I was impressed with the cleanliness. Cant say that very often. thoughtful layout, amenities in the room... told my wife i really liked the place but that i was reserving judgement until breakfast... and that was again, impressive. very good selections, layout, plenty of room and seating... i just really like this place and will certainly add BW on my go-to places when looking for a room.

There were tons of kids running up and down the halls at 6:30am, and the staff didn’t do anything to remind them of quiet hours or ask them to keep it down. I was in town due to losing a family member, so I really needed to rest and it was very difficult given the loud children at night and early morning and nobody reminding them to quiet down.

Fabulous staff and excellent pool area that somehow is not hot and humid. Lovely and spacious. Here for soccer tournament and it was so well managed and cleaned for a hotel full of youth athletes.

The staff at the hotel were awesome! Rachel at front desk helped us out when our A/C in the room want out. She got us another room, when temps reached the 90s in the room. The pool area was great with the zero depth walk in for the littles and the bigger pool and hot tub for the older kids and adults. Breakfast was great! Good variety of food. Very clean! The only little down fall was they don’t have enough luggage carriers.

The breakfast was very good, the best I've had at a motel. The room always felt damp and the floors were dirty and sticky. The parking spaces around the motel were very small for a full sized pickup.

I’ve stayed here many times. The checkin was flawless and people are friendly. I asked for a receipt when I checked out for my records. He said it would be emailed to me however the amount for the stay was not on the receipt.

Overall, it was a nice hotel. I would stay here again. We didn't have an issue with parking, but another hotel guest was towed for parking in the Culver's parking lot next door. They warned us not to park there. I think there should be signs posted so people know it's not allowed. Perhaps the hotel could discuss this with Culvers. We were visiting with our relative in the lobby for about an hour. We have two kids (ages 3&6). The kids were pretty good the whole time. They did get antsy and started to go upstairs twice. Both times we followed them, corrected them, and brought them back to the lobby. The second time, the staff member told my husband we need to please watch the kids and not let them go unattended / run the hallways. Again, they were never unattended. This was a little irritating, as we were clearly about to leave the lobby anyway. However overall it was a great stay and we would stay again. The breakfast was okay. Waffles were great. The meat options were okay but could be better. Very clean rooms and smelled fine.

The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I haven't stayed at a Best Western in a long time and didn't think much of them before. My experience here will make me think again when booking a hotel in the future.

Overall, it was good. I slept terribly because your curtains do not close entirely (except the sheers). I had a street or business light aimed at my room and my room was lit up all night.

Property was nice. Obviously location has ALLOT of children. Parking not the greatest, but the room was spacious and clean . Bed was very comfortable. The fan/ AC unit in our room had some issues

This is such a nice clean stay. the staff was amazing! and the Breakfast is the best I have ever had. Eggs, Bacon or sausage,O'brian Potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, Oatmeal. All the pastries you could ever want, yogurt, Juices, Coffee, tea.. Lots of decent eating joints in the area and only 6 minutes to the Four season Curling Club/ Fogarty arena. Totally coming back to this hotel, nest time we curl at Four seasons!

i liked everything about the hotel except for the room was too warm. I had to turn on the AC in March. And the hotel prevented the curtain from closing. So we could not darken room for sleeping.
