This is a lovely hotel with impeccable service very convenient to the main train station in Frankfurt. The immediate are around it is not the most picturesque of neighborhoods but it’s a nice walk to the river and the street trolleys can get you around from the station. We took a day trip to Heidelberg so the location was perfect.

Good central location. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Good soundproofing for a good nights sleep. Spacious airy room. Second time staying there, good value compared with other hotels in the area.

Room was next to the reception and was very loud, could hear all guests coming and going including the bar and breakfast noise. Towels were old and some were damaged. I’m all for reuse but these were definitely a bit too far gone. I also got calls from other hotel guests thinking this was the reception and felt the receptionist wasn’t really bothered when I mentioned this. Location is very close to train station but in the middle of the Frankfurt red light District.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The morning staff who prepared a breakfast to take away so we could catch an early train were SO KIND and extremely helpful and I am grateful they did so much to make sure we were well on our way. Check in guy was very polite and welcoming and made us feel as we belonged there. Room was clean and crisp. Pillow situation a little weak for my liking but the comfortable bed made up for it. I totally recommend staying here. I only graded the area around the hotel as dirty, not the hotel itself. In all honesty, the location is a couple minutes from the train station and city blocks not maintained. The hotel however, immaculate. Thank you for having us there.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Pure. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast and a very friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient to the train station and in walking distance to the old part of town. The only slight drawback is because being close to the train station some of the streets could feel sketchy, but in overall it's a great place to stay.

Room was a little worn and dated. Comfortable beds. Poor breakfast. Gym is small but has good cardio equipment, although only 1x of everything. The small spa isn’t a spa! It’s a small sauna in a room, which takes around an hour to warm up. Wouldn’t rebook for future visits to Frankfurt

The area is a bit shady but the hotel is situated very close to the train station. I have nothing to complain about other than that my room was very warm even though I turned up the AC. The breakfast was perfect even for a vegan. Nice details like that you get a voucher for the bar if you turn down the room cleaning and they put out candy jars after breakfast. This hotel was just perfect!

I arrived at hotel after a long flight from US early Saturday morning. Friday night was sold out but the staff cleaned up room very fast and allowed me to early check in so that I could get a good rest. The location was one block from the central train station, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. I would go back if I have another chance to visit Frankfurt.

The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean, simple, and comfortable enough. Short 15 minute walk away to the Frankfurt Messe if you are coming for business. My one complaint was that they charged me 15 euro for breakfast on the day of my arrival though I didn't have breakfast everyday during my stay or on the last day so I felt that they shouldn't have charged extra. The breakfast spread includes meats, cheeses, pastries, olives, fruits, vegetables, cereal, fresh juice and a hot plate with eggs and various breakfast meats that they switch up day to day.

It was the last evening of an European business trip. The fact that it is in walking distance from the railway station is very positive. The staff at reception was outstanding, incredible helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and good noise insulated. Very good breakfast.The gym and sauna in the basement are good. The single negative point was the safe in the room that wasn't working.

The hotel is in nice condition, modern and very clean. However, it is located near the main train station and the area is sketchy. A lot of “do nothings”hanging around drinking beer out of the bottle. Front staff was put out by my mere presence and could not crack a smile. This was my last stop and i had been traveling for some time. Most hotels are inviting and cheerful. Maybe my experience is not the norm here but they acted like they were just too cool to interact. The hotel itself is mall but room was an acceptable size for me and/or one other person. No issues there.

The best feature is the location. 5 mins from the station and less than half an hour from the airport by train. Reception staff were friendly.But the street and area is full of groups of young men looking to deal in drugs and some prostitutes. Its also very noisy as the road has bars with noisy clientele. Abysmal lighting in the bathroom. Some sort of orange red glow. It was impossible to see clearly. As there was no kettle, no hot drinks in the bedroom. One welcome drink is a nice gesture but with a limited choice, it was an empty gesture.
