The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and checked us in earlier than the check-in time! This is a review about the room and not the staff! - No coffee pods even though there was pod machine in the room. Some sort of coffee in a tea-bag was provided.....don't know what that is.... - No hangars or closet to hang clothes. - Tub would back up when you took a shower. - Toilet seat very low. If you were not careful, your hand would go into the water!

I was surprised that the front desk closes at 6:00PM on a Friday. Had I arrived just a few minutes later that I did, I fear that I would have spent my money without having a place to stay for the night.

Hair dryer not working and towel hook unscrewed in one place. But overall comfortable room. Wish lobby had coffee for guests

We loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed in room #109 and it was very clean, quiet and there was plenty of towels and pillows provided. Beds were good but one made loud popping noises when moving, sitting or getting up from it. The freezer/fridge came in handy and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening just taking in our surroundings. The lady at check in/out was very friendly and gave us restaurant suggestions. I loved that there wasn’t carpet. My few suggestions: a bigger tv, ours might have been a 32“, the lamp in our room flickered as though it had a short in it (we checked to see if the bulb was loose, it wasn’t) so you probably need a new lamp and the tub/toilet area is tiny but that’s a complete renovation 😁 Thank you for a wonderful visit and we hope to come back again soon!

Nice location to get to the park or restaurants both north and south on 259. Room was very clean with microwave and fridge. Shower was nice.

Very basic accommodations. Entire place needs updating. Porch lights didn’t work. No smoke alarm in the room! Provided an iron, but no hair dryer. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. One good thing, it was clean.

The lodge is very nice and quaint on the outside however our room was not so nice. The pictures that would have been on the walls were not there just screws. The ceiling was patched in places and not repainted. There was mold and dust above our bed. The room was clean but not to a hotel standard by any means and the beds were not comfortable. We stayed here in 2020 and it was not in this condition.

ThIs hotel has comfortable beds and hard surface floors. It is close to dining options without the hassle of noisy surroundings. The rooms were quiet inside even from other occupants. Thanks for a great stay.

Room was clean. Only problem the bed sounded like metal cans clanging when you move in it. By the time we went back to the room it was late at night so we didn’t find out about the bed until we got ready for bed. I hope they get another bed for room 103.

We went to Hochatown on a spur of the moment trip! We chose the New Hochatown Lodge because we weren’t taking food etc. it was great. The room was perfect and the location was great. We will stay again!

The property is located directly across from Beavers Bend State Park. The swimming pool was sparkling clean as well as the sitting areas outside. The room and linens were cleaned each day. The staff was very friendly. I will go back.

The lodge could be a really nice place but it needs some care. No coffee in lobby. Was told person coming in may not know how to make coffee. No breakfast. Room needed maintenence. Ceiling patched but not repainted. Coffee pot in room was for pods but coffee supplied were not pods. Ice machines were not working.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we got to the room it was nice and cool, a/c had been turned down so that we would comfortable. The room was extremely clean and even smelled good. I was very happy that there was no carpet, I'm kind of a snob about that. We would definitely stay here again and would, and have, recommend it.

Only issue iv had is finding hair in the towels . Property is clean and staff is sweet. People do smoke the W "outside" so it did seek into my room so i had to remove my children for a few hours but its Oklahoma

Our purpose was to have a room to stay in quickly , we got in the area late and got up early for one day stay in the area. Luckily it was not too hot the AC made a squealing noise , and we actually had to unplug it completely for it to go off and stop making the noise. It was clean overall but the ac was a definite issue and I’d rather Been able to have slept at least With a fan. When we done it was getting stuffy.

The lady at the front desk when we arrived was super nice. The one that took over from her not so much. The pool was wonderful. But they didn’t serve breakfast as was supposed to be provided and the dead bolt on the door didn’t work. You can tell the door had been busted into. When asked about breakfast they simply said yeah I didn’t get up. This was a return stay but not again.

An unfortunate experience at check-in. Despite our prior request for an early check-in due to traveling with senior citizen and young children, we were not accommodated, even though the room was ready following the departure of previous guests. The front desk staff did not make us feel welcomed and seemed indifferent to our situation. We had hoped for a more understanding and accommodating approach, especially considering our special circumstances. I won't recommend to go if you are with Family.

Ice machine broken said go to office, but office closed after hours and until 8 am so unfortunately unable to get ice. Beds were not very comfortable, but clean. Staff very friendly.

We have stayed here twice now. Its not a super fancy hotel but its safe and comfy. We like the beds and pillows and its easy to get to.

It’s a cheap rate for a cheap room. They didn’t replace the coffee and the machine was missing a part but at least made hot water. The other guests stayed up very late outside yelling like they were at someone’s house out in the country, not a motel. It was hard to find someone at the front desk so in the morning I had to drive 2 miles for coffee. The bed and room were clean and reasonably comfortable. Very no frills.

For the price the stay was ok. Check in was quick and easy. There was a couple of fleas in the room when we went to bed, the toilet seat was completely crooked and there was no ice available on site. Probably will look elsewhere in the future but for the price it was decent.
