I would not stay here again. Unfortunately America's Best inn in Evans is not a good place to stay. The first room we got smelt like smoke, the paint was chipped on the walls and there were drips of some sort running down the walls as well. The next room I got did not smell like smoke and I figured it was the best I was going to get even though it was very small, no smoke detector, stained towels, very few outlets (there was not even an outlet to plug in the hair dryer that was installed in the bathroom don't know what they were thinking there). The towels were very small. The 2 pillows were small and lumpy. If you do stay here I recommend bringing your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. The pool is out of commission it was not an advertised amenity so I was not expecting it neither should you. Looks like someone's spray painting it blue. The motel is not in a nice area either. Right next to the highway, unkept exterior (weeds, trash). Onto the pluses... There was a working microwave and refrigerator. AC worked. No bed bugs! My truck did not get broken into. I did not get attacked by long-term residence.

My experience at the motel was quite unpleasant. As soon as I entered the room, I was hit with the overpowering smell of smoke. To make matters worse, there were cigarette butts scattered on the floor, indicating a lack of cleanliness. The sight of exposed drywall on the walls further added to my disappointment. It's clear that the motel's upkeep and maintenance standards are severely lacking, making for a disappointing stay.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Sheets were not clean.. the TV didn’t work .. fridge setting were off and it froze everything I put in.. clearly a drug and prostitution hotel.. noise and knocking in both my neighbors doors allllll night I think it stopped around 6am.Never again. Staff was decent.

We picked this place since it had decent reviews (7 out 10) and we were going to arrive late and leave early. Basically, it looks like they house the homeless population in Greeley. In fact, they lady behind us was thanking somebody for helping her get a room. There were people sitting on chairs outside their rooms late into the night and people hanging out in the parking lot. The room was gross - stains on the sheets, holes in the shower - (great water pressure though). If we weren't two guys over 6.5, I would have been worried. The Breakfast was nothing but four Top Ramon cups. When we checked out they ask for us to wait until the maid service could inspect the room which was over an hour away. The reviews must be writing by employees. The Motel is a 1 out of 10.

I would not stay here again. They have people living at this hotel with their dogs. The police are frequent visitors. It was run down and needs extensive maintenance. I could hardly close my door because it was so out of alignment. There was a gap that I could see the sunshine through. Not a happy camper for the price i paid.

The hotel room was clean but very worn and terrible noisy with Highway noise. Still waiting for the refund of the $60 hotel deposit and it’s been 9 days since the stay.

The gal at the front desk was amazing. Same with val this morning. Everyone is so friendly. Even had a little friend on the bed. Picture included. Made my bad day a bit better.

Fast checking, did not know they 'hold' $60 deposit and you need to check out in person to get $60 back. Cracks and openings in the wooden floor, dangerous to walk on bare feet. Bathroom lots of black around the tub, mold? A/C works perfect very noisy, noisy hotel you can hear very person walk around, taking the stairs and lost off traffic noise

Low price.close to gas station and laundromat and dollar store and post office cold breakfast and coffee, ☹️Bad location “ police issues”, no restaurants, no shopping centers no semitruck parking, remember to claim your deposit before you leave$$$

Don't let the location scare you from staying here. While the neighborhood isn't what you'd normally expect, there are some hidden gems. This was a very clean but older hotel, comfortable rooms, and a very friendly and helpful staff. They were in the process of renovating some of the hotel and the pool was closed, but I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was ok, but the pictures are misleading. No bed bugs but the place was dirty. The floor was peeling up and probably hasn’t been mopped since it opened, the bathroom was horrid. Not worth the $80.

Well, it worked for us as we were only staying one night. The property’s location looked sketchy from the outside. Multiple folks hanging around the hotel. Inside it was clean and it was clearly undergoing a renovation. If staying for more than one night, we would definitely upgrade our location.

Ash trays sitting outside with people watching every move. Dirty inside, floors, walls, not even sure the bedding was clean. A very high "yuck" factor, but too exhausted from travel to find another location. It was quiet, with apparently many working residents.

The ABV was so-so. The TV cable had a habit of going off, but we figured out how to get it back by touching something in the back. The parking lot needs repaving, and the pool was empty. But the price was much lower than others in the area, so I cannot complain. We don't tend to spend much time in a hotel room, other than for sleep and showers.

I was given a late checkout when I checked in & the next day when I checked out the staff member made it a point to tell me that checkout was at 11 & if I stayed again that I needed to be out by 11.

Unfortunately this was not a good hotel. Found out the morning we checked out that the room was not supposed to have been rented at all. The toilet leaked water all over the floor. The AC didn't work. The room was in disrepair. We only stayed because we had been on the road for 17 hours and were exhausted!

We stayed one night as a stop to get sleep on our 16 hour drive home on vacation. It met our basic needs. Wouldn’t stay here for more than one night. Was a little run down and in need of some maintenance.

Lost reservation even though it was on the desk. Double charged so had to get a refund. Housekeeping took items from my room and deactivated the key card. Not all items were returned.
