Amazing , great place for the family

Check in was easy, the staff member was friendly. The hotel is a very no frills hotel that was not in very good condition. The room was bare bones furnished and not decorated. The curtains were half falling down and the blackout curtain was torn. Two of the light fixtures were not working. The comfort of the bed was mediocre. The bathroom was in bad shape. The shower curtain rod probably could have fallen any moment. It was not even installed properly so the curtain wouldn’t stay in either direction; it just hung in a bunch in the middle. There were some stains on the towels and bath mat and hair in the tub. Even if the hotel is under construction, the condition of the room was not pleasant. I was grateful we were only staying a night. On the other hand, the staff at breakfast was friendly and kept everything stocked well. The continental breakfast was ok and the food was hot.

My kids had a fun time in the pool and with the indoor and outdoor activities. Note that parents can't go into the pool area unless they buy a wristband or pay to swim, even if they are just watching. If you don't want to pay then you have to go in an upstairs area and don't have access to your kids. The hotel rooms were really dirty. The carpets are filthy and our feet were black jsut from walking around in our room for a few minutes. Beds were super uncomfortable and sank. Pillows weren't fluffy at all. Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Our bathroom walls had patches of mud from fixes but it was never completely fixed so it just different colored patches places and even the ceiling was dirty.

It was clean and beds comfortable. But unless you’re okay with not getting much sleep because of noisy kids in the rooms, running up and down the halls not being quiet up into the wee hours of the morning and then starting back up super early the next, it might be the place for you. It is a hotel with a “kids” massive playground and water slides but they don’t ever get quite or have respect for other guests staying there.

I absolutely not recommend this hotel because it’s very dirty, I stayed there Thursday till Sunday and they didn’t cleaning my room, Friday they just made the bed without changing sheets, no cleaning the bathroom not even vacuuming the floor, no shampoo or conditioner at all, I had to ask every time for towels because they didn’t drop towels at room, I led them know that my room needs to clean because Friday was not cleaned and they said on Saturday we’ll be clean it but on Saturday still not cleaned this time not even the bed, so frustrated for me because I have kids and wasn’t ok to stay there like that. As soon as I get there I asked housekeeper every day but they ignored me.

My room has broken soap pump in the tub. Reported but not corrected. Lock was not working properly. We need to push with foot after digital key. Everyday cleaning not provided due to short staff. Not worth the price. May be high prices due to busy season.

We really enjoyed triple, play and the front desk Lady (sweet Scottish woman) was fantastic, really made everything Super special and easy to understand about getting out, and going over to triple play to have fun.

Everything was great except for the pull out sofa bed which was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. The staff was very quick at delivering extra sheets and pillows when we requested them.

Our room wasn’t touched before we checked in. Cereal, candy, popcorn all found on the floors. Bed sheets were filthy, hair all over bathroom, make up on towels, dust and gunk all over coffee pot, stained (dirt and feet smudges) on tub, bugs on towels. So nasty.

Hotel was clean, but showed some signs of wear. There was some renovations happening to rooms at this time.
Front desk staff and breakfast staff were excellent.
Our check-in was very smooth. The person checking us in was very accommodating for an early check-in.
The breakfast buffet had a decent selection and the staff was very good at making sure everything was available and cleaning up as people left.
The only issue was our room was not cleaned after the first night (we were there 3 nights). We had to get more towels from the front desk. One of the rooms we had (we had 2 rooms for our group) was cleaned the next day and one only had one bed made and nothing else done.
Overall we would recommend this place.

We had a great time at Triple Play! The price was much cheaper on Expedia vs the hotels website, which left us more room in our budget to do ALL the things that the resort has to offer. Everyone should note that the activities are not included in the room rate. We personally thought that was very clear when we booked, but many people seem to not understand. We got the unlimited day passes for our family of 6, there is so much to do that I would reccomend either doing 2 days of those passes or one and an extra water park day. Our only complaints was the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and saggy and the bathroom had water damage due to not having a fan. Besides that, we had a wonderful stay and will absolutely stay here again.

It’s a dinky old motel, very pricey, because there is a indoor water park attached.
The breakfast is definitely not your best option, I would go elsewhere for breakfast. The rooms are old and outdated. We liked staying here because our kids have fun with the attached triple play. Which is accessible to all people not just the hotel. Everything gets very pricey though. They don’t allow you to use the pool without paying. I’m pregnant and can’t use any slides and to just sit in the water for 30 minutes I had to pay for a day pass. If triple play was not connected to the hotel we would never stay here that’s for sure.

Would love if you stay here, maybe give a discount for the water park and other attractions at triple play. Dirty under the beds but a decent room. Staff was very friendly! Not much perk to staying at triple play besides being right there. They were in the process of updating their rooms so at least they care about trying to make the place a nice one to be in for the higher rate you pay.
