A nice and clean hotell, easy to find from the airport and about a 10-15 min walk. Supernice and serviceminded waitresses at their restaurant. Tasty food and not too pricey. Warmly recommend!

The location is very good coz it is very near to the airport and next to the Orio centre. But the aircon wasn’t working well and we had to open the window slightly to let it some cool air. But the area outside our room was very brightly lit so it wasn’t comfortable

It was a very quick stay, we basically just slept in the hotel to get our flight early in the morning. The hotel is in a convenient location if you need to stay close to the airport and in addition to that there is a Shopping Center just on the side of the hotel.

Modern hotel next to Bergamo airport, just 10-15min walk from the terminal via highway underpass. Quiet, good soundproofing. Very good breakfast buffet. Would stay again flying to or Bergamo.

Excellent hotel for a stay right next to the airport. We stayed for one night in a suite which had another bed and separate area for the little one. Dinner in the restaurant was superb, easily best hotel food I've had in a very long time - typically used to it being poor and overpriced so was a nice surprise. Large variety for an excellent breakfast too, very fresh. Easy parking at only 8 euro a night. The hotel is also attached to a large shopping centre, with everything you could ever want including more dining options. Only issue was the air conditioning in the room was poor and noisy, so struggled to sleep on such a hot night. That aside, would definitely stay here again.

Location was ideal as our flight arrival was 11 pm. Hotel arranged at taxi for the 6/7 minute drive, cost 30 euro. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, good check-in and breakfast had variety. Only stayed one night

Stayed at The NH Orio as we had an early fly from Orio al Serio AirPort. We’ve been welcomed by Mattia at the reception that when above and beyond making ourselves comfortable. Very close to the airport and the shuttle service from 4am was just what we needed. We could walk as it’s about 10 to 15 mins walk, I wouldn’t suggest it with big luggage. The room and the hotel were spotless, especially the bathroom. Spacious and modern room we had more than we needed. We dined at their restaurant, as we didn’t want to go elsewhere, food and service were good I would say a bit overpriced compared to the quality, as you can walk 5 minutes and get to the Shopping centre and find cheaper places for the same quality, but no regrets as was the most convenient choice for us after a long drive. I would strongly recommend and definitely would stay there next time.

Very pleased, stayed due to an early Morning flight from the airport. Staff were very polite and helpful, rooms We’re clean and plenty of places to eat in the centre next door. We booked the early Morning taxi shuttle at 4am which worked Well for us not having to carry The bags. If you have packed light I would just walk as it not far and very easy to make your own way. Overall hotel was great, exactly what We needed and the staff were very patient with two weary travellers who couldn’t speak much Italian! Thank you all.

Arrived by shuttle bus from Milan. Walked over to the hotel. There were lots of diversions so did take longer than planned. Receptionist very friendly. Junior suite was impressive. We had a gym stepper in our room! Bathrooms lovely. Unfortunately water wasn’t hot enough for a comfortable bath. Had meal in restaurant. Was quite expensive and meal was a little disappointing, not much choice for simpler teenage choice. Location to airport great obviously.

Good location with walking distance from the airport and if you want to travel in to Milano, it’s an easy walk back to the airport and take the express bus into the city center. Neighbor with a mall, great for shopping or to visit the food court. Service is really good and friendly. The room is spacious, clean and with good amenities. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of things to choose from.

Check in was a bit off a faff, but staff seemed nice. Room very basic and not worth the price paid. They really need to do more cleaning in this place and along with this I didn’t appreciate the sheets and pillowcases having stains all over them. A shower over a bath is very old fashioned in this day and age. Floor was sticky, not sure why but I always wore shoes when walking on the floor. There was a muggy smell in the room, which wasn’t very nice. Internet stopped working on the last day and is very slow! Quite a long walk around to the airport, you don’t think there will be , but it was. £100 a night for this is daylight robbery!! Think Italy have a lower standard for what four star is. It’s okay for one night and that’s it!

Got the hotel for a night since our flight was very early in the morning and I wanted to sleep. Well bit mistake. I'll not even mention the Fire alarm mistakenly triggered at 3 am waking up every one in the hotel, but more than that, the AC is a nightmare. We have complained several times, they claimed to have decreased it to 18 degrees already, but we're sweating inside. Usually business hotels close to airports are a dream in size and amenities, this one was just a huge no no. They did change our rooms when we figure out the bathtub was clogged and we couldn't shower, but they did fail to understand that AC is a must and needed on a 35 degrees summer. Lucky for them, they're the only hotel beside Milan airport, so no other choice for travelers apparently.
