The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The building itself was a bit old and in need of some repairs.

Paid way too much for the quality and condition. At half the price it was unacceptable. The room smelled like cigarettes, even though it's no smoking. The gal at the counter was awesome, and was able to find some spray to neutralize the smell. (She was the only bright point in the whole experience.) But since it was busy with check ins I had to go spray it myself and return when done. Later on realized it was in the walls by the door. They are a fabric like wallpaper and it's probably picked up every odor in the 30 years since it was installed. The tub and bath floor show signs of lack of proper cleaning. The room phone probably hasn't been cleaned since it was installed. No idea what was on it, but I refused to touch it or tv remote. There were stains on the walls by the trash cans. Unused towels need to be changed out along with used. The first bath towel had what looked like dead bugs in 2 spots, usually because they have been on the shelf for two long. Bed, pillow and sheets seemed clean. Housekeeping is the most important factor in a hotel. This place needs to either train staff better or pay them enough to do the job properly, and with what I paid the $ is there to do both. It was almost what Holiday Inn would have been, only reason I didn't go there is it was full. They are significantly cleaner and better maintained. Only reason we continued our stay is my kiddo was too tired to move to another hotel.

Clean, comfortable room. All the normal amenities you would expect in your room.

No water pressure. Beds very uncomfortable. Breakfast is definitely not worth the "free breakfast" advertisement. Someone took a bite out of one of the fake looking eggs and put it back in the container. Hardly any choices.

Nice staff. Clean room. But...terrible, worse than terrible breakfast! Worst i ever had. Our entire group commented on how horrible it was.

This was our first time to the area(state). Little did we know that the Ironman Competition was in town also. There were not many hotels to choose from. At $400 a night(jacked up because of the competition), this place was a dump. The employees were nice but outside of that, the carpet was old, stained, and SO smelly. The elevator smelled like a locker room. Like it was mopped with dirty water, if at all. It took two days for the air to cool down our room so we all slept with no covers because it was so hot. (We were only staying two days) I dare anyone over 200lbs to shower in the tub in room 306 because the floor is definitely broken underneath the plastic bath fitter. Price does not reflect the upgrades this hotel needs.

Stayed for a couple of nights while at a softball tournament. This hotel is bed to lay your head at best. The breakfast horrible and looked like it came right out of the microwave. There is next to no parking, I arrived back late on my second night there and wasn’t able to find a spot. The hotel told me I could park in the back of the restaurant’s lot next door, about a half block away. When I expressed my frustrations about parking somewhere else when I had already paid for the room, I was told there isn’t anything they could do. Why should I be forced to park a block away when spending almost 250$ a night for a crap hotel? I will never stay at another Comfort Inn for the rest of my days. My truck bed would have been more comfortable.

While this property is a little older, it is well kept and clean. The staff that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Since we had to arrive very late their parking lot was full, so they directed us to the lot across from the hotel/shared property, which was well lit. They had free continental breakfast with great options. Also, if that’s not for you, there is a McDonalds down the street.
The bed and pillows were soft & comfortable. We had to leave early the next morning so unfortunately I don’t know about the shower (water pressure).
I would stay there again.

Rooom was clean and good value for the price. The staff was very accommodating. My only complaint was that there were people in the hallway talking at full volume at like 6am…not sure if it was staff or what but I didn’t not get a good nights rest after a long drive in from Seattle

Staff at check in were great and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast and staff there were good. The building itself is very outdated and has the “old” smell when you walk in . Lobby and hallway dingy feeling and poorly lighted. Also, man with pit bull walking all around, going up elevator No security that we saw. Man with cigarette as we departed elevator Not a safe feeling environment

Our tub drained really slowly and I could see the cleaner that was used on the base of the toilet. Which I’m glad they cleaned just would’ve appreciated if they had gotten it all.

An older property but good value and breakfast was as expected at a comfort Inn.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was nice and clean but the bed was noisy, every time I took a turn it woke me up. Room 217 first bed. The area round the property felt unsafe. Homeless people were walking around but if you are inside the hotel your fine.
4.0 / 5.0
Felt a little unsafe with the homeless across the street, they seemed pretty “active” one guy kept dumping his stuff on the ground & then cleaning it up, did it about 3 times. Not too far from that guy, another guy was running around with his pants around his ankles. Kept having to peak out & check on my car, wasn’t really fearful of them taking anything but more damaging something.
Breakfast tho was pretty good in the morning & rooms were comfortable.

The facility itself was wodnerful. The staff was great. The breakfast however was minimal compared to other comfort inns i have stayed at. They had the same options each day. There was plenty of food. There was no hot sauce, ketcup, peanut butter or nutella for the eggs and toast tgough.

Found crumbs by the bed. Noisy from the upstair tenant and the street. Facility out dated.
