Air conditioner was screaming every night. Asked to change rooms but they were booked so they said a technician would check it out. It was not fixed. My coworker had the same experience in his room as well.

The staff was unhelpful. The hotel is was fine and the staff were sort of nice, but unhelpful. Like they did the bare minimum and almost seem inconvenienced from having customers.

Great room. Recommend not having soap and hair care dispensers in the shower. Bar soap and bottled hair products are a lot more secure from being tampered with. With the dispensers I have no Idea what is inside. Your staff is great, helpful and friendly.

We stayed for one night, but would definitely stay here again. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was really good and they had an omelette bar that my family enjoyed!

Really helpful friendly staff. Safe, clean, comfortable bed and room, has a gas station and Starbucks across the street. Drive a couple miles to a host of fabulous restaurants. Intend to stay here again.

The property is located adjacent to the highway and close to a Dennys restaurant. Noise was minimal. The facility was clean and fairly new. Our room however had a strong odor like fresh paint. The fumes made us both have a bad head ache during night. The staff knew of this as the window was open when we entered the room upon arrival. So aside from feeling sick, the facility was good.

From the moment I checked in the two girls at the front desk were so sweet and so helpful. Tachi is such a great little hometown, actually a hidden gem. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are spotless.

When we went down to breskfast between 7:30 and 8:00, there were 2 staff members there for breakfast. One was very loud and used obscenities in every sentence. It wasnt a pleasant experience and i wished we had taken our food to our room. Also, there was no toaster. Other than that, we were tired and the room was very comfortable.

Kaili made us feel very welcome on out check in and helped us sign up for rewards and offered suggestions of where to dine locally - shout out to Jake’s steakhouse, delicious! We especially loved our stay here - beautiful mountains all around, friendly people great little town to check out.

The Tehachapi Holiday Inn Express is FABULOUS!! The friendly staff, especially the check-in young lady Sierra, made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, the proximity to Denneys, Starbucks, a gas station, excellent hospital and freeway entrances made the location perfect!

Stayed here on a roadtrip. Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. They didn’t have pillow for the pull out couch which was very strange. We were offered a blanket to use instead. Other than that great clean place.

Lily Rose was exceptional at the front desk, switched our room when my wife requested it, and retrieved her shoes when we left them in the first room, all very gracious and kind. Sierra was also very kind when we checked out and recommended we get sandwiches from The bakery downtown. We got pastries and sandwiches and the were exceptional! Great stay, great staff!

We have stayed here for the past 8-years and this visit has gone down hill No accommodations for vehicles pulling a trailer had to park offsite. Grease in carpet in the hallway and in the room. Lights and outlets not functioning in the room.
