Very nice stay

There were drug addicts or bums hanging outside of the hotel which put me at ease. The flooring was squeaky and you can hear everything. Also, I could hear other guests talking and walking outside of my room. Especially, the couple talking at 3am right across my room that kept me up all night.

Don’t come here - this place is very dirty, smelly and noisy.

Hair all over everything in the bathroom.Very thin walls could hear my neighbors upstairs fighting all night and it sounded like they were throwing each other on the ground. I woke up multiple times during the night because of this. The room was very empty. I felt very unsafe while being here.

The room did not look as it was shown on the pictures. There was a bad smell, all through the hotel. Not isolated enough, we could hear the other occupants.

This is without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life. Here are some of my complaints.
Front desk person was unprofessional and exhibit a "I hate my job" attitude. He was on a personal call while checking me in.
The carpet in the entrance and throughout the hallways of the hotel smells like urine and smoke. It is almost unbearable. The smell in the room is not as bad, but still unpleasant. Needless to say, the carpet are filthy and looks like it needed a deep cleaning over a decade ago.
The light switches that control all the lights in the room are near the door. There are no light switches near the bed so you'll need to get up and walk to the door to switch off the lights.
The towels are really cheap material and does not dry the body. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or other accessories. There is no hair dryer, no coffee maker, no safe locker.
There is only 1 wall outlet for charging your phone or other electrical devices in the bedroom. Furniture are extremely outdated, old and dirty.
The walls are thin and you can when someone is walking or talking outside your door.
The phone doesn't work. The TV freezes on some channels. There is no ice maker or water fountain.
They can only activate one room card at a time. Once they activate a second card, the first card stops working and they weren't able to fix it.
Housekeeping staff was extremely rude and once again exhibits the "I hate my job" attitude.

Probably the dirtiest motel possible in New Jersey , don’t trust the photos on Expedia !
If you don’t know what is Irvington’s like , it’s one of the most dangerous section of New Jersey, it absolutely should be in the description,
Me and my partner didn’t even spent à whole night there , we didn’t felt safe at all!
We couldn’t even get refunds!
It’s false advertising!!!
Don’t bother going there !
Go to new providence hotel/motel
You’ll be safer !

The room was not clean, with sigarette holes in be sheets and stains on duvet. Smelled like basement and felt generally unsafe. Ants in the room, and no shower curtain in the bathroom, also no lock on bathroom door. Alarms and shouting at varoius times of the night. Would strongly advice against staying here.

I didn't feel comfortable in this place. People were talking loudly even at midnight. I was in a meeting and I requested the cleaning staff to come later but she didn't agree. Also although the property is marked non-smoking, we found guests smoking here and there. So, dirty and bad smells from smoking.

The staff refused to change the sheets because it was considered "too late" for housekeeping. The time I requested was around 1:00 p.m.

Did not feel safe, so I booked another hotell and left. Cost me a hundred but couldn’t even check in. (And I am very cheap when it comes to hotels).
Very poor section of NJ.
Can’t recommend this area.

You shouldn’t offer this place in your website. We made a reservation for a night, one day before my wife went on a medical procedure, looking for have a night of sleep after a 5-hour travel. We didn’t sleep at all, it seems that there are people people living in the place, and they spend the night knocking on doors and yelling at each other. Also, at 6 AM, a man started yelling to a woman, then other people got involved trying to calm down this man, this ran until we left the place around 9 AM.
This is not safe place, it is dark, old, smelly, please don’t offer this place anymore to travelers, you are putting them at risk, as you did with us.
