The outside of the villa looks nice but the inside was terrible. The villa was spacious but the furniture and fixtures are in bad condition. The amenities were limited and service was very basic.

I mentioned that it was my partners birthday on the 1st so when we arrived so the staff organised a small chocolate birthday cake to be delivered to our villa.
The villa was a little old but very nice, and good value.

Clean and maintained well , close to everything enjoyed the stay

not a great experience. the bathroom floor was never dried. the whole place had an air of not quite clean.
3.8
The place was definitely not clean at all. Nice size as far as space but it looks like that don’t clean the rooms and they reuse the towels. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Dust everywhere I literally had to clean down the toilets just so my kids could sit down on the toilets and feel a bit comfortable. The pool was the only thing clean LITERALLY the water only.

The place we got was not like the property shown in the photos advertised

The condition of the 5-bedroom villa was atrocious and the customer service from the staff was one of the worst.

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights and got upgraded to the 3 bedroom villa. Villa was huge and the pool was really nice. However, the condition of the bedrooms and kitchen needs to be updated/repaired. Location was near to the beach but quite a distance to the main shopping area in Seminyak.
3.8
Pool was fantastic and rooms were huge and clean but the open air kitchen was dated and cupboards weren’t clean.
3.8
Excellent service, large comfortable rooms, large clean pool, beautiful surroundings.

The location is neutral to us because we hired a driver to pick us up. 1 of my friend wouldn't sleep because she felt uncomfortable during that stay. The breakfast arrive on time and we think that the breakfast was nothing fantastic but edible.

classy, clean and a comfortable villa with a nice private pool.strategically located 3 mins from batu belig beach and 5 minutes from potato head beach club with a motorcycle.Staff were very accomodating and friendly. Thanks to the villa staff for making my stay there an enjoyable one.

Staff was kind but it is very old villa (At least my room)

Although I read the mediocre reviews, I thought I would have a better experience for some reason, I was wrong. The hotel is dingy and does need so much updating and proper cleaning. Nothing like the photos, which are beautiful. The breakfasts were terrible and inedible every day. The rooms were old and dark. The bathrooms were gross and dark. The kitchen and living rooms are hot and dark (no a/c). My recommendation is spend a few dollars more and stay in a real 4 Star hotel with a pool. Staff was clueless about everything as they barely spoke or understood English. I wish I could say something nice but the location wasn’t even that good as it’s kind of far away from everything. Stay in a villa in Kuta or Ubud or Legian for location.

I accidentally broke a glass and had to pay $7.50 for it. Well, this is my bad so I can’t say much. However, prior to checking in, I was told that water are free. When checking out, I was charged for the bottled waters. At that point, I just paid for it. On my way to airport then I realise that I shouldn’t have paid for it.

Great stay, the staff were like friends

Danoya is such a nice and great villa for vacation at Bali.

The villa we stayed in was modern, spacious with a 2 bed 3 full bath with a large living, dining and kitchen area. Kept clean, very clean pool with daily housekeeping and turndown service. The staff were extremely friendly. Only issue was with an external water pump that needed to be replaced and was quickly addressed

We were swimming everynight even we tired for sightseeing. There is good JBL speaker that conect your device with Bluetooth. I really recomend if you are planning to trip with 3-4people. Not so expensive.
Danoya Villa make good memories.

Villa service friendly and prompt. Free shuttle to main shopping areas. Hotel food tasty. Some restaurants and essential shops within walking distance. Villas are showing age however are still comfortable and clean. Private pool very relaxing. Lovely gardens. Secure location. Staff could not do enough to make our stay more enjoyable.

Our private villa needed a makeover. It was very tired. The staff were lovely.

We loved the hotel, location and staff. Awesome having a private pool.

Ideal villas! Stayed in a 1BR Premier Villa for 2 weeks, great experience, whole villa was clean & cleaned daily, with all towels replaced. Swimming pool was the perfect size & also clean/cleaned regularly. Daily breakfast was amazing, with great choice & available in room or via the restaurant. Staff here are more than friendly & willing to help out where ever they can! Free shuttles to Seminyak is a BIG bonus too! Great value for money! Recommended for all groups, couples, families & friends!

Our room was so run down. Ceiling crumbling/rotting, walls in disrepair, mold around the edge of bathroom tub, dirty linen.Waste of money. Too bad because it used to be a really nice place

This is a very nice condo type hotel, the staff were very good and welcoming. We stayed here for a night before moving onto Candidasa area. The rooms were clean and adequate in size with bathrooms. Both rooms were upstairs, downstairs there is a half bathroom. Living area is large and with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a sound system. The hotel provides complimentary drinking water in bottles and in a 5 gallon jug. Private pool was nice to plunge. There is no view, as the complex is located in a residential/commercial area; however, hotel ground is nice. There was some construction going on at back of our condo, but the construction area was covered in tarps and didn't bother us. The condo didn't have AC in the living area, only in the bedrooms. They provide a small evaporative cooler which may not be adequate due to humidity even with a ceiling fan running in full speed.

I think Danoya has only been open about 5 years but unfortunately the building is already showing signs of wear and tear. There's loads of space, however, and having a private pool is fantastic. The location is good-a number of really nice places to eat within a 5/10 minute walk and beach 10/15minutes. There's also a driver who will take you into Seminyak or Kerobokan at the drop of a hat from 9-5 which is great.
Make sure you ask for an odd numbered room (on the left side of the hotel as you approach it) because there's a huge 4 story construction site on the right hand side. This didn't really impact on us at all but if we'd been on the right hand side it would have kinds spoiled the whole set up of a private pool (the way they've built the hotel initially meant noone could see into your pool area).
Breakfast was OK, they will deliver it to your villa which is nice, but I choose to go to Biku in Kerobokan or Watercress (5 min walk from the hotel) a couple of times for something a little tastier.
