The Suites were very homey and allowed for us to cook and do what we would at home. Being able to do laundry for free was a bonus on top of the everyday breakfast buffet.

Everything and everyone of the staff were amazing and friendly.. services on site were excellent. Rooms were great other then being able to hear your neighbors while your trying to sleep. Very pleased with my stay Thank you all

This hotel isn’t cleaned well. There was also an issue where tenant had police there. Music playing loudly. Maybe people live here?

Only negative comment is I booked a 2 bedroom suite with 1 king & 2 double beds but that wasn’t available on arrival - was 1 king & 1 queen so had to use the very uncomfortable sofa sleeper.

The facility was very attractive and had a tasty free breakfast with many options. I was pleased to find a two-bedroom suite at a reasonable rate, even during an event weekend. My only issue was that the bed was so high it was difficult for me to access (I’m 70). If I come back, I’ll be sure to pack a folding step stool.

The property was adequate. However, each room had its own unique stinky odor. (We had friends staying in another room). The odor was not present in the hallways or common areas. The toaster was broken. Apparently it had been broken for sometime because when I asked the breakfast attendant about it she already knew.

We had an amazing stay. We just relocated to South Carolina and needed a place to stay until our apartment was ready. The staff was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed to ensure we were able to move into our apartment!

The property was conveniently located, many dining options not too far. Check-in was great, the young man checking us in was fantastic and efficient. We were very disappointed with our first floor room. One, it was SUPER NOISY. We could hear everything from outside, even with the ac on high. We did not get a good nights rest. Also, the bed was extremely hard, like sleeping on a piece of wood. When washing up, a few splashes of water hit the floor, so I grabbed a paper towel to wipe them up. The paper towel came back up BLACK, so full of dirt, it was gross. Lastly, the room smelled of smoke, I know it is a non-smoking property, but......something went on here. We will not stay here again, especially for the price. We could have been closer to the downton area/falls/city for the same price.

This hotel is situated in a quiet, commercial-industrial park complex within 1/2 mile of I-85. It is also very close to numerous shopping areas and restaurants. The only issue I had was that my room was adjacent to the swimming pool. Not ideal but not a major problem.

I loved the amenities (full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, flat top stove, coffeemaker, refrigerator and fully stocked cabinets with dishes, pots and pans, etc. It was also close to Interstate 85 and was near Haywood Mall and lots of eateries.

The animal fee is $100.00. Our 7 yo Corgi usually travels with us. We will not stay @ an IGH facility again. Staff were friendly and the room was mostly clean. No condiments in the room and the dishwasher was full of dishes. I empty my dishwasher at home. Not going to pay to stay and empty one unless I used the dishes.
