This is a very dated, 1 star hotel. It was clean - but really old and run down.

Great service, great price, comfy, close to the subway. My only complaint is that the parking situation sucks. But we would stay again!

Can’t beat the location if you want to be in Chinatown and near the subway station. It was even closer than it seemed on Google street view and easy to find from the subway station.
A very simple, good place.

When I arrived at the hotel I realized I left my phone in my Uber. After my heart started beating again, Jasmine at the front desk was able to contact Uber who contacted the driver and she was also able to track my phone. My driver returned with my phone later the same day. Quite stressful since everything I need for my trip was on the phone. Thanks again Jasmine!

The hotel is fairly priced for a New York hotel these days. It is centrally located in the heart of Flushing Chinatown. It is great for transportation abd local food and shopping. The hotel is near LaGuardia Airport so it has many planes passing overhead. The hotel is good for a 1 to 2 night stay but its meant for couples. Not recommended for a family with not many kid. It's a bit noisy hotel, but the area is very safe even at night.

Actually wasn’t that bad. Somewhat clean, staff was friendly, easy check in. Can’t beat the location.

Clean and quiet. We could leave our cacr at a lot near by and they shuttled us to the airport.

I really didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. I was gone all day, I just went there to sleep.

Staff is very helpful. Hold our baggage until check in. Clean. It would be nice if they provide a night stand/ clock to keep our phone and also a cloth rack or a chair to leave some cloths.

Perfectly adequate short sleep between flights and airports.

From previous reviews i expected a roach hotel but it was clean and staff were friendly. Its not the Ritz but it will do a night sleep. We were on the 1st floor so it was a bit noisy at night but not so loud i couldn't sleep. Will definitely be staying there on our next visit.

The beds were very comfortable friendly staff great place to do some shopping

Decent low cost option. Not fancy. It seems low cost. It’s older. There was a hair in my bed sheets. I only stayed because it was cheaper than most every other option.

I stay here a lot.

Front Desk personnel were nice and helpful.
The carpet in the room and outside were extremely dirty.
Housekeeping department does not change linens if guests do not put a request to do so !
I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Everything ok

I was advised upon arrival the ADA Elevator is not working correctly and it would be better to use stairs to get my wheelchair in/out. I DID advise in my booking an ADA room was needed but no available upon check-in with NO response or update on ADA issues. Rooms are old and not really clean. Made the best of a So-So situation.

Property needs a total renovation. Carpet was black but it was just to camouflage the dirt. it did not camouflage the stinch of urine smell. Also, towels looked clean but it was full of someone else’s hair!!!! Asked for another set and that one had hair also!!!

Very friendly staff. Excellent

Hotel is basic. It’s a room and bathroom nothing glamorous. However the staff is so kind and accommodating. Your smack dab in the middle of everything. Food, beauty services, shops, coffee fruit stands. There is a municipal parking lot right across the street that is 3$ for every 3 hours. Would return!!
5.0
Staff was very friendly and personable. The room was comfortable and just what we needed. Nothing fancy, but clean. Will be staying here again when I come back.
10.0
Convenient to Metro and bus lines.
8.0
It was decent but not in the best area. It was good for one night!
8.0
The pros are the very reasonable nightly rates and great location (safe, walkable, lively at night with many great dining options).
The con is the airplane noise, especially at night
