Reception staff are great. Really nice and friendly - speak a load of languages. Rooms are a decent size, clean and comfortable. Second time staying at this hotel - on way from Paris to holiday in Tuscany. Location close to Porta Susa perfect for us. Loads of good places to eat (some great places to eat - check out Raffaleo, Via Piave 5/M, angolo via del Carmine, 10122, Torino) and drink within short walk.

The room was nice though a bit too noisy for my taste (tramway's noise) The only complain I have is related to the quality of the mattress. In my opinion the hotel should invest in a thicker more comfortable mattress.

Great two night stay, bit warm in the room and AC wasn't switched on (to be expected as it's April) but cooled down with the window open. Staff I saw were lovely, guy who checked us in was super thank you!! Would stay again

This property is a bit bit of a distance from the main sites, yet is Conveniently close to Metro stop XVIII Diciembre and a major bus stop. Staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and secure, and they serve a great breakfast with tasty coffee and a variety of food. There are also multiple restaurants in walking distance and just a couple of blocks over, a large outdoor market. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Turin.

They don’t allow early check in at all. Not even 10 mins early! Very strange practice as I have checked in many hotels up to 4 hours before and have never had an issue like this. The WiFi kept dropping and won’t connect which was a big inconvenience too. The rooms are very basic, and not very modern. The breakfast is very good. A good 15 min walk to the centre. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a handy supermarket located in the street. Very easy to reach hotel by the airport Bus.

Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly helpful staff. Only downside was one set of stairs for exit was blocked off for repair/construction. Hopefully this project will be completed soon and access to the next floor by stair will be usable again. Public transportation is close by. Parking in public garage was about 700 meters away and reasonable.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Everything was super clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location The breakfast was very good with lots of choice of fresh bread, pastries, fruits, meats and cheese. Our only slight niggle wad the single beds were very narrow and the bedside plugs were behind a shelf so we couldn't use them but there was another plug in the room.

This hotel was easily accessible to the train station-porta susa. It is an older hotel, but well maintained.The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was big with beautiful high ceilings. The AC was a bit temperamental, but that is Europe. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety.

hotel close to Torino Porta Susa train station, the room was small, the twin bed uncomfortable and worst of all there was a vibrating noise recurring every 30 seconds to a minute that prevented me to sleep, the staff told me it was probably the air conditioning.

Brilliantly located for the Porta Susa station, some areas of the hotel slightly dated/worn (carpets on stairs) but a much better than functional base for our couple days in the city. Very effective double glazing meant we could either listen to the city hubbub or block it out (to aid sleep). Good range of breakfast items.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is located near the TGV train, which makes it super convient. I had a lovely room with a balcony. The breakfast was great. Great price point.
