Great hotel, room and a great place. Had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, which was really good, BUT we got tricked by the staff with an $75 extra tips for the dinner at my credit card, that I didn´t put my signature on. They had problems with their bank terminals that day, and mistakes can be done. By agrement they had put the dinner and breakfast at the room. When I questioned the total at check-out, they promised me that everything was right. At home I saw in the online bank that it was not true. But when I contact the hotel several times by mail, with information from the bank, they didn´t and haven´t respond to. It is sad when a great hotel can destroy the reputation for $75

Location in Kirkland is great, easy walking to food, drinks and water. Rooms were comfortable but walls are a little thin (I could hear the gentleman next door on a business call) and noise from the hallway was easily heard in the room.

The staff was wonderful. I rated Staff and Service only good because the should be separate items. For a “luxury “ hotel, there are few amenities. No servicing of rooms unless you request. They provide a paltry amount of bathing amenities, e.g., enough body lotion for one shower, no more, in spite of my being there 2 nights. Cheap toilet paper! What happened to mini bars? Not enough light in the room. No real cream or milk for your coffee. Paper cups! But your staff is very helpful and always nice. Give us some abondanza!!

As a solo traveling female I felt very safe in this hotel. The hallways require key code entry from the lobby. The hotel was clean, my room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The WiFi worked well, the desk in room was nice and all the staff were very friendly! I would stay here again and again.

We do wish they had fans in the bathrooms. There is no way to get rid of steam from showers so the whole room gets a bit humid. However, we do like the fact that we can open the balcony doors to allow in fresh air.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room had nice amenities, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There’s a good variety of shops and restaurants nearby and Lake Washington is just a couple of blocks away. I’d stay here again.

This was a great hotel experience, cleanest rooms ever, fast elevator, excellent housekeeping and valet services, and super nice staff. The neighborhood is safe, clean, lots of amenities, restaurants, and walking distance to the lake. Will definitely return!

From the moment we arrived to leaving on our last day the staff was exceptional! The reservationist, (Katey) went far and above to make sure we had the perfect room for us and upgraded us to accommodate.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, but was hard to track down in the early morning when we had to retrieve our car from valet to make it back to the airport. Overall a very nice stay.

Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again. Walking distance to everything in downtown Kirkland. Great staff and clean rooms. Restaurant on first floor was also incredible.

A great spot with a beautifully kept hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the area is great with plenty of food and nature a walkable distance. I feel like we didn’t get as much info about available things like birds when we checked in but were able to get what we needed.

DO NOT STAY AT THE HEATHMAN HOTEL. Customer service is terrible. The valet broke our driver side mirror (honest mistake), but the manager dragged his feet in response. It took 7 days to get a response from him and the insurance company, while we were delayed, staying much longer than we had to in the area, at other hotels, racking up over $1700 in fees. His response? When he finally returned my third call? “We comped your one night stay and gave you a $300 credit for a future stay.” Wow. Any responsible hotel manager would have at least offered to pay half of our stay in other hotels, while were waiting to fix the car, due to delays in getting the parts. Not this one. Camerin did less than the bare minimum to satisfy the customer. Aside from this debacle, it may have been pet-friendly, but it certainly was not pet-convenient. Grass was only available in questionably safe areas at night. Crossing the street to go to a patch of grass in front of the library, I almost got mugged. The hotel room must have been designed for children, as we had to crouch down to reach the toilet seat and the sink. The bed was as low as a futon. When turning on the sink, it sounded like a bomb was going off.

Room air system was very noisy. I could not sleep. Turned it off and opened door to terrace to get cool air in the room as it was too warm. Garbage trucks and road workers were out early as well
