The staff at this hotel are one of the nicest teams I have ever come across. The daily smiles from them are genuine. They make you feel wanted. The cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast marvellous. Please make this your hotel before any others.

Lupe and Angelina and the rest of the staff were very nice.

The hotel is 1 block away from central plaza. A lot of restaurants and tour guide places around. The area around it is not loud so you will be able to rest.

I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The stuff was delightfully friendly and helpful, always there and always smiling. The room was lovely, with a sweet little niche with a table facing the big sort-of-french window - loved that bit! All the rest was great too. The breakfast good, again with a very friendly stuff.
All in all, I'll book there next time I'm in Puno for certain...

Nice 3 star hotel within 1 block from Plaza de Armas. Building is old and breakfast could improve, but considering price this is an excellent option in Puno.

Very cute hotel in a middle of downtown close to many interesting historic trademarks and restaurants.

The Hacienda Puno Hotel is a gem in Puno. The service is very friendly, the condition is very good, the location is perfect, and is a real value for the cost. The breakfast is plentiful and included but the cost of the food in the restaurant is a bit expensive.

Extremely friendly staff. I arrived late and left early so I did not get to use all of the facilities. The staff prepared a nice boxed breakfast without me asking. Loved having an elevator and the room was larger than average. It took a while for the electric wall heater to warm the room but there were plenty of warm blankets already on the bed. My room had a bay window complete with desk. The street noise did not bother me but if you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the street.

The hotel is in easy walking distance to the plaza and other points of interest in Puno. Out room was a bit spartan, but very clean with comfortable beds. Fine for a twelve hour stay.

Nice hotel near Puno downtown and only 5 minutes in car to the port

Changed their prices on us.
Charged us 35 soles more for the tour we were on with other people and then the other folks all had lunch included in their tours but not us. Nope our hotel didn’t book us lunches.
Lastly, the place smells like cigarettes really bad. They get large tour groups that check in at all hours and just smoke in the lobby and their rooms, within minutes your room will smell like an ash tray.

A fast moving hail storm hit the city, while we were out. We caught a taxi back to our hotel but it let us out across the street. There was a river running down the street. The hotel doorman brought us boots to put on and helped us cross the street. The water was knee high. Now that's customer service!!!!!

Breakfast was nice, a bit of everything. Location was great, walkable distance to main square and shops.
Rooms big and clean. Hot water pressure good. Overall it was good experience.

The hotel is really in the center of Puno. You can get to restaurants, supermarket and the plaza by walk. Although it's next to the street, it's not noisy at night. The hotel staff is very friendly and the buffet breakfast is decent, too. From the sixth floor, you can see Lake Titicaca.

The location is central, but the city has very little to offer. Primarily it is a stopping point for those visiting Lake Titicaca and the floating islands. That said, the hotel is a nice little oasis in an otherwise bland neighborhood. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and the breakfast was good.

前台職員好聰明,由於lan airline要online check in ,而手機又print不到,要借用酒店電腦來上網。
早餐一早已準備好,晚餐亦非常美味,餐廳服務員非常有禮貌!
床辱舒適,比較硬,睡得非常好!
Wifi好強勁!價錢又便宜!

Comforter was unclean. However, when notified when I was to sleep. Came to change it. 2 luggages were handed to hotel staff for storage at 0930, upon retrieved the padlock of one was missing. Lost stuff? Yes. Worse money.

We have been fortunate to have acceptable places to stay while in Peru, but Hacienda Puna was the best. The hotel is located close to shopping and historical places, and a 20 minute walk to the port. The staff was friendly and very helpful, particularly The young gal at the front desk In the afternoons. The service in the restaurant was better than good and the food was excellent. The rooms were made up early and efficiently.

We reserved Hacienda Puno because they claim to have self-parking. They dont. We arrived late and had to park illegally on the street because all the parking garages in the neighborhood were closed. That meant we had to wake up at 6am to repark in a nearby garage. We would have NEVER paid so much for a Puno hotel if wed have known that they do not, indeed, have a self-parking lot. Also, a 9am check-out is beyond ridiculous... especially when you arrive late and had to repark your car at 6am. The only good thing I can say is that they allowed us to leave at 10am instead of 9am, but didnt tell us until the morning that itd be ok.The WIFI was not good. The shower had good, hot water. In the morning, there was a nice guy at the front desk who helped me find the underground parking at Hotel Royal for my next nights stay in the Uros.

Very nice hotel. We found a great deal the night before so the price was really good for us.
The breakfast was decent with lots of fresh fruit, breads, and eggs.
When we checked in we were offered a tour to Uros and Taquile for 90 soles per person, however when we walked down to the pier, we found what seemed to be a very similar tour for only 25 soles per person (which we enjoyed very much)

Good location, internet works fine, clean and comfortable room. We had to leave early, before breakfast time so they gave us a lunch box! Nice service!

The first night we had a room 2 nd floor with view on the street with to much noise of cars and musics.
The second night was with window in the "interior", though less noisy, but not really agreedable.

I cant complain at anything in this hotel. It was one of many hotel I used during my visit in Peru and it was the best one for that price range.

I was pleased that I chose Hacienda Puno when I compared it with the location of other hotels. It was very convenient to get to the Plaza de Armas and the pedestrian street. Our room faced the street and it was noisy at times but since we returned from our trips very tired we fell asleep quickly. Staff were courteous and gave us directions or suggestions where to go.

Nice place, comfortable room, hot water with very high pressure. Staff very frinedly and helpful. didnt eat there so not sure of the food. Room was cold, it was winter time, they have a space heater there and we asked for another one which was provided easily and quicklygood location, nice walk to the port and close to central plazagreat value

We stayed two nights at this hotel and it was fine apart from the fact that the windows are not double glazed - unfortunately the streets in Puno are VERY noisy, with plenty of car horns being used until late at night... We would recommend asking for a room at the back of the building, but cannot guarantee that it would improve the noisiness of the rooms. Aside from this, breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. The laundry service is also very good and reasonably priced.

The check out time is way too early. It's at 9 am so it felt like we were kicked out.

It was 50% off so it was a good deal. Compararéis to other options in Puno, it is really good.
The service in general was not good.

We were taking a 2 week road trip through Peru and stayed here for 2 days on our way out and 1 night on our way back home to Bolivia. We were treated with total respect and courtesy. OUr room on the first 2 nights was on the front side at the intersection, so it was a little noisy. Our room on our return was also on the front but not at the intersection and noise was no issue. We would stay there again and have already told friends to stay there when traveling through. Thank You!
