Room nice and quiet. Breakfast was ok. Wish hotels would offer eggs that aren’t made with powdered milk. Coffee was good.

Everything we were needing for a two day stay. 5 stars!!

Pros: The room layout was nice and roomy with clean sheets, carpet, etc. The breakfast dining area and lobby are very clean. The breakfast was good and the mini waffles are a nice touch. The hallways are wide, well lit and clean.
Cons: Some (not all) of the front desk personnel were lukewarm. The washing machine is located in the hallway next to the ice machines and it looks unclean and very old. The workout facility was out of order and the pool chemicals were clearly off (cloudy water and musty smelling) upon entering the pool area. So, we could not workout nor swim (two things we were really looking forward to doing).
Suggestions: It would help if the refrigerators had small freezer sections for travelers to put their cold packs in for coolers.
There are no hot chocolate packs; no green tea, and no honey for tea. If you provided these, it would help the stay to feel a more upscale.
For a family of five in a suite, the hotel provides very small (micro-sized) shampoo and conditioner - not even enough for one person.
Since we only stayed one night we did not intend to unpack all of our belongings with our own shampoo and conditioner - this was a bit of an inconvenience.
The pull out mattress is very uncomfortable. You can feel every spring. We books suites regularly in other hotels that also have pull out mattresses, but this one by far the least comfortable.

Kind of staff and room clean. I think is good.

Internet was terrible. I couldn’t do any work while staying there.

Overall good, but some maintenance needed in the bathroom with the shower not flowing as well as it should due to calcium buildup.
Also, lighting in the bathroom is not great for anyone needing the mirror to apply makeup, style hair, etc.

AC was broken in all the rooms. I seen many other guests who had went out and bought additional fans to keep their room cool. I had to take my boyfriend home to stay as he said there was no way he could sleep with it that hot. I made the front desk aware of what was going on. He first tried to switch me rooms which I told him wouldn’t help because they’re all like that. And never offered any for of discount or a small return or anything def wasn’t worth the $400

Everything was great except the bathroom door wouldn’t shut completely. It worked out fine since it was just the family.

Someone attempted to gain entry to my room by beating and kicking my door. I was in fear of my life. I am an older African American that traveled to Elizabethtown KY to visit my daughter. The desk clerk refused to look at the surveillance cameras, she did not take me serious, she gave me a managers number that routed back to her at front desk. I had only been inside the hotel approximately 1hr before this happened. I have stay at this location before and didn’t enjoy my stay because staff did not greet me well as a guest. This reservation was made for me and if I knew it was the same hotel I would’ve stayed. I stay because I was tired after 7 hr drive and already there. All in all I did contact corporate and was told basically it’s independently own and I would not be refunded. I left the hotel out of almost $300 for the one night stay and went to another hotel that was 100% better. The next day Niki the manager told me she would look at the surveillance and see what happened, I never heard anything else concerning the matter. All in all I do feel I was targeted and by Choice hotel guests. I did not offend anyone even though I thought it was inappropriate to have a group of guest drinking in the lobby. I didn’t care I just wanted my room.

The lady’s that worked the breakfast in the morning were very friendly. We got there just a few minutes after they had closed up breakfast and they opened it back up for us to grab something.

Quiet, spacious, comfortable, clean (sort of…someone’s frozen meal left in fridge). Good for an overnight stay. Didn’t eat breakfast but looked like a typical small hotel buffet breakfast.

Not quite as bright or nice as other Comfort Suites. Breakfast was minimal

The room was nice. However, the patio door was broke. When I opened the patio door the door almost fell on me. When I informed the front desk clerk, she said that she thought that the door was fixed.

Stay was excellent. Everyone that I interacted with was nice and courteous. I will definitely stay there again.

One night stay for sports tournament. The hot tub was out of commission. The lobby was accommodating for several parents to eat and watch some sports. Breakfast was adequate but nothing spectacular. One waffle maker with a long line to use it, muffins, cereals, scrambled eggs were empty, that sort of thing.

Everything was very good except for two things. The outlet in between the beds was not working so I couldn't run my cpap machine and the internet was very slow.

Unaware that hot tub was not serviced. Pool area not clean and pool was cold. Limited breakfast options. New policy for $75 payment that gets reimbursed next day, cumbersome and unpleasant surprise on check in.

The property was adequate for our needs driving through for the night. We stayed in their suite with diver of us. The room was very spacious! The couch slept like all the other pull-out couches (feeling the springs) but it was only for a night. Breakfast was good the next morning too.

We stayed with our three kids. The room had 2 queens and a roll away couch. Everything was clean. No surprises. The pool and hot-tub were working an just fine. The staff was helpful in getting us more towels, blankets, etc. Breakfast was good - waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, yogurt, etc.

I booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool amenities. The staff closed the pool area due to "fixing chemicals ' but didn't want to let people use the hot tub because it was "too much work to watch to make sure no one used the pool". I had ants in my room. There were dirty clothing items left in the parking lot. Their back door was left repeatedly unlocked.

Good place to stay. Room was quiet and it had a good breakfast.

We had to move rooms because of several issues, the new room wasn’t much better. Our air conditioner didn’t work in the first room and it was very hot in there. As well as there was silly string on the ceiling, black stuff all over the blankets in the new room, was told it was the black fuzzy stuff from the air conditioner. Bed skirts were very dirty. Had to go to the desk several times because our key cards all of them would stop working randomly. As well as the type of people that were staying here made it uncomfortable. There was people smoking weed and not watching their children in the pool. The children were hitting people in the pool area. We could not enjoy our stay. The staff was very friendly, and helpful with any issues. Loved the staff. The breakfast bar is also awesome. One of the best at any budget hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The stay was great. I was glad you offered a wheel-in shower for my uncle. The mattress we wish was pillowtop; the softness was good. Also, just a recommendation: if you could offer an adjustable bed with an extra plush pillow top mattress, that would be awesome for the handicapped.
