weather, the upkeep of an older hotel was not very good. Mold in the corner of shower enclosure, mildew smell in the hallways toothpaste on bathroom wall.

The room was loud from old AC and very sandy from previous guest. The pool was dirty and looked like it had been a few day since it was last cleaned with no clean towels and a non working hot tub.

It was just ok! Definitely in need of updates and a better cleaning. Staff was there-no one really went out of their way to say hello or ask how this were going. We did get locked out of our room-the night latch somehow opened when we left or after house keeping and we couldn’t get in!!! The front desk guy did come to our rescue with that!

Overall a decent place to stay. A strong outdoor when you first walk in, not sure what it was. Sheets had stains, the cleaning person graciously went and got new sheets. Quiet hotel, never made it to the breakfast, can't comment on that. We had a jet tub in the room which was really nice. They just need another ice machine or get a bigger one. The ice machine would run out of ice. Close to stores.

The setting and overall cleanliness was decent. Staff was just as exceptional, except the lady who was at the front desk when I checked out at/around 2:40am this morning. She refused to provide me with a paper receipt of my purchase. She s condescendingly as if I didn’t know what I was speaking of. Yes I book third party through Expedia but everywhere else I go I’m always able to get a receipt for my purchase, at the end of my stay. I was upset at her demeanor and chose to just leave. But, other than that, everything was ok

Checkin was easy and quick. Room was clean. Location was perfect. The text service was amazing- I texted for a blanket and within minutes there was a knock at the door.

No hot water on our first night. When I complained, I was told to turn the handle the opposite way. I told them that I am a licensed Master Plumber and I know how to work a shower diverter. They never sweep or vacuumed the floors.. they are full of sand and very sticky from the glue used to install the laminate flooring. They never picked up the trash, left soap wrappers and papers on floor. Didn’t know how to make the bed… tucked the covers too much under mattress that there was not enough to cover shoulders. They do not even provide bottled water. The emergency exit in the pool area was not alarmed. Kids opened it and left it open after they left. Pool area was full of trash, food wrappers scattered all over. No clean towels. Wash clothes in bathroom are old and frayed, probably cast-off from another hotel. Did not replenish out toiletries, we stayed for 4 nights. I had to ask for some. We needed some after two days.

Love the location and proximity to SU campus, but the lack of carpet in the room was definitely a problem. With wood plank flooring you can hear everything above you. The guests staying above our room were up at 4 am and we could not get back to sleep. Everything else about our stay was great, but I can't say that we will go back anytime soon considering the noise issue.

Basic hotel. Clean, lovely, generous & complete breakfast. Laundry facility, snack & beverage machine. Good for cost, nice staff. Not the "extras" that many hotels offer but the cost probably is reflective of that. Cleanliness matters & it was spotless.
