The hotel staff were very obligent helpfull & friendly. The food was excellent. And our room was so lovely & spacious we are going to come & stay again & ask for the same room. U tube on up to date TV's in the room which was an added bonus all round i would give this hotel 10 out of 10. This is our 3rd time staying here & we will return again.

The room was OK. The bathroom needs a bit of renovation but everything was working. The breakfast was great. WiFi was slow at most of the time, so if you need to do conference call be sure you have mobile data.

Dated in some parts and not the cleanest in certain spots. Was surprised there was no air conditioning and windows had limited openings. Would try someplace else if we are back in the area. It met our needs but not on our list for a repeat visit.

The room smelled like sewage and nothing was done to correct the issue. Incorrect directions were given to nearby public transportation. Incorrect garage code was given in order to exit the parking garage. Overall very disappointed with this stay and will not be going back

Hotel deco is tried. Very noisy at 10pm, I felt I was in a live club. Asked for a room change and was told “fully booked” until night manager changed to a different room. No apologies next day whatsoever. Breakfast has very limited choice and most 3 star hotels would do better in quality. I had to wait alongside with other customers till 2 chefs finished their argument before they could serve me hot food. When I went to get a glass of water my table was cleared so not bothering staying any longer, well not anymore in this hotel. There are plenty of choices around which are far better with similar business rate.

One night stay to explore the city. 55 euro to airport 30 to Guinness storehouse The Eastern European lady on reception was awkward and unhelpful. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Worst nights sleep I've had in a hotel. Awful droning noise for the entire night, unable to shut window due to heat and there is no aircon. The hotel provide a small desk to fan. I understand that the hotel cant vouch for the other guest's but there were kids running up and down the halls screaming and banging doors until 11pm. Hotel is a lot less grand than it looks in the photos. Bar/restaurant food is nice. No fridge in room. Vending machine and ice in hallways I understand management will say i should have spoken to reception but only being there for one night i didnt.

This is a scam!!! Hotels.com charged me! Then when I got to the hotel that couldn’t find my reservation. So I paid again. Now 5 days later I’m on vacation STILL trying to get my money back! And being told that there was a no cancellation policy… but I NEVER canceled it!

Checkin at the hotel was easy and straightforward. Our family room was a reasonable size however the room was very hot. There was a fan in the room which was a bonus, but the room was still very warm. Bathroom, although clean had a shower curtain rather than a screen, something I personally don’t like. Staff friendly.

Unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to stay in the hotel as my reason for going to Dublin, a course in with the FAI was cancelled at the last moment last Friday due to the bad weather (unplayable pitches) and the Hotel rejected my request to move my booking to the new dates for the course (April 5/6). While the request did come after the hotel cut-off time, the reason was genuine, and a re-booking would have occurred immediately. I will not be staying in the hotel again.

Booked a double room. Told none available when I arrived and was offered a triple with singles. I said I could accept that and was asked to wait. 5 minutes later I was told they had my room. Turned out the joined 2 singles together. Most uncomfortable night sleep with ridge down middle.

Nice to stay in, clean and tidy, nice staff and service, everything was perfect, but there was little issue, on friday there was loud music from the club that still can be heard from my room, that continue until approx midnight, I was tired that day and going sleep bit early, unfortunately I couldn't sleep before that due to loud music.
