The hotel is under much needed renovation, however we were disappointed that the pool and hot tub and laundry facilities were closed without warning. We did have a sink faucet in our room that was not installed, and even though we reported it, it was never repaired. Our room was very comfortable and clean and staff was very accommodating. Appears furniture in The breakfastroom is being replaced, and that is much needed... cushions on all seating were torn.

After booking and paying for a studio room with two beds and a pull out sofa they put my family in a one bed room with a pull out sofa. I told them what I had booked and paid for almost five months ago and they said they didnt have anymore two bed rooms. I was given a single room for myself and the rest of my family stayed in the room with they first gave me. Even though I wasnt charged for the extra room they gave me I was never explained how a room booked and paid for months ago wasnt given to me.

I purchased a two queen room off hotels.com for my family of four. When I arrive I am told I have a one king room! After going round and round with the front desk they finally gave me a sofa pullout. Better than the floor but not by much. Very unhappy with hotels.com!!

Was a very nice and clean room,,it was a last minute to get a room,,but was well worth it,and great location ,will stay there again for sure

The only thing that affected the stay was the ststem was down when we went to check in. It took an hour of waiting.

It was in a quiet area, close to shopping but behind a business that had old rusted containers.

Less than clean but an average hotel. Needs massive updating. Staff was super nice and welcoming. Very limited parking. Wall paper was peeling.

There was no bedding on the sleeper sofa. I had to go downstairs to the desk and get some. But all they had were blankets.
Also, thr rooms were booked in my name but the hotel clerk gave my room to someone else in my party without checking for ID.

The only hiccup was the shower water temperature. It was tricky. Besides that; everything else was 5 stars!

Was not aware that it is under renovation. It needs it. Hope the 3rd floor wasn't touched yet as the bathroom in room 215 is terrible. Caulking in tube area is terrible, spout in bathtub is extremely loose and no amount of caulking will solve the possible water penetration into the wall. Peeling wallpaper, toilet seat terrible. Outlets and switches need to be checked. Staff, of what there was, was great. Breakfast set-up was excellent.

12/30/23- hotel is being renovated and it REALLY needs it. Right now, it’s a shabby place with limited parking, drywall dust, and no business center.

They are remodeling so it is hard not to have some confusion. There was to be breakfast and there were only apples!

I was charged three times for the same night stay. I chose pay at the location and was charged for both my rooms before i even got there.

Everything was fine except for parking. Many spaces are filled with shipping containers because of renovation of the facility.

The property is under renovation. There was more noticeable wear on door frame, elevators and other areas.
Otherwise, it was a consistent excellent stay at a Hampton.

The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean but a bit difficult to maneuver with my disability. There was construction at the hotel and a truck took up one of the handicapped spaces.

I wish I knew about the renovations ahead of time and the mobile trailers that were occupying the parking lot, made it annoying to park, the breakfast (eggs specifically) tasted bland and despite being there for one night it was fair, I wouldn't go back until after renovations personally speaking.

The property, the service, excellent. Friday 11/4, her shift ended at 3pm. the svc agent did a marvelous job helping me out with all of our arrangements. Surprised my daughter, mission accomplished. The svc agent on Sat 11/5 when i arrived was so pleasant and ready for us. This visit as i said was spectacular!! Many thanks to everone this weekend. Breakfast/good.

Rooms were dingy and falling apart (closet door falling off hinge, wallpaper peeling, door frame loose and seemed unsafe). Also front desk staff tried to bill us twice for the room even though I paid prior to check in on Expedia. Ridiculous.

I normally always try to stay at a Hampton Inn when possible, because I know it’s in good condition and clean, but mostly because the bed and pillows are always so comfortable. This was not the case at this Hampton Inn. This one is not in good shape, the beds and pillows were not comfortable and the linens were definitely not what is the norm at other Hampton Inns.

I reserved a studio room for 7 peoples as we are a family of 5. I did my check in on the Hilton app and choose my room. I indicated that we are arriving after 10pm. When we arrived with our 3 kids, after 12 hours of driving, we received a regular room and were told there was nothing that can be done as the room I rent was already occupied. Not happy with that…

This hotel is very worn, pealing wallpaper, marked and scratched wood in bathroom, the whole place need refurbished.
I will not return to thid Hampton Inn until its redone.

Made reservations. But lost credit card next day reported it stolen. Got to motel could not check in. And was made to call reservations to update credit card info that took 20 minutes
If it was not 11:30 at night would have went to different hotel
