No hot water in the morning for showering. Some lights where missing or not working at all. Which gives a dark room to use in the evening.

It was awful. Firstly the very indifferent receptionist who spoke no English. Had trouble finding our booking through Expedia. Eventually provided a room which we paid for. The room was dingy and dirty. The bed had been made but looked like and felt like it hadn’t been changed. The floor was grubby and unvacuumed. The room smelt like it may have been disinfected using something similar to that used in public toilets We both decided we couldn’t stay in such a squalid hovel and took the key back. We asked the receptionist for our money back and she said no. You paid and there was no refund totally uninterested. This was our first experience of booking via Expedia so I hope this is not what we can expect in the future.

Small room for 3 beds/3 people. Unpleasant smell coming through the pipes and the air conditioning unit. Noise inside the room due to I don't know what installation, without being able to sleep all night.

No electricity in the bathroom

It's a budget hotel. There was nothing wrong with the room itself, but the bed was sinking in the middle and it was not the best night sleep. Breakfast was ok.

Nice, small room

Good value. Small room but what do you expect. The room was fine, no issues.
Will stay again.

Adequate for a low price.

It was amazing. No issues with the accommodation

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is terrible. The room is so tiny you think you are on the train. Bathroom is 2’x2’ at best. Walls and ceiling were dirty...the rooms are so tiny don’t know how they get cleaned , but they do.
Breakfast was simple but adequate.
I would not recommend this place.

Very conveniently located, near the highway and Avignon.
Easy to find and with enough parking.
The rooms are as shown on the picture and clean. The bathrooms could be refreshed a bit.
Breakfast on the terrace was unexpectedly quiet and comfy.

Nice friendly staff. About 2 Kims from Parc des Expo. Room ok but a bit dark. Noisy area off main road and Saturday motor bikes next door. Breakfast adequate.

Hotel is located on the outskirts of Avignon near to a retail park (approx. 10 minutes drive). Not much around (on foot) but a short drive to nearby restaurants on the retail park e.g. Flunch, McDonalds, KFC, Hippo. Cheap and cheerful but ideal for an overnight stay. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Free Wi-Fi. TV had Canal+ Breakfast basic but ok. We couldnt get the aircon to blow cool, only warm, but fortunately it wasnt the middle of summer. Friends in another room also found the same, maybe it was due to time of year. Our room was a double bed with a single bunk overhead.

The room was super small, but you get what you pay for, so if you want super cheap then stay here. For 3 adults our room was tight. The third person won't be able to sit upright on their bed which is above the other 2. The bathroom was small. We left our towel and clothes just outside the door and brought them in after showering. Lots of parking available here which was great.

Just a stopover on a long trip, as usual in an industrial estate but this time no local restaurants, not even Maccy-Dees the guy on the desk was very nice and everything "Worked" but no in any way special

Our GPS had difficulty finding the place but we finally did. Room is super small. The one we had on the ferry from England to France was larger. Beds are ok. No space for suitcases. Room was air-conditioned which was good as all the smokers were standing on the walkway outside the rooms to smoke. We put a towel at the base of the door to keep it out overnight. There's quite a bit of parking available. Lots of shops nearby so you can find somewhere to eat. Larger people will find the shower hard to use.

The hotel itself was lovely. It's set up the way a motel is in the US, where the rooms are accessed from outside. The room had three beds, one which was a lot, and it was quite small but still comfortable. The beds are tiny though, not great if you want to cuddle someone! The bathroom was nice too, though again a bit small. Breakfast was well stocked too.
The only major problem was the location. This hotel is in a suburb of Avignon, near Montfavet train station, and it's far enough out of the way that Google maps will not help you. There are buses that you can figure out or ask reception for information on, but on our first day we just walked from the station. The shortest way was along a road with no sidewalks, which was terrifying. Barring that, this place is a pretty good deal! Great for backpackers who want a bit more privacy than a hostel.

We lived there 3 nights. The smell is not good and cheap while entering the room. After one night, a smell like stiny water come out. Bad design of the shower and water spread out easily while taking shower. The only thing I recognized is the frontdesk and very helpful and kind. However, I will not select this hotel anymore even its cheap.

Ok experience overall, but there were several men loitering near our door, on the steps and around the hotel making me uncomfortable.

We intended to use the hotel as a base for visiting Avignon but it turned out to be a little to far from the main attractions for comfort.. It was however conveniently located close to the main Route Nationals and makes an ideal overnight stop. After much searching we found a cheap and cheerful Restaurant near the Airport but that was about it for dining out in the evening..

The hotel is recently renovated. The rooms have all the facilities and are comfortable, albeit very small. They are good enough if you are only looking for a place to spend the night. It is 15min of drive from Avignon. There is continental breakfast for 5 euros including juice, coffee, breads and yogurts. The staff was helpful and indicated us the way to Avignons free parking.

we decided to stay in the premiere classe avignon because it was cheap and seemed relatively convenient. it was reasonably cheap, but the bus ride there took an hour. the neighborhood was ok, it was quiet enough, but that's because there was a car dealership and a bus stop that the bus didn't always choose to stop at. unfortunately, there were bugs in our room, the water wasn't hot, and the cleaner tried to come in, with no warning, at a very awkward time...
all in all, not a good night in Avignon

The hotel is located about a 10 minute drive from the center of Avignon, so makes it an attractive place to stay for up to three people on a budget. However, it is located in an office/industrial park, so there are no amenities around whatsoever.

All the other guests seemed to be heavy smokers so the rooms smelled - even after the staff kindly moved us - we still choked with odour and we had to open thewindow to breathe, leaving the heater on as the temperature outside was very cold and we had to wash all our clothes which smelled of cigarettes afterwards.

We stayed there for just one night. It was really neat and actually quite nicely decorated. loved the red color in the room. The bathroom was however REALLY small and it seemed like it was ready made one attatched to the room( if there is such a thing) but it was clean and we just stayed there for one night so it wasnt that much of an issue. there's a bus stop just opposite the hotel. Compared to paris people were much friendly. The bus driver gave us a free ride because we ran out of time ( the card lasts for one hour) because we were lost ( the hotel's a bit far off )

I got a rude shock at check-in: Due to a system error, I was told that 5 rooms were being held in my name (when I had only requested one) and the person at the desk told me without a hint of sympathy that they would charge me for all five rooms. Hotels.com eventually (two weeks later) acknowledged the error and agreed to refund the extra charges.
When I got to the room, I discovered that an unmentionable object from the previous guests' intimate activity was still on the upper bunk - apparently overlooked by the cleaning personnel. And it was only the next morning that i discovered that the lock on the door wasn't working.
Other than these issues, the hotel would be acceptable if one needs to be close to the airport, but given that it's so far from the Avignon town center I couldn't recommend it for any other reason.

Hôtel correcte pour le prix payé. Seul problème : le Wifi n'est pas présent partout. Faites attention que le montant total du séjour est prélevé bien avant celui-ci et sans que l'on vous prévienne !
