I have stayed here several times for more then a week each time. And this time I was accused of smoking in my room. Also the room smelled like cigarettes when I checked in and the door would not lock right. I was asked to leave on my fourth day and it was thanksgiving day. I paid for a week to do my college homework and I did not smoke in the room. And the hallway smelled good not like smoke that the manager said came from my room. I lost three days that I paid for and was treated rude. I really liked the last four times I stayed here but this time made me not want to ever come back again. I am very hurt and disappointed in the way the manager handled this accusations and I won't be coming back. I really would like a refund for the last three days that I had left from my week. You can look in your records and you would find all my stays at your motel and see that I never had this issue before.

The place looked pretty good. Okay area/neighborhood. Plenty of places to eat close by. Grocery store across the street. Don't take your shoes off or have slippers to wear. The floors looked clean, but, I'm thinking, they need to change their mop water more often. My socks and feet were pretty nasty after one night. Make sure to put any food in a tightly sealed container or the fridge. Killed three cockroaches during my stay.

When we went to check into this hotel, we were informed that the manager gave away our room and we were not provided with a reason why. We booked through Expedia, and they just disregarded our booking without letting us know. We had to scramble to find another hotel to stay at for a 10 day stay night of.

2nd Floor Smelled like Rotted Meat. There Was Dog Crapand zdead Roaches Down the Hall Way. Had Told Staff and Was there for 5 Days and Nothing was Done. There Were Roaches in the Kitchen and No Cooking Utensils or Cook Wear to Use in the Kitchen. Its a Hotel for Long term Residents. . One of the Wosrt if Not The Worst Place I Have Stayed. .

Had multiple rooms around and above my room occupied by a group of college aged kids. They ran in and put of rooms all night yelling in halways, slamming doors and cranking music. Management did nothing. They offered the ability for me to check out 2 days early without fees. Great... Talked to some other residents who had an encounter with someone drugged out and it got scary. They checked out. Homeless camp right on property.

I stayed and paid a weekly rate of 600 for 14 weeks. I was accused of debt charge off. In other words I booked, prepaid for a room, checked into and then filed a request for a refund . Front Desk called me and told me that I had to leave. None of the above is true. I stayed there for 14 weeks. I am being handled as a criminal. The General Manager informed me that a Chargeback request was made by expedia. I was advisrd to talk with Expedia, which I did. Expediai nvestigated my inquiry has no such request

The General Manager kicked us out after staying 15 weeks because she claims a chargeback was made in our name. The General Manager informed (never asked us ) as guest that we had to leave immediately. It was a humiliating experience.

The roo was cockroach infested,,, baseboars ripped off tge wasll, where they lo e to live,no place to sit downpeople up allnight doung drugs, hotel had other roo.ms available, did nothi g about the drug users next door, my 11 year olxwand a weekly reservation , left tve next day as i had to work withouy sleep,danferous for my 11 tear old ,the lady working was super lazy. And refused to reimburse me, and choice hotels ofderdme. A ine night stay at another hotel fir tge 550.00 i was out. Will never stay at another choice hotel ever agian.

We had a reservation for 4 nights. We stayed one night only becaz we were tiredfrom traveling. The bed had not been changed. There was hair and crumbs in the bed. I asked for clean sheets, a pillow and a blanket. The sheets that were given to me were dirty/stained, they had no pillows or blankets.... no hair dryers. When we left the next day a woman in the elevator talked about roaches coming out of her sink. I tried to call the manager the next day 6 times about refund.. there was no answer. Needless to say the pictures on the website are very deceiving. I would not recommend thid place at all!

We were given a room key that did not work and had to ask the staff to open the door when we had to go out. The neighbor was watching the tv loud and could not sleep. Seems like some people live there for an extended period, which is fine but they need to separate the floors for the hotel guests.

Disgusting. My feet stuck to the floors, there was toothpaste in the bathroom wall, I got one threadbare blanket, and the AC/Heater would not work so I froze all night. Never again.

The room I stayed in had blood-stained sheets that were NOT changed from the previous occupant. This property has very poor management to allow the disgusting cleaning service... My room floor needed vacuumed, the towels were dirty and the sheets had NOT been changed from the previous occupant. Stay here at YOUR own risk! I will NEVER go back!!!

The property canceled my booking, and when I asked why over the phone, they rebooked it for me because they were unsure of why it happened. I got there, only to be told my second booking was also cancelled, and Expedia did not help me throughout any of this. I was lucky enough that the hotel staff accommodated me because I was traveling alone, but the hotel itself was not in good condition.

The stay was not bad. Everyone was nice and polite. Only problem at the hotel was, they try to charge $10 for fresh towels so just pack your own for the stay not worth it. The front desk never really had anyone there so it was hard to get help sometimes. Trying to call you can forget that. I had to call 10 times to just speak to someone or i was put on hold for 20 mins. Other than that, cheap affordable and i can handle playing phone tag if needed for a vacation in Colorado.

Gal at the front desk was so wonderful. They leave the desk for the night at 11:00pm and we were checking I at 11:30pm. She came down to check us in even tho it interrupted her dinner.

The room itself was very nice and clean. So that was very appreciative. I had to make a few trips to the front desk and each time the employees had friends there having talks. It was rather hard to felt seen as someone who needed help/service.
