When you are without power for almost 5 days, just stepping in a room with AC and able to relax comfortably, its like a dream. I have nothing to complain. Plus we had a nice breafast buffet to make it even better before we checked out.

It was a great experience. I was out of power for three days at my house in Florida and I have a dog and two kids to bring with me. The people were kind, and we were all comfortable. Very pet friendly too.

Enjoyed our recent stay. The staff was very friendly. It’s 15 minutes from Tampa Airport. My wife loved the decor and they did the best to maintain its cleanliness. The breakfast was good. When we had an issue, they were quick to try to fix it. I would stay again.

We should have been told the hotel was under renovations. The noise wasn’t awful but pool was unusable because all the crap from the roof was floating in the pool and pool maid couldn’t keep up with it. It was all over sidewalks, rugs floors too!!

We stayed at this hotel at the start and end of our trip. At the start it was ok. When we checked in after our cruise we were happy to get in earlier than check in time. Unfortunately it went straight down hill from there. Bathroom was in rough condition. Door looked like it had been pried on. My son used the bathroom and it wouldn’t flush. We requested a plunger, and one was brought. My other son peed and it still wouldn’t flush. We asked for the plunger again. We left for dinner and when we returned they had brought the plunger and unclogged the toilet. My wife used the bathroom and of course the toilet would not flush again. I took a shower and the water would not cut off all the way so there was water constantly running. They did leave the plunger, so we got the privilege of plunging the toilet after every bathroom visit. Of course at night we didn’t flush so when we got up there was pee still on the toilet from late night bathroom visit. To top it off there were ants crawling all over the bathroom. When I mentioned to the front desk lady at check out, she said did they offer to move you, I said no there was no rooms available. She said we had rooms. Then said sorry, have a good day. Extremely disappointed in the way the whole situation was handled. People were overall friendly especially the lady that checked us in, but the others need to be trained on handling this. Offering to move would have solved everything!!!!

Everything was great as usual. When I took the kids to the pool this time, there was styrofoam floating in the pool and lots of it falling from the roof floating in the air and falling in the pool. The place was under construction and the pool was still open. Anyway, the kids didn’t really like that so we pretty much stayed in the room the whole time.

Employee at check-in complained about having to process people who book with a third party. The room smelled weird, which is a subjective complaint on my part. What isn’t subjective was the dirty wash rag hanging on the shower head, and then a shower in water that never got warmer than lukewarm.

Everything about our stay was very wonderful except for the plaster fell off the ceiling in our room and the windows leaked. Fortunately no one was hurt and none of our stuff got wet but still an inconvenience. However, the front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and the breakfast was delicious! We felt very safe here during Hurricane Debby.

unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expect from the Hampton brand. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor, which I suspect resulted from inadequate cleaning. The air conditioning unit showed signs of mold, and the ceiling had visible water damage. Additionally, the shower was not in proper condition, displaying both limescale and the onset of orange mold. As someone with severe allergies and a daughter who suffers from asthma, I found these conditions particularly concerning. The air quality in the room was troubling, and it significantly impacted our comfort and peace of mind during our stay. Moreover, I was not informed about ongoing construction at the hotel prior to our arrival. The noise and disruption from the construction further detracted from our experience. One lady in particular working the front desk Was outstanding. She made sure there was always fresh coffee when she was working. The breakfast buffet was great and the dining area was spacious and clean. Our room was as expected .. very clean, comfy bed and pillows. Cons: The room needs a larger refrigerator. It was very small. The faucet in the bathroom sink was in a very odd position(in the right corner) awkward in using. I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn.

Please train the employees to be kind to customers, and have the housekeepers provide the full service that the hotel offers because they took my dirty towels but did not leave me clean ones. For the breakfast employees, a little kindness with a smile wouldn't be bad at all. The night shift front desk employees are AWESOME.

The manager was amazing. My dog was with me and had gotten out of the room. The manager called me calmly said the dog will be with her in the manager's office. I was very impressed that she was so calm and helpful. She also recommended an amazing pizza place will definitely go back very convenient very clean good places to walk the dog when you need to
