Hotel served its purpose for our one night stay. Room was good. Restaurants and some shopping is within walking distance.

It was a little less than what we expect for the cost but we realized that in a smaller older town you have fewer to choose from.

Water slide was going to open “tomorrow” for an entire week which meant no water slide for the entire extended stay. Toilet was broken and was going to be fixed “tomorrow” the entire stay, but was never repaired. Housekeeping when they did come didn’t clean anything. Overall disappointing

Exactly what we wanted for a low-key family holiday. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids, beds clean and comfortable. Easy parking and we could walk for dinner to nearby restaurants.

Loved the king size bed and room comfort. Pool slide and hot tub were also great! Had late check out for both pur rooms without any difficulty.

Some amenities needed a little more updating in the room for the price. A lot of old things, tv, lamp didn’t work, phone didn’t work. French doors to the suite were so loud and creaky. Sofa bed was from the 80’s. Paid over $300 a night for a room that should’ve been $100.

Place was nice and close to restaurants. Only bad thing the key cards frequently quit working and would t k ow until you got to the room then have to go all the way back down to the desk.

We booked the hotel because it had a pool (we had our grand daughter with us). Pool was a reasonable size and served our purposes well. One downside was the shower that was supposed to be used before entering the pool was not working, but everything else was in order. Plenty fresh clean towels to dry off and areas to sit when you weren't in the pool. Breakfast buffet's hot items were indeed hot and there was enough choices to satisfy everyone in the group. Checkout was quick and easy. Not the largest variety, but certainly serviceable for our needs. Building is older and could use some refurbishing here and there, but everything was clean and usable. We would have no issues booking this property again.

Great to bring the family. Only suggestion is more bedside tables (we were in a room with 2 queen beds and only 1 bed side table) and lights with USB outlets would be helpful. But great experience!

Great check in and out experience, nice continental breakfast, clean room. The tv is very small, but I would hope you don't go to Drumheller to watch tv! It was nice to have a McDonald's, Smitty's and BPs in the same parking lot.

The rooms were expensive; the view from the only window in our room was the back of a pillar. Great water slide.

We were there for 4 days when I had to inquire about why the room was not yet cleaned. There is a sign in the elevator stating that due to concern for the environment, rooms would be service after 3 days minimum. By the evening of day 4 I had to go to the front desk and ask.

Glad we stayed at this hotel! The waterslide and pool were a big hit. The breakfast was excellent, and there was lots of it. Even though the hotel was full to capacity, it did not feel overwhelming. The overall feel was very good. I deducted a star for property maintenance because the lock on the washroom in the pool did not work making it hard to go to the bathroom lol. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is lots of restaurants around the facility as well as a Walmart and Canadian tire if you have forgotten anything.

We enjoyed our stay,the only issue in our room was the fireplace didn't work, they came up right away just to find they couldn't fix it. They found us a new room equally as nice.Thank you for a great and comfortable stay.

The building is wood frame so it was noisy from above, lots of foot noise, there was a lot of snoring from next door.

The included breakfast was great! Our whole family ate well each morning of our stay.
The kids loved the pool (and slide), and I did make use of the fitness centre on our last day. It was small, but well-kept. Had all equipment needed for a quick workout before heading out for the day.
The tv in our room was pretty small, but we weren't in Drumheller to watch movies so this did not bother us much.
The rooms are a little dated, but clean.
Overall, a good visit. We would stay here again.

Most likely the best option in the area but if you are used to staying in City hotels than you will be disappointed. Old, dated and a TV smaller than a computer monitor.

Grossly overpriced for the age and conditions and amenities. Dark rooms dated no restaurant or bar. No body wash in the room. Cold in one room and ice maker not working. Staff pleasant

A great place to stay while visiting the museum.
Kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was pretty good, though hard to find seating. The ladies facilitating breakfast were super helpful with allergy information and cleaning tables quickly.

Staff were very friendly, place was clean, and well maintained. Pool, water slide and hot tub were nice to have. An excellent gym, and the hot breakfast was good too. All in all, a great place to stay. Would totally recommend.

While the rooms are a bit dated, it’s a great spot close to many restaurants, down town and the museum. Our family also loves the pool area.

Took my family on a mini vaca to Drumheller, needed a hotel w a pool and if it included breakfast I'm a happy man. Really happy that I chose the Ramada, great amenties (pool, gym), really excellent staff and the breakfast buffet was perfect. Great memories were made in the pool as it was almost as good as the dinosaurs for my kids on our mini summer vacation.
