Fiquei em um quarto antigo, mas que atendia as necessidades, o problema principal era que a porta não trancava, foi solicitado 3x algum ajuste mas nada foi resolvido, tirando isso é agradável em uma boa localização, café da manhã completo, acho que poderiam colocar mais fotos dos quartos, eu por exemplo fiquei em um quarto diferente do que estava nas fotos

Peguei um quarto de casal o número 108. O ar não estava funcionando. Fui transferido para outro quarto com 2 camas de solteiro. Infelizmente, não tive reembolso, e ainda fiquei de ruim para minha esposa. Está fácil de resolver, somente precisa de uma reforma urgente. E com certeza voltarei a ser cliente.

O hotel faz propaganda de que tem arrumação de área dos quartos e constantemente ao pedir para ser arrumado diziam ser apenas a cada dois dias e por vezes simplesmente não limpavam. chegaram ao ponto de entrar no quarto trocar a toalha do banheiro e não limpar o quarto. Decepcionante.

Foi razoável, porem as acomodações fizemos a reserva com quarto com cama Queen e nos colocaram em um quarto stander e quiseram me convencer que a cama era queen... apenas me subestimaram! Mesmo assim recomendo para quem quer ficar no centro da cidade.

We were here during the WC. Its not the greatest location, ie all the restaurants and action is on the other side of the city, but for what it was and is, its fine. We got 2 doubles which were comfortable, the bathroom is fine and its not toobad. Not huge but not too small either. Breakfast wasnt spectacular but not too bad either. You get the picture... its an ok hotel. Does the job.

I only stayed at this hotel for 2 nights but the customer service I received was excellent.Special mention for Alex at reception.He went that extra step when I needed to order a taxi.He is an asset to the Granville Park hotel.The location was great.So close to bars & restaurants

Hotel is very close to the main attractions ,i have been there twice ,its very reasonable ,it could use some remodeling but for the most part it was a nice place

The hotel is old and the room offers the strict necessary but was clean. The staff is very kind and reliable. The restaurant offers a very good buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I recommend it for the money spent.
