Lovely hotel and very friendly evening welcome from the lady.
Had a 2 night stay so very short. Parking available on the road which is free after 8pm till 10am.

A nice hotel in a central area. Everything was fine although the WiFi was a bit intermittent.

The building is amazing - steeped in history and we had a comfortable stay. This is our second time in this hotel and will return every time.
Only downside is decor is tired and makeover is overdue.

The property appeared to be a very old historic building. The rooms were tired but clean. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful

Good hotel and service but next to run down old
Buildings. Large rooms with good beds, however someone talking loud outside the hotel can be heard in the room, very inconvenient.

Delightful hotel, beautifully converted from an old building in a great location in the historical centre of Orihuela

Great Hotel with great service conveniently located in order to experience Orihuela. But being located in the centre of Orihuela, it is also located very close to the smallest cathedral in Spain, and the bell rings every hour, also through the night which is a bit annoying.

Nice hotel close to the town centre, with walking distance to its train& coach station for excursions to Murcia, Alicante, Cartgene, Torrevieja. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and our spacious room is made very clean and tidy everyday. Overall we are very happy with the hotel and it’s service. Thank you.

Lovely hotel, I arrived in November, but the room was uncomfortably warm, the a/c only gave warm air, and so had to open the windows. The local clock struck every hour all night, so I think I heard them all.- try to get a room facing the other direction.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and loved our view facing the church from our balcony, we found the staff to be lovely however it would have been nice for the hotel staff to be more up to date and know how to provide more information on local transport from the hotel to the beaches and nearest cities.

Nice location in centre of city. Some street parking available, as well as hotel provision.

Good all-round service and friendly staff. The hotel is well situated in the heart of the city near bars, restaurants and shops.

WE stayed in room 418was a nice room, but if your a light sleeper maybe take some ear plugs as the chimes on the cathedral clock could be heard in room, saying that once I got to sleep I never heard them, The room was very nice, and the breakfast was great too, if you get it included, don,t think I would pay 10 euros for it though, it consisted of cold meats breads, yogurts, yogurt drinks, cakes, cereals individual boxes, coffee, tea,

This is a good hotel in an attractive converted palace with decent sized rooms and good restaurant. The town itself doesn't have a lot to offer the tourist and dining options are limited (we ate at the hotel which was fine). Parking was in the nearest public car park that cost €30 for less than 24 hours: an outrageous amount for a small town!

The hotel is a delightful mix of an old palace updated tastefully with modern conveniences. It is in the heart of the city very close to the Cathedral and some individual shops.Best to use this advice on hotel location as it is rather hidden down a side street. Driving to the hotel is extremely difficult due to an unexplainable one-way system. Eventually we parked the car and walked to find it. The directions from the hotel to the car park were equally difficult to locate even with a map. Expensive too! Best to give that a miss and take instructions from hotel staff of where to park on the side of the road for free. This however will be a long walk back to the hotel with your luggage. But it is worth the effort as it really is a beautiful hotel with a lovely integral cafe next door with good food. The Miguel Harnandez museum is a must, a very moving place.
