In town for Angelo State university’s family weekend. Great location near the campus. Room was great! Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was delicious! Was a great stay while visiting our son!

Bed a bit soft. Overheard discussion between a customer on phone with manager. A bit loud and inappropriate to be having a discussion in front lobby while we were trying to check in with the front counter rep.

Look, for the amount of money you’re going to spend on a night here…do yourself a favor and go to another hotel. Check in and staff were very friendly, no complaints there. This hotel is obviously dated, with paper thin walls. Room wise: ripped, stained (hopefully just so) sheets. Shower head leaked all over the floor, and dirty floors at that. Cleanliness was not something we encountered here. Breakfast, just don’t. Coffee was surprisingly not bad. I’m in no way a picky guest, I’m very understanding 99% of the time. The amount of money I paid for two night for this place, never again. To be honest, I probably won’t be staying at another Hilton, they’ve continuously gone down hill.

Front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. Room was hot no matter how many times the thermostat was adjusted. Almost as if the knobs were there for show and it was being controlled outside of the room. Bathroom not clean and room felt ick.

We were in town for one day to see our son graduate from tech school. We got in late, so we didn’t have time to explore. The breakfast the next morning was perfect. Nice variety of food & good coffee. Would stay there again for sure if ever in San Angelo.

The beds were NOT queen-sized. They were very uncomfortable for two average adults to fit into, and we rolled to the middle because they were in such bad shape! Wouldn't stay here again unless NEW updated beds were put into place.

The property satisfied our need for the night and the room was comfy but the ice machine had mold on it -- No vending machine and the pancake machine was not working -- My son looks forward to breakfast when we stay anywhere and after trying the eggs and sausage , he just opted to eat pop tarts saying they tasted better

I was there for an extended trip, about 5 days, and this hotel had everything I needed. The employees and the other guests were friendly, breakfast in the morning always went smoothly, housekeeping was always quick with the request for more towels, etc., and the location was great (between food and shopping and being located where a lot of other hotels were). It was a very nice, safe environment. I would stay here again for sure.

The room and overall facility was nice. Our room had a smell like cigarette smoke. Not sure if others were outside smoking and the smell was wafting into our room. We were by the exit door.

This property was not clean. Plugs didn't work. Room AC didn't work, and when it did it was wet feeling in the room. Staff other than the lady that worked during the day were not friendly. They overcharged my card. Then when i called the property to inquire about the overcharge. No one would answer the phone nor return my calls. Seriously doubt we will ever stay at this location again.

Got there and elevator was broken had to walk up stairs and the room I walked in someone else was in it. Had to walk down the hot staircase again to get another room and was on the third flour which is 4 flits of stairs. Room was so hot my friend that was with me is disabled and he had to walk these stairs. It was not a relaxing time then i paid through yall and they charged me another night and still have not gave me the money back. 😡😢
