Dropped us off for dinner and no-show on pickup time and nobody answered phone. Had to taxi back.

Excellent stay at the Hotel. Good food, friendly and attentive staff, shuttle service available for taking and picking up from Cortina and a pleasant 2km walk down a dedicated bike/ walking path back to hotel. Used the gym, swimming pool, steam room and spa pool, all well maintained.

Decent property. Very nice staff. We were given a room with no a/c despite booking hotel that claimed to have a/c. Onsite food only average and expensive.

One of the better hotels I've stayed at. Such kind, generous people. The views, the spa, the dinner, the service. Everything. We had a last minute scheduling problem and had to change days. Most hotels in this world would have made us pay double. Not this hotel. We are forever grateful!!!!

Excellent all around.

Overall great experience. Great spa facilities. Great room and view. Helpful staff.
Things to improve upon to elevate this hotel to greater levels would be the breakfast selection (limited for a 5 star hotel) and the gym (equipment were relatively lackluster compared to the rest of the spa facilities)

The hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and really helpful without being too in your face.

The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are good. The food in the restaurant at dinner was really bad and the price is crazy. Too bad. In short ….. an expensive price for a mediocre hotel.

Let me start with the positives. The staff, location, service and the views were really good. However, we paid 500 Euros per night for the junior suite the breakfast offered was below 2 star quality. It was probably the worst food I have been served. I am not sure how a hotel which makes you pay 500 Euros for a day cannot give you a decent meal. The rooms were super clean but still a bit on the small side. Value for money - there are far better properties I would consider and would not stay here again.

We received an upgrade to a room in the renovated area of the hotel and it was great.
The pool is oversize for mountain hotels.
Service in the restaurant is friendly but could be improved.

This hotel was amazing and blew all of my expectations away!! The breakfast was fabulous and we loved enjoying all of the amenities that the hotel had to offer!! We used the free shuttle service the entire time we were there until it was randomly "not available" on our last day there which was a Sunday. Besides that though, our trip was beyond amazing!

Everything like new. Good food (both breakfast that was included and dinner that was separate). Pool outstanding.
Visited in off season, so cannot judge for ski season.

After a long and exhausting hike in the Dolomites, the Faloria Mountain Spa Resort was exactly what we needed. We have been pumpered by welcoming staff during the two days of our stay. An amazing note also for the massage at the wellness center! Away from the city center, yet easily reachable by the free navette, the location of the resort is ideal. We would highly recommend.

We stayed here for one night following a 3 day walking holiday in the mountains during the summer. It was the perfect place to relax and use the excellent spa facilities. We were able to use the spa facilities for the whole day following checking out which was a great service.

The hotel was pleasant overall. Cute hotel, but overlooking construction, Far from city center so car is necessary. The driveway is impossible to maneuver with cars parked on either side. Showers either have no curtain or broken curtain. Spa/pool is gorgeous but a swim cap is mandatory to swim, but available for purchase at spa. Very nice staff.

We stayed here when going hiking to Tre Cime. Unfortunately staff could not give directions on how to get there. They were very nice and had provided us with the map on how to get somewhere else, but didn't understand that we wanted to go see something further away. I think in the future they could try to have directions ready for various attractions in the area.

A boutique hotel slightly removed from the main town. Beautiful spa with steam and sauna. Huge pool. Clean and comfortable. Pleasant restaurant with very good menu. We were assigned a room with a bad view of construction site and crane. We asked for a different room and they graciously upgraded us to a suite which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. We liked it a lot.

Thank you :)

Everything quite OK except for a very disagreeable maitre / head waiter. Staff evaluation averages this individual against a truly outstanding reception clerk and a nice spa manager

Stayed at this hotel for 7 days while skiing in Cortina. Room was very nice. Staff was friendly and very professional. We ate breakfasts and four meals in the hotel's restaurants and food was excellent. Only drawback was hotel is a couple of miles from Cortina. This was partially alleviated by hourly hotel shuttle service and taxis

We were a bit disappointed by the room: the paint was falling off the wall on top of the door, the showe gel was not replaced after we had used it up. The food in the restaurant is ok.

Wish the rooms were a little bigger, and that they put a shower curtain in the tub, but otherwise I would highly recommend it. Breakfast is excellent, as is dinner. The staff is very good, and helpful.

Amazing location. Friendly and prompt service. But the room was very small. Also not enough parking outside the hotel.
