I have stayed in several hotels and this is one of the cleanest properties I've been at for a very long time.

Only problems i had was hotel room door was hard to open and close due to bent hinge and usb ports on lamp were broken but clean comfortable room.

Rooms are very large. Staff was awesome. Very clean. Nice breakfast options.

Friendly and helpful staff, rooms clean very quiet.

Overnight stay. Very pleasant.

Too many good things to list. Will definitely stay here again!

In the middle of the night a man was banging on the entrance door to the hotel. This lasted for approximately 20 minutes. He then drove his truck right up to the door, and proceeded to lay on his horn for a good minute straight. My sister and I both were in fear. While I made sure our door was secure, she attempted to reach the front desk. First it was busy, and contacted the police. After about 10 min, the front desk finally answered and was greeted with "yeah, he is staying here and forgot his key". He then backed up, and I was fearful he was going to RAM the front door. He parked his car, and was let in the building. This is ridiculous behavior, and the police should have been called long before. He definitely should NOT have been let in!

We have stayed here multiple times visiting family. Always clean, friendly and the kids love the breakfast.

Friendly staff, clean but basic room. Pretty quiet.

Not convenient to many dining options. Clean but dated. Large room but dated furniture. TV was low def and DISH network went out intermittently

It was fine for the most part but I did have a couple of complaints. No fan in the bathroom, sink drained very slow, and hot water faucet did not work properly. Other than that, room and overall stay was good.

Very accommodating staff. Early check in was no biggie.

My wife grew in in Savanna, 20 miles north, so we decided to stay here because of the value for the money. We were pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased with the comfort, cleanliness and quiet. The breakfast was always ready on time with plenty of selecltions.

Nice hotel. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner; I felt welcomed. The room was quiet and clean.

Room could use some updating. Seamed to be noisy in the evening.

Good location place needs some cleaning and upkeep

We picked this AmericInn because it advertised a hot tub. Upon checking in we were told that the hot tub was not functioning. Would not have booked if we had known the hot tub was broke. Also, our toilet ran after each flush and we had to remove the tank lid to realign the stop valve. Finally, the breakfast was below par with limited selections. Will not use this hotel again.

It had very friendly staff. The King Suite was spacious and met our needs and beyond. The price was great also. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff are always so amazing!! We make a trip every few months and we’ve always stayed here.

Nice stay

The bed was ridiculously hard and uncomfortable. It made for an unpleasant start to my morning. Unfortunate considering the room was clean comfortable and spacious and otherwise trouble free stay.

Check in was quick even with my mistake. Rooms were bright and clean. All staff was great!

Staff was great. The rooms were clean. My stay was great and definitely recommend staying here.

The check in was very easy and done respectfully and the clerk was very helpful. The only drawback in the stay was the washcloths and towels. The washcloths were so thin that they did not hold soap to create a lather and felt like you were using an old dish rag. Aside from that everything else was very good.
