They had a water/pipe damage in our room. We couldn’t sleep until the morning due to the noise. There is no parking also.

Nice apartment hotel. I've got a large "flat" with kitchen. Very clean. Looked a bit empty for its size. Nice working safe was available. Breakfast was OK. Excellent location. Helpful staff.

Great location! Friendly staff!! Nice room! The airport bus stop is a block away so that saves you a lot of money when finding transportation to the airport. Lots of good restaurants around.

Property was dated, but clean, spacious and affordable. It’s hard to travel with a family in Europe without breaking the bank. Delice offered us the space we needed at an affordable price. Will definitely check there first the next time we are in Athens.

We stayed for only 12 hours, before going to the airport. Delice is reasonably priced, convenient to the metro for the airport, city center, and elsewhere, and is of good quality., There is a reasonably priced Souvlaki restaurant next door. It is about a 30 min walk to the city center, or two metro stops.

The place had a fantastic location, super clean, very organized and well priced. I’m so thankful I upgraded to a little bit larger room with a wonderful view of the street. OK, the free coffee in the morning was not the most delicious however one morning was particularly good. Hence, one never do know and they did have Nescafé which is always perfect It was the find of the century. I got to relax, take it easy, and unwind a bit after hopping around for five weeks. A QUALITY problem!!!

Well located hotel, near metro station, with very good choices of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Within walking distance from Mount Lycabettus, and a 10-15 min walk from Syntagma Square. Staff is very attentive and the room was perfect to accommodate my family, with kitchen facilities and cookware.

Nice hotel. Clean and spacious room. The hotel is 10 mins drive to the city center. Its easy to call car service there. You can also take the bus back to airport pretty easily. Its about 5 mins walk to bus stop.

Reception staff were great. About a 10 minute walk to metro. Loads of restaurants downstairs to choose from for dinner which even do takeaway.Had a simple room, but was a perfect for us.

Arrived at Delice Hotel after a long day's travel, only to find that the Hotel had entered our booking for the following day. As we are a family of five, we had booked a two bedroom apartment. The booking had been confirmed by Expedia and we were advised that there was no need to seek confirmation. Due to the error, no family rooms were available upon our arrival. A one bedroom room was found, however our three children had to sleep in the lounge room. We were given the option of a small refund or another hotel. We opted for the former due to the time of the night and the long day's travel. The refund has not been received.

Upon arrival the hotel messed up our booking even though we called 1 month in advanced to confirm our original order. When we got there the guy at the front desk kept arguing with the guy from expedia for over an hour over whose fault it was that our booking was wrong. Overall; ok stay if you are just looking for a bed to close your eyes. The place doesn't feel like a hotel though ... But more of a hostel. The place itself is located in a very convenient area with a lot of attractions around. Would we stay there again? Not unless there was nothing else available ! There is a hilton right across the street.... For my next visit i ll probably go there.

Overall, it is ok yet they can immediately boost their rating. Showets as well as kitchenware are old. Though hotel staff are with intention, they are not very capable at least some of them. They claim they have free eifi, yet we had to movr to 4th floor from 2nd as they could not fix wifi connection problem. Internet was very slow on top of it. Breakfast was very poor and served in a very small area.

Room was a good size for one person. Good internet connection too! Breakfast is standard but tasted good. I really liked the juicer that you could use. Staff were nice, one of them even called me up at 11pm, wanting to chat to ensure that I wasnt lonely (as he knew I was travelling on my own). Nice place, nice people. The location worked well for what I wanted to do in the city. Make sure you research the area and things you want to do. Metro is near tho, so most things are accessible.

Pretty spartan room with a downward sloped balcony and spotty wireless connection and a rudimentary breakfast, but in a good location, very clean, and friendly staff. The pictures make it look nicer than it is, but definitely worth it if you get a good deal.

I am often confounded by how different the real life experience of a hotel is to the Expedia reviews. I am not sure what other people's expectations are, but if you are a normal family not used to drinking out of silver chalices at every meal and eating gold, you will have a delightful time at the Delice Hotel. The rooms, which are mini-apartments supplied with everything you need for a short- or medium-range stay, are spacious, comfortable and clean. Granted, like in most European hotels, the king-size bed is really just two double beds pushed together, our balcony looked out on, well, other balconies, and the free breakfast is usual continental fare, but the upsides of this hotel are many. The location is superb if you are looking to visit any major site in Athens, it is right next to a very convenient Metro station, there are excellent restaurants nearby, the area is safe, and, best of all, the English-speaking staff is extremely kind and helpful. For the price I couldn't imagine a much better experience. My wife and three-year-old daughter also felt right at home. This was a great base for an 8-night family vacation. Stay at Delice! You won't regret it.
