The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city & perfect for a pre cruise stay, its around €10 for a taxi to the terminal & 5 minute walk to the the metro station people are friendly & welcoming, i definitely will be staying in the future.
4.2
Perfect as wanted the location for the ferry next morning
Walkable to ham and clams restaurant and ferry (and metro from airport)
Rooftop pool a bonus

i didn't find the staff to be very friendly. one night we came in late and asked the front desk for a water and they denied us and said to take it from the room bar which we were then charged for.
4.2
Convenient location close to restaurants and shops. The hotel need some updates. Mattress was to soft, old. Coming areas and elevator dirty. The staff very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was phenomenal.
The only issue I had with air conditioning vents. It was located right across from the bad. Wnen laying in the bad, the cold air was blowing right in my head. For one night was good enough.
4.2
The front desk people were very accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage for about 12 hours while we toured Athens. Beds were comfortable, and the included breakfast was AMAZING!

we stayed twice here, before & after cruising. Stay 1, room fine (305), bed comfy, room clean. Staff on whole friendly (older guy with glasses in restaurant a little aloof). Reception staff always friendly & helpful, especially Vassilis. stay 2 (606), bed so blummin uncomfortable, like rock, had to fold blankets & get an extra duvet to fold & sleep on, yet they say it is the same mattrass brand.
general comments:
breakfast, quite basic but some choice, not always replenished effectively when ran out of items & not always that hot. meals in restaurant quite basic (frozen pizza) little choice, but guy (think it was Stakis) tried to accommodate.
pool area, great views but small & pool quite cold considering up high and sun on it all day.
general hotel definitely not 5* more like 2-3*. No coffee machine or water dispenser, basically average b &b hotel, however, not bad position in Piraeus. walking distance to most amenities, short ride to port, (don't get shafted by yellow cab on way back who charged double).
Nice, popular taverna a stones throw from hotel (never ate there but always busy). if you carry on down the same road as taverna about half a mile, there is a curry & kebab place & a few meters on a very nice Thai restaurant - small but good food.
l would say hotel is nice, staff pleasant and helpful, just over sold at 5*....bit too much embellishment to say 5*, get basics like tv fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, mini bar at cost. (slippers!!)

The property was very clean and staff was helpful. Walking distance from the train and plenty of shopping around. Would stay again

Soft bed, clean room and hotel, great parking, nice and friendly staff and delicious breakfast!! I would definitely stay there again!!
4.2
It is a good place to stay and those staff are friendly & welcome. Bonus, we serviced us with a good breakfast.
4.2
Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Overall, good value for one night stay pre cruise!
4.2
This is a very well-maintained hotel in a good location in Piraeus. It is a convenient walk to the metro that takes you directly to central Athens, as well as to the tram to Glyfada. If you are going on a cruise, your room may overlook the cruise ship and, again, the distance to the terminal is convenient.
The breakfast is certainly ample enough, it cannot compare to a similar hotel in, say, Germany, Sweden, or Denmark. Then again, that is to put too high a bar in the comparison.
It it listed as five-star. I fail to see the difference relative an ordinary four-star hotel. The main effect of the additional star is to bump up the per-night tourist tax.

Well for one night ,can say was good ,only problem was no fridge inside,no water as service.
4.2
easy check in, some staff seems very formal and not accommodating, very dry reception..

Amazing stay and great Hotel, highly recommended. German T. San Diego, CA.

Nice and clean comfortable staff helpful would definitely stay again

Really like this hotel. Not sure it is a 5 star hotel for other countries standards but it’s centainly clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff.
4.2
The breakfast was wonderful buffet. The only problem I had was the lip of tile from the hallway into the bathroom; remember to lift my foot over it.
4.2
Great service and room
4.2
Having access to secure parking was very important.
4.2
The staff went above and beyond for us. When we told them that we would be checked out before breakfast, they had sandwiches waiting for us as we left.
4.2
Liked the property. The only drawback is we purchased a Jr suite the bathtub was shown in the add as a deep spacious hot tub for two people. Standing up my feet barely fit in. The balcony had no chairs or sitting area. At least if the tub fit one person i would score a 5 star. I still would go back and stay just request a full tub for at least one person.
4.2
Convenient location for boarding a cruise ship in Piraeus. Lovely rooftop with pool and great views. Excellent Italian restaurant in hotel - extremely accomodating with dietary issues.
4.2
The property is very dated, rooms are very spacious with a super king size bed, although it is tidy, general maintenance required. The staff are very friendly, keen to help with anything. Breakfast was ok, neither good or bad, limited choice but enough for most. The location of the hotel is good, 4min walk from the underground station, we got the train from the airport to the hotel, 1hr, €9 each. Good selection of shops, bars and cafes all within easy walking distance of the hotel and train to Athens was 15min and only cost €2.60 return.

Very good again

Hotel is ideal for the port and in the middle of the shopping area. Room was comfortable shower was small.
Staff very friendly, but the menu was basic.
4.2
The bed was not good
4.2
Spacious room with comfortable bed. Good toiletries. Very spotty internet and no in-room coffee facilities. HVAC inoperative.
4.2
Nice staff, near cruise port and convenient to shops
4.2
Good location, nice breakfast facilities. Friendly check-out staff. Group of 4 of us struggled getting luggage through the front doors at check in but only receptionist on duty who kept his head down until we reached the front desk. Rooms were comfortable and nice bathrooms but water for showering was only lukeworm. I would not rate this as a 5-Star hotel.
4.2
It’s a nice hotel but could use a bit of a renovation as well as wifi should work in room which it doesn’t.
Happy with my stay
4.2
The staff was very accommodating. They responded to our requests promptly and even made sandwiches for us before catching the ferry. We were impressed.

Front desk staff were so accommodating!

Great
4.2
Staff was excellent. Property was older but updated. Breakfast was much better than the average buffet. Everything was clean. Wifi was slow and occasionally dropped out which may have been due to the room’s far-corner location. You couldn’t successfully conduct work online. I would stay here again.
4.2
The staff was top notch!

Only stayed 1 night in Athens but our stay here was excellent. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful

First unique feature was the parking, had to get into an elevator to get to patking garage, that was a challenge. You need a small car for this. But, very glad it was private and secure. The all inclusive breakfast was extensive; would put any USA hotel to shame. Our room was wonderful and modern, no traffic noise, great blackout curtains. Metro train within walking distance was great. Rooftop swimming pool and sunbeds wonderful on the hot days, also nice and private. Didnt locate the fitness center. What would have been nice is if the hotel would have provided either in room coffee or lobby coffee for guests. The staff are also not familiar with wash/ face cloths. But, the staff did try to accommodate us with extra hand towels as an alternative. The two most outstanding staff members were Visilis on front desk and Kostas in the breakfast dining room. Both these gentlemen went above and beyond and were genuinely friendly.
