This was my first visit to Lourdes and my stay at the Panorama hotel could not have been better. The staff were so helpful and friendly - Veronique and Daria especially. The location is perfect for visiting the Sanctuaire and there are lots of shops, restaurants, cafés, etc very close to the hotel.

Booked 2 rooms with the balcony and panorama view. My room was nice and clean enough, but a beetle fell on my head from the vents from the AC. The second room had a very strong old people smell that didn't go away. But its an old hotel with lots of old and sick people visiting the area so its understandable; the elevators was big,clean, and working. I see house keeping cleaning everyday and in the hallway. The location was perfect close to the grotto and main strip of shops. I would stay again. Thanks

Desperate need of improvement on the room carpet very stained and bathroom funky smell people on front desk make lose my train ride I did ask 2 hours prior for a taxi they never told me for some reason they cancel very bad communication

We love that the hotel is next door to the gate into the Lourdes Sanctuary, lots if food and shops around, very profesional staff , helpful and welcoming, the room was clean but the stains in the carpet and the A/C not working properly shows it needs some attention, besides that we were very happy.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, and while the rooms are somewhat dated, they are still comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel parking was full when we arrived, but there is a public parking lot just a few minutes away. The only drawback was that housekeeping service was quite late in the day. On one occasion, our room wasn't made up until 7 pm, even after we requested service because they hadn't come earlier.

Best thing about this place are the staff. We had an issue with our window in one of the family rooms on the 6th floor and staff rehoused us for the night and the window was fixed the next day. Our room was clean and spacious for a family room. Perfect location, Close to the Grotto. Stafg arrranged our transport to the airport. Recommend.

We picked this hotel because of it's very close proximity to the grotto, which makes it super convenient. However, we also were so pleased to also discover that it was clean and quiet, with the most helpful staff. Overall the hotel is wonderful, it's in a great location with modern rooms w plenty of space and great staff.

Great location. Beach view is superb. Our room has balcony and its nice to stay outside and watch people surf. Literally the hotel is across the beach. The back entrance leads to shopping area and restaurants. Walking to old town is convenient. Staff are all friendly and accomodating. Hotel is across the bus stop from Monaco and walking distance from bus stop from Ventimiglia.

2 min walk to the sanctuary, with all the stores and restaurants so close but still very quiet. The room was big and with two spaces for us and the kids. Very clean and spacious. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was a perfect choice. We had blessed time.

Closer by a minute's walk to the Lourdes Sanctuary compared to the next hotels. Room first given to us had musty odor right after getting in. Carpet had water mark traces, concerned of inhaling molds & mildew. Transferred to another room, slightly cleaner, but coming back very late night after the Sanctuary activities, I took a shower, & had a bad fall in the slippery bathtub shower, fell on my back, hit my neck on the tub rim, as well as arms & elbows . Reported the incident immediately & followed it up the next morning. The day before we left I was feeling soreness on the affected area and was replied with a sympathetic comment by the reception counter, "You should have requested for an anti-skip mat". Wow! We didn't know it would be like requesting condiments when ordering a burger. I don't think my husband & I will be patronizing this hotel in the future. For now I have to be certain for soreness or something else which may only be felt after an extended period.

The hotel was referred to us by friends. They were not wrong. We love the hotel. If given the opportunity for a second trip to Lourdes, we’ll stay there again with no questions ask. It has a perfect location very close to the Sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes. It’s so near to other points of interest in Lourdes. It’s even close to the train station. We love Hotel Panorama.

The front desk clerks were very nice and considerate. We were able to check in earlier and we were able to stay few minutes at check out since I forgot the time of check out. They were very helpful when asked for directions.
